TJ, Joe and the company were very responsive and thoroughly explained the process of installing new plumbing lines and fixtures in the home we were repairing. They completed the job in one day and returned the next week to address a problem with the water heater. The price was very fair considering the scope of the work that needed to be done. I hired them on the basis of a recommendation and won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

I’ve used this company before and these guys are the best. They come out quickly. They are upfront with any issues they find and their cost are reasonable. Call them if you have drain issues. Very truthful.

seemed in to big a hurry to do a thorough job. replaced about 12 feet of pipe and said done. i was under the impression they was to replace pipe to city tap. never could get complete job proposal
from sewer quest or my insurance company. 8 days after sewer quest said job was complete sewer backed up. hired
another company and they ran a camera in drain and said pipe was broken 3 feet from where sewer quest stopped.they want 5575.00 dollars to finish job right. my insurance company said sewer quest turned in bill for replacing twenty two feet of pipe when they only did twelve feet. the extra ten feet would have solved my problem. trying now to talk to auditor from insurance company. havent heard from insurance company yet, but it has only been one week. they must be busy. pivotol home solutions is my insurance company.

After calling SEVERAL other outfits for plumbing needs (which are always IMMEDIATE natured concerns) I was so glad I found these guys.

I hired TJ and Craig for a water softener and toilet installation They were great and reasonable. The best plumber for the cost in the city. If you go somewhere else you will be paying too much.

Craig and his partner were AMAZING! They arrived well within the time window given, quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue in less than 30 minutes. They even dug through a solid iceberg to locate my exterior main line cap to make sure it was clear. 10/10 will use again.

I had a near total drain blockage, so called for help after trying unsuccessfully to snake it myself. TJ from SewerQuest arrived on time and was able to identify and resolve the issue in maybe a half an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, even helping me to understand a bit of what was going on so I could be more self sufficient in the future (although in this case his heavy equipment was definitely necessary!)

I would definitely call this company again if I ever have the need.

SewerQuest replaced our downspout lines to the street because they were plugged from over 20 years of use. TJ and his crew did an excellent job, making sure all joints were glued and placed on grade. They also took great care to clean up and restore the area after the lines were installed. The best part was they offered the best price among three estimates. I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the attention this company gave to my plumbing needs. First their response to my issue was under 24 hours. They would have come out the same dsy but I wasn't available at that time. They said that they would be able to come out the next and gave me a window of time for arrival. The crew reported to my house closer to the beginning of that window and examined the issue and went to work immediately! Can't say thank you enough to SewerQuest and TJ who came out and helped figure out the issue with our sewer. Both TJ and TC were knowledgeable and very responsive with what they were doing. They came in and fixed our plumbing right away after we had just had another plumber tell us nothing was wrong the day before. After fixing the issue, very thorough information was given to us regarding what the problem was and what to look for if future plumbing issues would arise. These guys were courteous, prompt and clean throughout the estimation and execution of the work - a fairly nasty replacement of an old, cast iron pipe that sat in the foundation and connected to main lines inside and out of the house. They left the site as they found it as well.

The absolute best, most down-to-earth plumbers. These guys replaced my whole water supply line which went under my garage. Very complicated and they did it for literally half the cost of the 'white collar' plumbers. I've had them back to fix my water heater when I wasn't even home because I trust them so much. Wont call anyone else.

TC and Craig had the situation assessed, drain cleared, cleaned up and out in 30 min. TC even reconnected the dryer hose and moved it back in place. Very courteous and professional.

I wasn't sure what we'd get with using our home warranty company, but these guys were awesome! They were able to come earlier than we thought and finished the work in about an hour. We initially called for our sink not draining but as they were checking things they noted that our shower wasn't draining either and fixed that at the same time. We needed to have our garbage disposal replaced as it was leaking from the bottom of the unit. TJ and Craig showed up during the expected time frame. I appreciated that they put on foot coverings as it was raining today. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They were done quickly and left their work area spotless. If I could give 10 stars I would!! This company was sent as a 2nd diagnosis through AHS as the original company assigned wanted to access the outside drain for a common sink clog. Arrived at my home within hours of being dispatched and quickly began to snake my drain. In addition they replaced my garbage disposal cleaned up their mess and were gone within 45 minutes. If you're looking for quick and honest service please call them.

Excellent service and expertise from TJ! I needed to find where the downspout line ran next to the driveway so we could install a Basketball Hoop. Tom never hesitated and was out in a few days to mark the line. He even dug a hole to ensure no other services in the way. Highly recommend Tom and his Team.

After a terrible experience with another American Home Shield plumbing contractor, SewerQuest was sent by AHS to address a stoppage in my main sewer line. TJ was extremely punctual, professional, and thorough, explaining the problem to me in detail. I was very hesitant to trust another AHS provided contractor, but I completely trust TJ and will definitely look to SewerQuest for future repairs. Highly recommend!

