The contractor was incredibly professional, kind and went above and beyond as he saw we had kids and new water heater installed had manufacturer defects. He returned 2 times to replace parts and spent long waits on the phone with the manufacturer to resolve our problems at no cost to us (warranty). Top notch and quick service. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the install of our new hot water heater. As professionals always do, Alex made the job look easy.

This company was assigned to me by my warranty company, AHS. The flexible hose under my kitchen sink was gushing water at 11pm. The company called me the next morning and got someone (Alex) out the following morning. We needed a completely new faucet. Alex worked with AHS to get out fully covered and got the same high end faucet replaced the very next day! He was professional and got everything taken care of very quickly. Couldn't be happier.

Alex was dispatched to my house for a big mess caused by one of ( the so called big companies , who they fixed my main water shut off valve , the valve failed and they never answered my phone, I called the city to turn off my water , then I looked up this company A 3 aces plumbing around 9 pm the understood the mess I’m in and dispatched my savior Alex he was able to replace the main valve , they didn’t charge my any overtime, for coming so late, if I can give more than 5 stars ? The plumber that I contacted to help me with a broken pipe was dismissive of my concerns and basically told me “No”, then left my house without surveying the area and seeing what I needed help with. 0 stars.

Took them multiple trips, but their technician managed to get everything fixed and working as expected.

The replacement of my water heater was covered by Home Serve but the actual work was done by A 3 Aces. The technician was Alec and he was was nice, efficient and got the work done without any mess or problems.

Mike was on the job within two hours of my initial phone call and I was 30 minutes away. The repair was completed quickly, neatly and professionally. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. I highly recommend.

Adam and his team are absolutely wonderful! I had a leak in my main water service line, I was given 14 days to fix by the city. The issue ended up being much bigger than expected when the leak was actually under my foundation. Adam did a fantastic job working with the city to get the repair done right. He even ended up having to move my water meter. The whole time Adam and his team were so very nice and professional. I could tell he really wanted to help me. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use them should I ever need a plumber again. 5 stars for sure!

My Richmond water heater failed under warranty and Richmond made arrangements for A 3 Aces to fix the water heater when the replacement part arrived at my home. The part arrived on a Saturday around noon, and I called A 3 Aces at that time and they said they could install the part Sunday morning. Mike from A 3 Aces arrived during the time promised and quickly replaced the part and explained to me what he done. Overall A 3 Aces service was prompt, courteous in person and on the phone, and efficient. I was surprised there was no fuss about doing the work on Sunday. Based on this experience, I would recommend A 3 Aces.

I had a 9 month old Richmond water heater stop working. The Rheem warranty service sent this company to do the repair. The company sent communication to inform me of my appointment and notifications when they were en route. My service window was 9:00-1:00 and they arrived at 9:05. Mike was extremely professional, explained what he was doing, and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for more than that.

A discrete leak turned ugly after-hours and I called A 3 aces Plumbing. The customer service was lovely and within an hour Mike arrived to detect the source and conduct repairs.

Our water heater wasn't working properly and not only did A 3 Aces request that our home warranty replace our water heater, the turn around time was remarkable! Unfortunately when you have a home warranty, you don't always get to choose the company, but we've had A3 Aces fix our disposal before as well. When I found out they would be assigned to our water heater, I knew the job would be done accurately and efficiently. Thank you for always doing a great job!

We will definitely be using A3Aces again our water heater wasn't working. Kyle came out quickly and was very respectful he even removed his shoes without being asked a plus. He made everything go smoothly explained everything that was wrong and needed to be done and went right to work. Kyle was very nice and patient with our rambling 4 year old son who wanted to help and talked his head off most of the time. A great company to work with!!!

Alex replaced our water heater through our home warranty and was very courteous in our home. He helped me put down a carpet protector on my floors to make sure they didn’t get damaged. Linda was very helpful in getting the process started so we could get our water heater fixed as quickly as possible.

