I had a leak coming from my shower, Eddie was able to inspect it, provide an estimate and complete the work within 2 weeks. He was also kind and professional.

Eddie was here one day after I called and was able to install a new garbage disposal that same day. I'm always very pleased with his level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend West Plumbing!

I had Eddie out to repair a leaky waterline. He responded fast, came out diagnosed the problem and He was able to fix the leaks with no issues. He provided a great reliable service. I recommend Eddie and will be using his servies again for future any plumbing issues I may have.

Eddie responded quickly to my call and left a message at both my phone numbers. I returned his call, and we set up an appointment after going over my issue with my toilet. Later he called to confirm the appointment, and he arrived right on time on the day of the appointment. I was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. Eddie explained my choices along with the risks of each choice. I chose to have him fix the toilet rather than replace it. He stayed well into the evening to get the job done right then, which I appreciate. He also taught me facts about plumbing in my home. I will be calling him again for any future plumbing or gas needs.

On-time, fair pricing, excellent work. Eddie came out and was very nice & professional. Gave me an estimate-explained all of my options in great detail (much appreciated) and was upfront. When looking for a reputable plumber, I was at a loss. Thanks to previous reviewers, I felt pretty good about hiring Eddie - and I was not disappointed. Very professional, called to confirm the appointment, called to let me know he was en route, and then did a GREAT job once he got here. He was able to reseat my toilet and drill off a rusted faucet nut for a very reasonable price, all while taking the time to show me and explain what was needed. I will not hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone I know, and he will definitely be my go-to guy for future services.

As many others have said, Eddie is top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I had several other plumbing businesses come out to quote a slow draining drain in my egress window. I had one company quote $305 to run a snake, and another company that quoted $650 to scope/hyrdoblast my drain. I called Eddie, and explained to him my situation, and explained that I wasn't entirely sure how or where the drain ended. We talked over the phone about potential options (Very knowledgeable) and he offered to come out to see if we couldn't figure out what the problem was. He showed up on time, and got to work. He was able to use a shop-vac to remove most of the rocks and debris that had been placed in the drain by the previous owners. We found out the the drain was only a short run to the foundation drainage (obviously the other options that the other plumbers suggested would not have been needed). Eddie saved me a ton of money, and hassle from simply taking the time to fully understand what was needed before doing any work. Today I hooked up a garden hose and ran it full blast. No issues to speak of. I would easily call West Plumbing again for any tasks, and would recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

I scheduled a back flow test and they arrived on time and where very professional. He showed me the results of the test on his meter as he was conducting it and explained what he was doing as he did it. Mine failed and he explained why and had me watch as he fixed it so he could show me the cause of the failure. Pricing was fair and I was very happy with the service. I will be having him do our back flow testing every year, and any future plumbing needs we have as well.

Eddie has be a pleasure to work with. He explains things very well, does a great job and has your interests in mind. He's also very clear about pricing unlike other plumbers I've used. Excellent plumber and I'll be using him again for sure!...hopefully not too soon though ;)

Eddie West of West Plumbing and Rooter is excellent in his plumbing expertise and customer service. We had to replace our toilet and he recommended a high quality American Standard Champion 4 toilet, which was on sale at Lowe's. While at our home, he alerted us to a water filter needing changed as well. His work was very thorough and he walked us through everything he did, including the advantages of the product installed. Eddie also made suggestions that were money savers to us, which we took advantage of. He practiced respectful etiquette when speaking with us and was very polite and thorough when explaining his work process. We will definitely use his plumbing services again in the future and highly recommend him!

I would recommend West Plumbing to anyone and I will for sure be only calling him with any other issues we might have in the future. Eddie was a godsend for us. When our plumbing backed up over the New Year's holiday, Eddie came out and helped us out even though it was a holiday. The issues he uncovered, and the hard work that he put in to fix them were done in a timely and professional manner. I thought that Eddie was a very responsible and knowledgeable person! He helped me replace a ruptured pipe in my basement that could've caused some serious damage. Eddie is the man! I decided to seek professional help after spending hours troubleshooting my kitchen sink clog. I called on a Sunday morning, explained my issue and he gave me an estimate for an hour of work later that evening. Eddie let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very professional and cured my drain issue like a pro!

Our experience was wonderful. We had a clog in our drain line which then caused a crack down the line. He explained the issue and mentioned what needed done to get our kitchen usable (about an hour). Then he went on to explain the two separate concerns that I could do myself. He was willing to quote me if I wanted him to do the work, but there was no pressure there if I wanted to then do it myself.

All in all there were three separate areas of concern and we had him address two of them. He completed the work in under two hours and went on his way. Great guy to work with and very satisfied customer.

Total professional! He replaced my friend's water heater 10 years ago and not one issue. So of course, this is who we call. He is a guy who is local and has a positive history on the east side of Columbus. Eddie is the man!

Great Experience! Had an issue with a drain in the basement backing up and called him out to help diagnose the problem. He took the time to listen to our issue---and he actually listened! I did not feel rushed and I was made to feel respected and valued. He explained what he thought might be our problem and was upfront about what may or may not happen. He videoed and snaked our drains and was able to show us before and after videos of how well the snaking cleared the pipes. Plus, we were sent a copy of the video to have for our records. All costs were explained before beginning and we were informed of any additional charges before additional work was done. He was friendly and courteous, cleaned up after himself, and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

I expected to wait a couple days to get our drain fixed. I called in the morning and Eddie said he would be here by 4pm. He came and fixed our problem within an hour and explained all that was wrong and what the problem was. I will use him as our plumber from here forward.

Got my garbage disposal replaced after it went out and done quickly. After it was done I asked about a small but random leak I noticed in my basement which turned out to be my kitchen sink. Was able to get this repaired at the same time as my disposal at a fair price.

Installed my water heater at a fraction of the cost from other major companies. Did a great job and left everything nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
