Best Commercial in Dallas TX

I had Cody and Sons to clear a slow drain on an upstairs restroom and laundry room. After over 800.00 I still have the same problem. They damaged the drain pipe on the laundry area and the upstairs sink still has a slow drain. I did call and they said a sales manager would get back to me. They did ask for over 2000.00 to fix the drain they damaged. I did have everything fixed by another pluming company. What more upsetting is the non responsiveness, no one ever got back to me.

Tribeca Plumbing is awesome. Responsive, professional and fairly priced. Jay's advice regarding my kitchen faucet issue was spot on. He expertly navigated communications with the faucet vendor. And, he was great with my dog!I definitely recommend Tribeca and will use them for future plumbing needs.

I really hate to write bad reviews, however, for this particular company, I will make an exception. There are several reasons for this review… Shotty workmanship, property destruction, deception, and bullying toward elders.I live at a rent house and the property owner (really nice older gentlemen in his 80’s) hired me to remodel the bathroom. When I got to the plumbing area of the remodel, I asked the homeowner if he knew of a plumber that he would recommend. He told me that Hooper plumbing did work at his church and did a good job, so they were hired to do the small plumbing job needed for the remodel. I was installing a fiberglass shower and needed the drain pipe in the floor moved.Hooper plumbing came to the house and told me that they would be able to do the job in 1 afternoon and told me that it was “no big deal”. So, we agreed to a time and set the date.2 Guys showed up to my house and started the work. They had tools that didn’t work and had to use mine, they took several breaks, left several times to “get supplies”, and had no idea what they were doing. I had to show them how to do the basic job. They destroyed the floor in the wrong place trying to find the pipe, which made fixing the floor all that much harder. I had just finished hanging drywall, which they promptly destroyed. They dropped my new 750.00 shower pan and cracked it. Once the drain was relocated, they told me that they had other jobs to finish and LEFT A GIANT HOLE IN MY SLAB. Then they informed me that it was Friday and that they would not be returning until the following Tuesday.They finally sent 2 more people out to finish the job the following week.They sent the landlord a $2100 invoice. My landlord contacted them to inform them that the invoice they sent was totally unreasonable, and they bullied him into paying way more than the job was worth. I informed Hooper Plumbing that if he didn’t make it right that I was going to leave a bad review and the owner told me that he didn’t care. So here it is.Avoid this company at all costs!

Shocking experience. Problem: a broken, tankless water heater. Upon arrival plumber told us the fee to diagnose problem $688!! Repair cost $2,000.This came with no guarantee issue would be fixed. Replacement cost, $10,000.I thought my husband was joking when he told me this. Our water heater costs $1,000. None of this made sense.I called and was told they would charge $179 and refund the remaining diagnostic fee. We had to ask the plumber to leave. It felt like a scam.

Ricky and his team did a really good job for our family. We had a bad gas leak and they took care of the situation in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe. I would highly recommend them.

They were easy to talk to and explained the whole process ahead of time and as the project progressed. Workers did a great job, were on time and respectful of my property.

New homeowners here! Our water heater went out late at night, and we were not sure what the issue was. We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. It was an easy fix, and I appreciate that the technician helped us fix it ourselves instead of coming out and charging us!! We will definitely be using Dallas Plumbing Company for any future work ?

Fred had a great personality and did not mind explaining what the problem was. He was awesome and wish we had more plumbers like him!

Jason came out the evening I called him. He and his Dad have called or been here every day since to make sure the job got done. We have been dealing with plumbers since December and they are the only ones that did what they said they would do and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

Keyfer was fast, polite, and knowledgeable. We trusted his judgement on our issue and I'm glad we did. We were going to opt for the more expensive service, but he urged us to try the least expensive option. They even came the same day. We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again

This company used to be great. However, their service and professionalism have really declined. This last appointment was the final straw for us.We had a plumbing call scheduled for Monday morning, May 1. Mid-morning on May 1, we received a call telling us that the plumber was sick and had to reschedule to Wednesday, May 3. (Do they just have one?) OK, we completely understand. We rescheduled and were told the plumber would be at our house first thing in the morning on May 3.At 1:00pm on May 3, we still hadn't heard anything from anyone regarding the plumber's arrival. After reaching out to them to inquire about the ETA, we were told the plumber was held up at another job, and we would have to schedule for next week. Not only did they not tell us proactively about this, but the flippant attitude that our plumbing problem would have to wait until next week is unacceptable.We have opted to use another company and will not be using Paschal in the future. Such a shame as we used to love them.

Daz plumbing was very professional and prompt attending to my plumbing emergencies. I was dealing with a slab leak and immediately upon repair, I had a secondary issue where the sewer line was backing up into the house. Daz was very communicative during the whole process and also ended up replacing my sewer line. I would definitely recommend, I believe his work is of high quality and also comes with a warranty.

I have used LeFevers for over 10 years, on a couple of rentals, and in and around my own home. I have never been disappointed. They price fairly, and have done work that had did not have to be redone. They are a small company, but care about their customers. If you have a concern about a bill, or time taken, they are willing to work with you, and even discount the bill if you think they worked too slowly. That happened only once, when they were using an apprentice, so I had my bill reduced.