Unethical business handling and I'm extremely frustrated and dissatisfied - First off, A 3 Aces was sent out by my home warranty company (which is also a rip-off, don't waste your money or time on one of those) to DIAGNOSE a problem. When the technician (Mike) arrived, I specifically said my husband would like to speak with him before he does any repairs and we could call him when the problem was identified, if he wasn't home yet. However, when I checked on Mike's progress a little while later he was already making the needed repairs without asking if we actually wanted the work done. He also said something about how he was trying to get approval from the home warranty company to cover the repairs because he wasn't sure if they would be covered. (I think he knew darn well that they wouldn't be covered and that's why he started the repairs before asking if we wanted them done. I mean, A 3 Aces is contracted with our home warranty company in some way or they wouldn’t have sent them out to begin with... it's not like they've never worked together before... come on...) He also tried to play it off like the approval process takes a long time so he had started the repairs before getting approval so he didn't waste my time or his time (I think he just wanted to be able to charge us for the work since the home warranty wouldn't cover it). It also looks like he “cleaned-up” the mess that came out of the chimney by dumping it into our downstairs shower.

In the end, the repair work was done without our permission and BEFORE we were told that our home warranty would not cover the cost of it. I think we're entitled to a full refund of our money.

I will never again use A 3 Aces and would not recommend them to anyone.

This is a great company . They are kind, knowledgeable, caring, hard working, and they don't charge outlandish prices. They were all wonderful and helpful when my sister had to have her outside service line replaced.. I highly recommend them.

I called A 3 Aces to replace my faulty sump pump. They showed up at the house in less than 30 minutes! I had a new pump within the hour at a very reasonable price.

I had a washing machine pipe issue on New Years Eve. I called many plumbers and most were closed, didn't call me back or had extra fees for holiday service. A 3 Aces picked up immediately, was friendly in scheduling, came on New Years day and had great service. Mike was friendly and professional. He did everything he could to keep the costs down. I would recommend this plumber to anyone. Very good company and people!

Worst plumbing company that I have dealt with. Alex was patience at first and became not patience when we keep finding small water droplets in the shut off valve. He told me that he will tell his office to cancel the work order. So that the home warranty can send another company out. But then the office told the home warranty that the work is done. I have picture and video to show there are still water leaks. Planning to work with the news center about the issue.

Update- the home warranty called Another plumbing company to fix the issue that this company was not able to handle. The new plumbing company said they will report this company to the home warranty because the job was not done right at all. If anyone interest feel free to contact me and I can give more info. The new plumbing company was able to fix the issue within half an hour that this company was not able to fix. Run away from this company!!!!

From the owner response, to me it seemed there was a disconnect of communication between the tech and the company. If the issue was fixed by this company why did home warranty have to send another company out to clean up this company mess?

Make sure to check better business bureau. The last time I check this company rank was not good. So do your homework!!

Loved being able to send a photo of the problem ahead of time so you could arrive with the appropriate parts. Loved your software that gave me a heads up & showed me when your technician would arrive. And, I loved how your plumber took his shoes off inside my home without me asking. Fixing my toilet was expected. Each of these initial positives surpassed my expectations. Thank you!

I would certainly not recommend this company. We had a guy come out over the winter to install a sub pump. He did a great job but said he wanted to come back in the spring to check for gaps from the outside and to call and make an appointment. We called in May and the lady that answered said she had no record of that visit and would need to look into it so we could have the same technician. After a few days, I didn't hear back so I called again. She said she found me in another system ( um ok) but would have to call me back to schedule the appointment. I wasn't sure why but I agreed. This lady is VERY hard to understand and seems to mumble all of the time. So again, I never heard back from her and had to follow up. When I spoke with her the next time, she said that technician was on vacation for the next month and then booked until the end of July. I was shocked and told her I was glad this wasn't an imminent issue and confirmed the appointment. About 2 weeks before the appointment, unfortunately, we had to reschedule. My husband called and made a new appointment. I was grateful he got through and seemed like everything went smoothly. Well, the morning of the appointment, he called to see if he could find out approximately what time in the 4 hour window, the technician would be there. The same lady said she didn't know but he would receive a call about 30 minutes out. The lady never asked for his name or address. As it got later and later in the day, we never heard from anyone . Both my husband and I called and left several messages throughout the day but no one ever picked up or called us back. No one ever showed up either. It has been several weeks since then and we still haven't received a call or explanation. Needless to say, we have reached out to other more responsive companies. I am just dumbfounded by the lack of urgency and complete failure of communication and would never reach out to or recommend them.

