Evan and his partner came to my brother’s house to do the new plumbing for my brother’s total remodel of his bathroom. They were on time, courteous, and professional. I have had only good things to say about this company, for work done both at my home and my brother’s. My general contractor was also impressed. Thank you!The guys also repaired the washing machine connections which were about to corrode away at their last trip. Please understand that I have no complaint with the technicians. I do have a complaint with the scheduling office. I approved Evan’s estimate on Monday, and there were four more business days until Christmas Eve on Saturday. I called 3 times to get someone scheduled during those 4 business days, and nothing came of any of those calls. This meant that my brother had to stay in the hotel 8 more days at a cost of $125 per night until someone was available to finish out the job. Evan came yesterday to do the work, and it took 1/2a day, but first he was sent to Westlake to fix a broken pipe due to the hard freeze we had over the weekend. The way our job was prioritized was extremely poor! Your company can employ great technicians, but your customer service for us was a failure!!!! We are not wealthy people, and my brother is a disabled vet!!!! I have not been offered any reason why our job could not be completed in the 4 work days before Christmas weekend, also when the hard freeze hit. I truly feel that we should have been given priority over any broken pipes, and we should be compensated for the additional nights in the hotel. I am so disappointed, especially since I have had work done at my house and my brother’s by your company. Not only that, now I have to find a new plumber! So sad!!!!

Kevin did a great with giving us cost savings options. Our actual cost vs what could have been charged was a significant difference. We will definitely call MetroFlow and Kevin again in the future. He was honest and talked himself out of less work and a lesser bill. Thank you Kevin!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the extensive work done at my house by the team at Accurate Leak and Line (AL&L) to replace my worn-out and leaky cast iron sewer piping with PVC. They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago.I’m in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I’ve been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM – I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. Andres, who supervised the plumbing crew, was very helpful and thoughtful.The plumbers went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn’t anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there’s ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved.On the cost side – Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted – but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done.If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won’t regret it.

The service operator is the RUDIST person I have ever had to call to handle AC issues in my house. Constantly was cut off from what I was saying and asking questions about. Sighing heavily like I was an inconvenience to her for trying to schedule repairs. Completely disrespectful for someone that is supposed to be “professional”.

Highly recommend using Atlas Plumbing. I had a different plumbing company come to my house and after hours they were unsuccessful in unclogging my plumbing system. They misdiagnosed my situation entirely and suggested a repair that would have cost thousands.I called Sonny at Atlas for a second opinion and he was so gracious with his time and told me step by step how to diagnose my plumbing issue and even recommended a different company for a particular part of the diagnosis. The problem was resolved by only spending a few hundred bucks.Long story short, Atlas saved me thousands of dollars by providing honest, good old fashioned customer service. During the February 2021 freeze my attic pipes burst and flooded my house. I was home alone with no heat or power. In addition, there were multiple gas leaks found in the attic. I reached out to Jar Dab, I was in a panic. I had used Jar Dab in the past to repair a kitchen drain problem. Justin did a good job at that time at a fair price. When I called Justin at a time when so many people were having plumbing emergencies, he was so kind to work me into his busy, busy schedule. Justin and Jewel worked so hard to do massive repairs on water and gas pipes. I will forever be grateful to Justin and everyone at Jar Dab. They were beyond professional and fair!!!

I bought the family plan to have my HVAC checked and maintenance. I did not have any issues with my AC or heating, both were working ! They found a couple of items that needed attention. One I have an older system, and they wanted me to get a new system! When he left it did not work at all!so I called them back out! Next guy was like the first in trying to get me to purchase a new unit right then! I am getting another company to check my system.Yes they are Professional, polite, but now I have no heat and no air! I Will not use again!

We used Nations Home Warranty and they dispatched A-Star twice.The first occasion was for commode issues. They replaced one commode, fixed the flange on the other, and cleaned out the tree roots from the outside sewer pipe that were causing backups.On the second occasion, they repaired two sinks/faucets that were leaking, and did a quick fix on the pressure relief valve on the water heater.Very prompt and courteous service and they got each job done quick.Can't comment on their pricing since we only had to pay the warranty deductible, but we were VERY pleased with their service, timeliness and professionalism.
