Best Video Pipe Inspection in Columbus OH

Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My complete experience couldn't have been better!

They have been in business for years at this location.

The technician and company responded quickly to our service call about our sump pump needing repaired. The pump was making a loud and unusual noise that we knew was not normal, we called roto-rooter. The tech was quick to our home within 3 hours of calling. He was nice and polite.He was quick to assess our sump pump and this is where the problem arose. He took one look ( literally stuck his head down on the pump pit and said “you’ll need a new pump” without really assessing the pump or looking for a fix. After argument and discussion of the problem. He still insisted the pump needed replacing without ever taking the sump pump apart to assess it. He quoted us over 600$ for a new pump and labor (250$ parts and 350+ for labor!! Yikes). We accepted on the fact that the service call was 150$ regardless and the pump was original to the home( built in the 90s).The tech did excellent work and made sure everything ran properly and was secure. However, make sure you ask questions regarding possible fixes instead of new installation.Very good except for the quick call to replace instead of fixing the existing pump.

First I wasn’t charged for giving a quote and I was given service the same day pricing was reasonable and Daniel Bohman my technician was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful 10 STARS!! I’m saving this contact for future use for sure I’m so grateful to have found them!!

I called and set up an appointment to have someone come out to my home to give me an estimate. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and very helpful in getting me scheduled. I was so blessed to have Skyler sent to my home he was amazing!! He explained to me what was going on at my home and explained everything he was going to do to help me. He assured me that he would take care of me and he did. Roto-Rooter please keep these hardworking employees that care about their customers and provide the best outstanding customer service anyone could ask for. Stay Safe and Blessed.

Drainmaster, Inc. did a camera scope of our sanitary sewer drain. The service representative did a good job explaining what he saw while the camera went through the 100 feet of drain line. For some reason they were unable to send us the video of this service, and rescheduled the scope which I thought was highly professional and the right thing to do. The second representative did an equally excellent job explaining what he saw and noting what options to resolve pending issues, and this time we received the video! Yay! I would recommend this company, and we'll be keeping them on our list of plumbers should we need a them again.

We had issues with our water heater on Sunday (yesterday). I was pleased that we could have someone come out to take a look and let us know what we needed to do. The office offered a 30 min call ahead prior to someone arriving (which we did not get). The gentleman that arrived looked at our water heater and stated he didn't have the parts necessary to fix the problem. Fine. We set up a window to have a tech come out this morning between 8-12, ***requesting a 30 min call ahead*** at roughly 11:50 am we had heard nothing, so we called. We were unapologeticly told that they were just about to call us, they were slammed with emergencies and would need to change our window to between 2-6pm. It would have been nice to have a heads up. It would have been polite to do that for customers that have been waiting all morning. The woman who answered the phone simply interrupted the concerns voiced and was rude. I've worked in customer service for 13 years. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you cannot take the work, simply voice that. It's understandable. We would have made other arrangements. I've been at home all day and have not heard from them. It's after the 6pm window. We FINALLY received a call at 6:30. They have inconvenienced my entire family.

There needs to be a clear delineation between a consultation and a diagnostic. I was told that a consultation was free and so the gentleman showed up and apparently what he actually did was a diagnostic review which cost me over $100. I did not appreciate that bait and switch. It may not be intentional, but there needs to be a very clear line between what those two activities entail so that customers can be clearly advised before the diagnostic begins and can be aware of whether or not they will be incurring a cost at the end of the visit.

A HUGE thanks to Jess!!! For going above and beyond to even coming back out a week later to make sure everything was still working properly. After we had a horrible 3wks working with another company her and her team had fixed everything for my family and I. Again highly recommend her she does AMAZING work.

Very professional, quick work. They did the procedure 2x, after listening to water drain/not liking how it sounded. I also got a 10% discount.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay

We had a clogged toilet. Rick came out within an hour of my call and had it fixed in about 5 minutes. very nice guy.great job.

The valve that controls the hot water was broken and the eco plumber was fast and efficient. We appreciate his professionalism and assurance.

The two leak repairs were perfectly executed. Would choose this company again.

My review of this company has *magically* disappeared. But for the sake of home owner’s sanity do not use this company. They were called out to unclog a bathroom sink. During their work they disconnected the shower drain causing water damage to the two lower levels of our home. They refused to remedy any of the thousands of dollars worth of damage they caused or even return to reconnect the shower drain. No one would return my calls after I reported the issue. Ultimately had to bring in homeowners insurance to fix all the damage they caused. Hands down worst service interaction in 10+ years of home ownership.

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.
