Best Video Inspection Service in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

I like the fact that the drain technician came completely with mask and shoe coverings. He listened to the situation we had and calmly went about doing what needed to be done as instructed. The price was a bit on the high side for my budget but that's what professionals are called for.

Previous to bringing in Waterworks, we had a different company to the house who told us they were unable to clear a clog in our basement and wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to dig up the yard and replace portions of the pipe. We called Waterworks for a second opinion. Shortly after Jose from Waterworks arrived it became clear that Jose knew much more about drains than the previous company. Jose went the extra mile (and then some) to clear our drain. He was polite, professional and patient. I highly recommend this company.

I had a top notch experience working with Apex! I called and someone answered the phone right away. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. Justin came to our home and he was friendly, knowledge and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with our sump pump quickly and explained everything in detail. The resolution to our issue is a bit more complex than expected so he was able to schedule his colleague to come out later today for an accurate quote. Justin also helped us cap off some plumbing for our kitchen renovation. Overall fantastic experience and looking forward to working with Apex again.

Had several drain places out before Drain Masters that said they could unclog my sewer line and didn't. Drain Masters came out the day after I called them and had it cleared within an hour! Great service and very nice and knowledgeable employees that actually filled me in on what was happening and how to prevent it again. Would recommend to anyone.

Unhappy with the results. Pipe still leaking. Repairman gave us a quote, worked on the pipes, then warned us it still could leak, and sure enough, it is. He left giving us a second quote that was higher than the first. My question is, why wasn’t this fixed with the initial quote and repaired right the first time? We’re left with a bucket full of water every time we take a shower. Will ARS step up and make this right for us without additional charge?

Joe was great! The expansion tank above the water heater sprung a leak so I called Mr Rooter immediately. I was fortunate enough to have the magnet from the phone book on my refrigerator for quick reference. Needless to say, the job was completed professionally on a Sunday. Also, Technician Joe was at my condo within the hour, with face mask, and completed the job in no time at all. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional in every way. He even recommended a mold treatment specialist to look over the water damage who works well with insurance. Thanks again!!! 5 stars!!. The price was quite reasonable and well performed.

I must admit, I'm always a little leery when trying out new companies in plumbing, electricity or auto mechanic but these guys blew me away with their customer service as well as their promptness! I am happy to say, if you need something done right away.....look no more! CPR Drain did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced!

Josh came out within 45 minutes to my original call to the company. He was quick to find and explain the issue. Sump pump was fixed same day and we are now scheduled for next steps in mitigation.

Dean was very helpful he explained step by step what the problem was and explained what may need to be done. He was very professional and made sure all the area was cleaned and sidewalks safe until cement is poured He was conscious of the fact that I was anxious about this project and made sure to answer all questions

Never showed up to estimate appointment. Did not call or give a reason. Asked for a review and got it.

I had Eddie out to repair a leaky waterline. He responded fast, came out diagnosed the problem and He was able to fix the leaks with no issues. He provided a great reliable service. I recommend Eddie and will be using his servies again for future any plumbing issues I may have.

I feel the one star this company is receiving from me is much more than they deserve, but unfortunately this will not allow me to do 0 stars. I had a leak under my sink, it was not a terrible leak, which is good since it took them a week to send a technician out, but it was covered by my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but to wait. When the technician finally arrived, he fixed the problem under the sink and went on his way, but that evening when I went to run my dishwasher, it didn't drain. I assumed it was a problem with the dishwasher so I did some investigating only to find that when I disconnected the dishwasher drain hose that it drained with no problem, so clearly it was a problem with the drain pipe that the technician fixed. I called the next business day and told them what was going on and they sent the same tech out again, who just said it wasn't anything I did, your dishwasher is broken. Now I have to wait for the appliance repair person to come out and tell me there is nothing wrong with my dishwasher only to have to wait for the home warranty company to send out another plumber to fix the problem this moron caused to begin with. Oh did I mention I still have a leak under the sink

The technician was prompt, and tidied up after the repair. I called back because I thought there was still an issue- he came back out and walled me through what I needed to know to understand my new product. Turns out there was no issue!!! I will definitely use them again!
