Eric Spencer was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, how to do it and didn't waste any time doing it. Very professional and with a great personality. He completed the air conditioning maintenance and went a step further and looked into a problem I was experiencing with my furnace and actually fixed the issue right then. Very impressed. Will definitely refer others!

Called Eco Plumbers last night just after 8:00, was put on a wait list. They called back in less than a half hour to do the job. Zane, who installed a new sump pump with battery backup, quickly diagnosed the problem as an old dead pump and replaced with a new one.
I was given three options without pressure to choose the most costly one. He explained each choice and when I chose the pump I wanted, he got right to work. After the installation, he showed me everything and explained how the battery backup works. He was professional, friendly and very responsive to my questions. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Would recommend him

Prompt. professional. After our hot water tank failed we called Eco Plumbing. They were here within a couple hours to assess. We had a new hot water tank up and running within 24 hours without any real interruption in hot water availability. Highly recommend these folks

Zane was professional, and helpful in diagnosing the leak. It ended ip being an appliance issue, so we couldn’t got with their service, but we will recommend them, and work with them again in the future.

Dean was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond. We had a pipe coming from our sump pump to the outside that was leaking underground that we were not aware was leaking. All we knew is the sump pump would never shut off. We had other plumbers from other companies who did not know what the problem could be. Dean immediately found the problem outside without even running a camera. When his coworker Rob dug into the area there was the broken pipe and the water just kept turning over in the same spot. It turned out to be a corregated pipe that apparently should not have ever been used. The whole area needed to be replaced with solid pvc pipe. Dean worked with us to obtain a loan and spent time making sure it was set up correctly. He was so kind, knowleagable and professional. I cannot sing enough praises for the customer service these two young men provided. Additionally the crew to fix the area would not be arriving for another two days so in the meantime Rob dug a trench to drain the water. Thank you Dean and Rob for your excellent services!

Tom and Greg did a great job installing a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filter. It involved a lot of work, including venting and rerouting water pipes and they stayed until it was done. They were punctual, took time to explain what they were doing and explained how to maintain our new systems.

The technician ‘Dean’ was professional and thorough in his explanation. He used a camera to scope the main sewer drain and found the problem. I plan to use Eco Plumbers for this job and others moving forward.

Dean came on time and was neatly dressed. He was very personable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Unfortunately the bad news was substantial. I have a sewer line collapse. The company provides several easy finance options on the spot. I was able to see the entire video footage down to the collapse with explanations along the way. They are very transparent on pricing and the work to be done. I highly recommend them.

This was a big job for our 2 1/2 baths and kitchen sink. All shut off valves needed replaced. When Zane went to shut off the water main it was leaking. This was discovered around noon. The company was able to get the city to shut the outside water main off so Zane could repair tge inside water main shutoff reqqiring v removing the old and saudering on new. He called and received backup help. All was done by 6:30 pm in the same day! Yeah! They even cleaned up and swept before leaving!!!

Tom Sowards and his helpers did a great job of installing our new heater. The heater works great and they were very attentive to all of our needs.

They may not be the cheapest on the market but they have excellent customer service. Replaced our tankless water heater. They found several leaks in the walls and repaired those, without charging extra!

Technician was competent, price was outrageous. Convenience of not having to find another solution outweighed the lack of value for this install plus warranty. But I will continue to look for a long-term plumbing solution that I can use repeatedly as Eco is not that.

This is my second time using Eco Plumbers, and they have done a great job both times. Today, I was performing what should have been a DIY job - replacing the cartridge in my shower handle. The existing equipment was about 25 years old, and wouldn't budge when I got things mostly taken apart. Some bad advice from the hardware store combined with the wrong tool caused my cartridge to be broken off while attempting to remove it. Now, I needed a plumber.

I talked to Rachel on the phone, and she was professional, helpful, and funny. Hayder was the plumber dispatched to my house, and he did a great job. He was very professional, clean, and well-dressed. He explained the job thoroughly, including several options to solve my problem, and did outstanding work that involved cutting and soldering copper pipe, cutting tile, and installing new shower/tub fixtures. Hayder finished relatively quickly, and made sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction throughout the process.

