Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best plumbing company in Dallas.

AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

Had my blocked toilet fixed within 30 minutes!After multiple attempts to getting my toilet unblocked (for 2 days!), I gave Pure Plumbing a call (around 6pm). Right from first contact I could tell these guys have their process well streamlined.The rep collected all the necessary details and my service need. I then got a follow-up call to ensure they'll have someone out to look at it first thing tomorrow morning (8am-10am).The following morning, I received a text telling me exactly who is showing up and when. They even sent a picture of the service technician. So cool!Uriel was my guy. He is a true professional and expert.