I have had a plumbing issue that was playing me for a while. I called sewer quest set up an appointment they came out the next day. My appointment was from noon to 2 they called me before they showed up and they were even early but they waited for me. The technicians that came to my house we're Craig and TC. They were very professional very courteous and they even gave my dog some attention because he got loose and he was pestering them but they kept working and loved on my little buddy Brutus. They unclog two drains in my house. Craig and TC did an amazing job if I ever have plumbing needs again I will definitely use sewer quest and I will ask for Craig and TC.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I actually enjoyed having them out. It was like having an old friend over that you haven’t seen in a while. These guys were out and addressed the immediate problem. Then scheduled an appointment to fix the cause of the problem. I was very impressed by the up front honesty, clarification as to what the process was going to be and when they had completed the repair offering to show me their work before it was covered back up. I do not usually right reviews, most of the time I think it’s a waste of my time. These guys definitely deserved to be recognized for a great job!!!!

I must write this review because having AHS is typically HELL when it comes to plumbing and WOW did TJ restore my faith. TJ came the very next day gave only a 2 hour window and got there the 1st min of the 2 hours and took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. I am a pretty demanding customer to say the least and he was very accommodating. I would refer these people to friends and family and I don't think I've EVER felt that way about these companies that AHS sends out. And I have had this home insurance plan for 10+ years. I just want to say Thank you for not ignoring me and being a good tech and I will be requesting this company for all my properties‼️?

They went above and beyond in clearing a very very stubborn drain and did some preventative maintenance on another one. They also ensured pipe connections were water tight and cleaned up. I'm old school in my customer service expectations and I was impressed. Great guys! I would definitely use them again.

Sewer Quest came out to fix our sump pump line outside of the house and put in a new drain line out to the street for rainwater. They managed to find a way to do both within our existing flower beds and connect to existing drain lines without pulling up any grass or sidewalk. You would never know they were there because they did such a clean job of pulling out the dirt and putting it back in place. They came highly recommended to me from our gutter company and I would definitely recommend them!

TJ and Jo me were awesome! We had a leak in our basement-during the stay-at-home order. We knew we had some drain issues and they came out within a few days to investigate. Found the problem and fixed. Thank you for your help! Feeling we are in better shape for the next heavy rain!

TJ & Joe are great. We needed the main stack, bathroom and kitchen plumbing replaced. They completed the job timely. When checking their work, TJ discovered a basement drain was clogged and he cleared it too. Very affordable rates. I highly recommend SewerQuest!!

Can't comment on the fairness of pricing or the quality of work done because 'truck 1' never showed up to provide me with an estimate. It baffles me that SewerQuest would have such a fancy confirmation system, but then not show up when they tell you they will. I was told 'truck 1' would be arriving between 10-11am, so when no one had showed by 10:58a, I decided to call to check on the ETA. He is running a little late because he had to fix my computer, I was told by the receptionist, to which I thanked her and went back to waiting. 30 minutes went by, still no 'truck 1'. I called back and was told he should be there shortly. Another 15 minutes, no 'truck 1'. Called back again, this time the receptionist informed me she would text the driver. Another 15 minutes, I call back, this time I'm told that the driver had already come and gone. Supposedly knocked on my door and when no one answered left. Oddly enough, the security camera I have on my porch never saw anyone knock, and I was sitting 5 feet away from the door and never heard anything.

It's one thing to show up late to an appointment, but a new kind of low when you lie to potential customers, telling them you did things that never happened. If that's how estimates are handled, there is no way I would ever trust them to repair something.

These guys are awesome! My main drain was clogged and I thought it was going to be a huge problem, they took care of it in no time. Two of the nicest, most helpful guys you could meet. We had a stoppage in our laundry area. Sewer quests was called by our home warranty company. They we're professional they introduced themselves upon arrival and got straight to work. They found the problem right away and solved it. They left the work area clean and took all the gunk from the pipe with them. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. I bought a home built in 1959 with all the original cast iron, galvanized, and lead plumbing. Over the course of a few visits most of my old waste lines were replaced with PVC, a formerly frozen hose bib replaced, an in line water filter moved and replaced, they did toilet flanges, tub drains and overflows also. The work was neat and beyond competent. Their pricing was fair with old school work ethics not seen much these days. Many thanks to TJ and the rest for their efforts!

Although no homeowner looks forward to having to call plumbers for problems I will only need to make one call in the future.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL people, they were rude did not complete the job, and very unknowledgeable! Do not allow them to work on anything in your home. They come recommended by their friends and family, unfortunately we fell for that! I’ll be reaching out to the better business bureau, and even 6 on your side!

This is an example of you get what you pay for.These guys did great the first 2 times they came. The third time I wasnt home and my wife was home. Aside from Craig( the plumber) using uncalled for language and storming outside in anger cause he couldn't get my drain unclogged and leaving an absolute mess and telling my wife your husband will have to clean up the mess they got the job done. But the next day I was downstairs and heard water running. Lone behold there a hole in my pipe. I called the manager hoping I just got a bad crew but it was apparent he had no interest in investigating wether or not it was his angry employee just being rough that could have caused this damage. He said my pipes were rusty which doesnt explain why they left it that way and didnt mention it to me or my wife. After having a friend who is a plumber check it out he said there was nothing wrong with the pipes and this was a case where the plumber was being rough. I deal with angry customers every day and have to solve problems similar to this but these situations truly defines companies. The manager hung up on me after I asked him what he would do in my situation lolz It's a real bumber. I'd rather pay more than use these guys.