Eco Plumbers has always done excellent work for us. They are not the cheapest option around (this job went from being a $20 DIY to having a comma in the price), yet I keep going back to them for the quality of their work.

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!

Cut out and replaced a corroded toilet drain flange so I could redo bathroom flooring. Technician was friendly, answering all my questions. He produced quotes for several possible scenarios and performed the work quickly and with very high quality. I chose Eco Plumbers because I had great experience working with them in the past rerouting drain lines after a new countertop/sink install.

The review is based on return of investment for the charges quoted vs work needs to be performed. I called eco plumbers for a leak in the toilet tank in two bathrooms plus a shower replacement with an existing shower in the house (no part involved). The cost quoted for this entire work is over $2K. I called another plumber. He came and did the same work for $170. I appreciate the on-time arrival of ecoplumber service individual. But the quoted charges are way high unless the company is using very expensive luxury standard parts. Its a less than 30 minute work I noticed with the work done by other plumber. Several plumbers worked in my house on various issues in the last 23 years. I understand there will be expenses for companies over individuals serving the same job. By par this company's quote is way above all. Thought of sharing my two cents.

We called Eco-plumbers to remove our old gas range and install the new one. Their system for letting you know when they will arrive was very accurate and easy to understand. No waiting around for them to show up.

When the first plumber realized that he would need a second person to help him for this job, he immediately called and worked out another plumber to come out today.

Both of our plumbers, Hayder and Isaiah, were polite, amusing, professional, and very careful during the installation. After the stove was in, Hayder checked all around the it for any gas leaks and even went to the basement to check.

I feel confident that our gas stove is installed correctly. I also feel that my home and new appliance was treated the same as the 2 of them would treat their own homes.

I had a new stove delivered, but needed a professional plumber to fix the gas hookup valve. I made the mistake of trying to call someone else first - that guy just never showed up and stopped returning my phone calls/texts. Yikes. Called Eco Plumbers and they saved the week. Couldn't get out for a couple of days (called on Saturday, they scheduled to send someone the following Tuesday), but they actually showed up (very good) and told me exactly what to expect. Hayder was the pro they sent out to help me - he worked quickly and was really good. Now I have a stove that works - very happy customer.

Seage McCuskey was my installer. He was very professional and personable. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my old system, and he was excellent and thorough in describing exactly what he was going to do and how it would improve my water system.
During his time there he was very courteous to my family and respectful of the house. He left things neat and clean when he left as well!
Before he left he made sure to go over all of the new features and suggested maintenance with the new water heater.

Logan came out to diagnose and replace a leaking hot water tank. He provided several options, information about each, and allowed me to pick the best option for my family with no added pressure. His work was professional, quick, and clean. After install he gave a thorough breakdown of the work done, as well as maintenance tips and helpful advice.

Hayder helped us with a shower leak a few months ago and his competence and professionalism stood out so much that I specifically requested him to diagnose an issue we had with two toilets. One was running for too long and the other wasn't flushing properly.

We booked the appointment online, within an hour received a call back to verify details and confirm the same day appointment. The technician came to inspect our water heater, he was excellent at explaining what the issue was and offered us five suggestions. Our technician explained every step of the way, answered all our questions, he was professional, and worked diligently to get our new water heater in place. We are completely satisfied and happy with the work.

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

Used Eco Plumbers to unhook and cap a Gas Line in our kitchen. Seage was courteous and polite in addition to knowledgeable about the steps. During his courtesy inspection, he showed us everything that he thought could lead to a problem, but wasn't yet. He was also able to give us quotes on possible updates.

Professional and personable from start to finish. Started off as a possible repair and we decided to replace the water heater instead. Pricing was good and they offer a Veteran's discount. The installers/technicians took Covid safety precautions the entire time, they new what they were doing and gave clear instructions on the new install, cleaned up the work area when done and took the old tank with them. We received what anyone expects....great service for a fair price.