The technician was prompt, and tidied up after the repair. I called back because I thought there was still an issue- he came back out and walled me through what I needed to know to understand my new product. Turns out there was no issue!!! I will definitely use them again!

Abraham has been to my house multiple times in the last year or so to repair small plumbing issues as they arise. He has always been professional, punctual and overall excellent. I would recommend A 3 Aces without hesitation.

On his 1st visit he stopped the leak that was caused by previous plumber. That was above and beyond expectations. He then worked to set up to get the repair completed. Job was completed quickly and efficiently.

My exterior waterline home owners insurance dictates which contractors can be used for repairs. The first contactor that came obviously knew it would be a tough job and made so many excuses why the repair would need additional maintenance causing weeks of delay. My insurance finally sent A3aces. On his initial assessment, Adam knew exactly what was required, no challenges mattered. Three days later we have water.

Mike came out on an emergency call over the weekend for our water heater. Prompt, polite and effective! Really appreciated the courtesy call and text prior to arrival. Thank you 3 Aces! We will continue to use you for our plumbing needs.

Super disappointed with the customer service of this company. They charged us our $100 home warranty deductible to come out and tell us that our sump pump was working correctly. Literally did no work on it, and instead of charging us their $45 service fee (which we would have had no issue paying because they did come out), they took the $100 and ran with it. My husband called last Thursday and was told the manager would call him the following day...but no phone call. Called again today and was mid conversation with a worker and was hung up on. He called right back and no answer. He called multiple more times after work only to have his call ignored (ring once then sent to their voicemail) despite their office still being open. Shady business practices all around. We have reported them to our home warranty and will not be using them again.

They replaced my 19 year old water heater with a Rheem water heater, Mike explained the features of the water heater and that I needed to drain it once a year so it will last longer. I would recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing services.

Alex was our tech and was amazing from start to finish! We had a small leak at our shut off valve on our natural gas line, he had the issue fixed in less than 10 minutes!

Our home warranty sent them a request and sent them reminders to expedite. They claim to be open 24X7, but I have called and left several messages for them for the last 4 hours and nobody has returned our class or even respond to the AHS work order to expedite. Meanwhile my family is without water and dealing with the leaks from a broken water heater before it floods our entire basement. Don’t claim to be open 24X7 if you are not.

Our pipes burst on New Year's Eve, causing half of the ceiling in our garage to collapse. Luckily, Adam with A 3 Aces was on his way within 30 minutes...on New Year's Eve! I was so impressed with how quickly he showed up, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it. He even gave me some pointers on what to do to prevent our pipes from bursting again. I will definitely recommend A 3 Aces to anyone needing a plumber.

A 3 Aces was sent out promptly by my insurance company to fix an emergency water line break in the front yard of my rental property.They were able to patch the line and get the water back on in a reasonable time frame for my tenants, they kept in touch and communicated till the job was done. The only reason I gave 4/5 was the fact that the backfill job could have been done better, hopefully I can level it out and put down some grass seeds.

Mike just left. He was exceptional. He was very polite, went straight to work (didn't mind my dog trying to help him). I would definitely recommend him and this organization in the future.

Very professional and friendly staff from the person answering the phone to the professional who arrived to address our issue. They did an excellent job and were able to come out the same day. Alex explained everything he was doing and asked if everything was cleaned up ok at the end. Excellent service all around and I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Had two guys show up to look for a leak in our gas line we had a very small leak at one of the joints on one of the lines need it corrected gas company came out last night to shut gas off entirely the two gentlemen that were here inspecting the gas lines said there were multiple leaks how in the world could there be multiple leaks when the gas is completely shut off. Gentlemen left saying there’s more damage here that needs done and they were going to call the insurance company to see if they would cover it what a joke maybe next time check to see if there is gas line is on before saying that. This company did not pressure test the line in any way this would have required them to bring in equipment and all they had was a clipboard and their cell phone.

