We required emergency services after hours on a weekend and the plumber arrived within an hour of our making the call. An inspector arrived the next day and, again, within an hour, the cleanup crew arrived, got down to business and clearly communicated their plan, as well as, directly answering my questions and communicating each step prior to execution. Our crew and workers were reliable and always showed up exactly when and as communicated. Excellent customer service!

They replaced my sump pump that stopped working. Replaced it with a new one in less than one hour. Responded quickly and fixed it the same day I called. Great job !!

Very unprofessional. Recently had an scheduled appointment cancelled without a notification. had to reschedule for the next day. Worker showed up could not complete job because battery for drill ran out. Had to reschedule another day but I cancelled . Never again

I wasn't going to leave a review, but after my discovery yesterday, I felt it was necessary. Had to have a plumber come out and unclog our main sewer line. Moved my washer dryer and Depp freezer out from the wall so he could get the to pipe and do what he needed. I left everything plugged in. This was last week. Didn't think much of it. Been downstairs to use the washer and dryer multiple times. However, today we went down to put some meat in our deep freeze as we hadn't stocked any in a couple of weeks. We have an upstairs freezer we use from first so we hadn't touched the deep freeze in at least two weeks. Went down to discover he had unplugged it for his camera or something and DIDNT PLUG IT BACK IN. We lost at least $200 in meat, including the turkey we had just bought before that for Thanksgiving this year. Oh- and he left his jacket too.

Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!

All of the work, from the mitigation specialist, to the mitigation techs, to the plumbers who came and finished the work, everyone was uniformly professional and competent. The were thorough and told us from the beginning what would be involved in the process. Cost estimates were pretty close to spot on (actually slightly cheaper than was projected). I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

2nd time using them always nice, always dont treat you like youre an idiot, which i appreciate as a lady, a little expensive but very responsive so ill take it

Liars. Dishonest scheduling team. The woman, Dee-Dee is amazingly rude and I'm surprised they make any money with her answering the phones. Lies all around and I can see why there haven't been any positive reviews in the last few years. Don't trust this company!!!