Hayder did a great job today. He was very professional, courteous, and explained everything very well. The GPS tracking app was nice, to be able to know when he would arrive at our home. I thought the overall pricing that was required by Eco Plumbers seemed excessive. Approx. $600 for a couple hours work, with no parts, seemed high, but I haven't contracted a plumber in years. However, the pricing had nothing to do with how professionally Hayder performed his duties. Thank you.

Amazing work! Their office kept me up to date on the technician arrival. When he got here he kept to Covid-19 safety protocols, and was able to answer all of my questions. Hayder replaced a gas valve serving gas log fireplace. He contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival; after he reviewed the situation he discussed with me in detail the work he proposed to do. He answered all my questions. He kept me informed of his progress and completed the work.
This was my first use of Ecoplumbers; my plumber did not wish to do gas line work; several other plumbers I contacted never returned my calls or told me they could schedule me in January 2022. Ecoplumbers were here 24 hours after my initial contact--I will rely on them again in the future!

Price is a bit steep (reason for the 4 stars) but they were available same day to repair a gas leak. Got it done quickly with no hassle. They were very upfront with pricing and services and didn’t try to push or sell anything, just fixed what I asked. Workmanship and professionalism was top notch.

My technician Hayder was friendly, professional, and did a great job on a complicated bathtub faucet leak. Eco Plumbers is on the expensive end of plumbing costs and encourage technicians to upsell premium parts and services, which is not something I’m looking for in repair jobs, so just do your homework to know what’s worth the cost. In scheduling I wasn’t given a time frame whatsoever, so I reached out myself for updates, but once I got my 30min heads up call, my technician was on time or early.

Zach came out on Christmas Eve and literally solve the water heater problem in minutes. Now i can shower!!

Hayder did a wonderful job, quickly. Very pleasant to deal with. Installed a replacement tub spout so badly corroded that the shower couldn't be used. Also unclogged the drain and suggested a maintenance method I could use myself to help keep it clear. Fantastic!

Very grateful to Eco Plumbers! We had a small leak that needed fixed, and had another company come out to work on it. That plumber not only did not fix the issue, he created 4 more! Hayder was super awesome with helping us get our old gas dryer uninstalled after multiple horrible experiences with Retail Direct LLC. He also helped with hooking up our new gas dryer and washer! Finally our headaches were gone and we could not be happier with the service!

We have used EcoPlumbers several times in the past, most recently to replace a defective water heater. Logan came out and was able to remove the water heater, return it to Menard's for a warranty replacement, then return and install the new water heater. Took the better part of an entire day with all the stops to pull out and put in but the new one is working fine (hopefully it will last longer than the six months the original one did). Will use EcoPlumbers again, for sure.

Excellent communication from the company at every step of the process. The person who did the job was great. He gave me a complete estimate of the cost before starting the work. Didn't take long, he told me what to expect from the new part.

Dean was very professional and let us watch the video of the inside of our drain line as he was doing it. Explained everything very well and would definitely use again.

I'll be honest-- They care about their reviews a lot... The repair was only about up sales ans insanely high charges. We felt like we were getting duped and only used them based on their 5 star review company motto. In the end, they did see our unhappiness and reimbursed us, but it still was a bad experience.

These two young men were exceptional in their professionalism and knowledge of my tankless water heater. My options were clear and they did everything they could to make sure this was a good experience. Very satisfied.

Logan was very professional and fixed my issue quickly, neatly and timely. The pipes under my sink disconnected and the basket under the non-disposal side of the sink had broken, probably just with age.

Had a gas line to fireplace that needed to be looked at as what was there from decades ago was not functional. Also had questions about feasibility of relocating and outside water spigot. Took the time to give me options and to look back to necessary areas of the house to check for anything that would pose challenges to the suggested work and adjusted recommendations as needed.

I have a Navien tankless hot water system. These require annual flushing of heating coils. I have used The Eco Plumbers 2 times now, and have been satisfied both times. By the way, they are quite knowledgeable with Navien units and that makes me feel more at ease .