Very disappointed and would NOT recommend using A Three Aces Plumbing company to anyone for anything. They are all about cutting corners and are not honorable. ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS !

They replaced a 1” water main under homeserv warranty. The owner of A three aces, Adam, talked me into using a 3/4” line to replace the 1” line stating, “ I can assure you there will be no difference in water pressure” ! In reality, due to dynamic pressure loss because of the smaller line and the length of the run, there was a substantial difference in water volume and pressure.

After several unhappy discussions with Adam the owner, he said he would replace with a 1” line to restore to what was originally existing (I even offered to buy the 1”pipe As a goodwill gesture since we just wanted the water pressure/volume restored back to what it was previously). Ultimately, Adam changed his mind and refused to even call me back, noting the pressure to the house was fine and they were done.

WORSE, his office manager told homeserv, they never agreed to change the line to a 1”. This is completely dishonest since Adam told me AND MY WIFE, to our faces, in person, he would change it to make us happy.

After several (ok, many) calls to homeserv and working up through several different supervisors, they finally agreed to send another company out to the house for “evaluation only”. It took the new plumber all of two minutes to agree that it was substandard and homeserv hired this new plumbing company To replace the 3/4” line to a 1” line (restore to original condition). The new contractor replaced the water line, quickly and professionally, and now all is back to normal, pressure and volume !

I would also mention, A three aces is not concerned with following local codes in that they had planned to bury the new line 24” deep, where code requires 42” deep (36” absolute minimum). Had I not been there to oversee, for sure the water line would be 24” deep ! They also did a terrible job of backfilling the trench when they were done. The second plumbing contractor couldn’t believe the terrible backfill job A Three Aces did and actually cleaned it up when they were there to change out the line.

It’s a ll about cutting corners and making things easy for “A Three Aces” instead of doing the job right !

Kudos to homeserv for ultimately doing the right thing after about 6 or 7 (or more) phone calls.

SHAME ON A THREE ACES ! If you want the job done right, call someone else.

The service was so horrible, the service guy came to fix out sump pump issue and before leaving he said that the issue is fixed. But later the evening the issue came back and when called they said they come in the morning. By morning my basement is flooded......They claim to be open for 24 hrs but not really.... I could get hold of them by 8:30 AM and the same service guy comes back by 9:30. And he says he is not responsible and he was shouting at us and ran away before we asked any questions..... This is really Pathetic company.... I dont want to give even a single * but cant do that....

I called them on Wednesday they sent abraham out to give me an estimate to replace my cast iron main stack in my house he came out on time looked over every thing gave me their estimate and told me to get other estimates to make sure I wanted them to do my work which I did and they had the best price and besides that really seemed to know what they were talking about so I called them back on Thursday they were back at my home on Friday morning got the job done and cleaned up walked me through everything they did so happy with this company I will never call anyone else after this

The dispatcher repeatedly called me when I told her to schedule with my wife (and gave her my wife's number). The technicians were over an hour and twenty minutes late. Neither technician spoke English. They did not understand the problem, which was a broken drain flange in my shower. They thought the drain was clogged. Instead of replacing the flange, they tried to drill a hole through the old drain cover and flange to secure the cover, which I could have done myself. This will leave screws sticking up in the shower, and it does not fix the broken flange. I told them not to do that, and that the flange needed to be replaced. They finally admitted they did not have the part to fix it, even though I told the dispatcher exactly what the problem was before they came out. I even told her the size and style of the flange. The dispatcher called me to find out what was going on because she cannot understand her Technicians' broken English any better than me. I told her to send the guys home, and I will get a different plumber. They sat in my driveway for over an hour before leaving. This several-hour ordeal left us in worse shape than we began.

They showed up right away and examined the issue. An appointment was set-up to come and fix the issue. I received several different quotes which was very confusing. They did the work but the price I paid was extraordinary. I actually think I was ripped off.

Terrible. There are intermittent sewage fumes escaping from my toilet. A quick google search shows that this is a common problem caused by a wax seal from the floor to the toilet that needs replaced. They told me i don't have a sewage vent and the wax has nothing to do with it. They took my money for diagnosing the problem and did nothing to help me. Avoid
