Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

This is absolutely the BEST plumbing company I've dealt with (and over the years there have been plenty). My aunt needed a new water heater so we got several estimates. LeFevers' was the best by several hundreds of dollars. They showed up at the appointed time, did the work necessary, and cleaned up prior to leaving. We ran into a snag with the city inspection and LeFevers' returned and did additional work at no charge! Who does that anymore?
