I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

My 16 year old hot water heater went out. Completely. I called Apex Plumbing on Saturday morning at 10:45am to see how quickly I was able to get a new instillation (wife and daughter in house and had not showered yet that day… they weren’t happy). I kid you not, at exactly 2pm Rob Bruce with Apex was packing up his tools to leave after finishing installing my 50 gallon heater. Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable, and he did a great job. 3 hours from initial phone call to finished job. On a Saturday! Totally satisfied customer right here. Thanks Rob! While disconnecting outdoor hose for the winter I heard a snap and the sound of water rushing into the basement. I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back onIt’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. They all did very good work and even cleaned up the mess after.

I expected to wait a couple days to get our drain fixed. I called in the morning and Eddie said he would be here by 4pm. He came and fixed our problem within an hour and explained all that was wrong and what the problem was. I will use him as our plumber from here forward.

My hot water heater was replaced in a timely manner. Repair persons were were polite and explained everything. The cost was reasonable and less than another plumber I had previously used.

We've done business with you for 15+ years, but no more. Our last transaction we were charged for a garbage disposal without giving prior approval for the repair. We called them to repair a leaky sink at our rental property. No call from them about needing to replace the disposal, which we were charged over $200 for something that we would pay $110 at Home Depot. AND, we already had a replacement disposal on site for emergencies. If they would have called, they could have used that one and saved us $200. When we called about the bill, we were told that they never call about the repair before doing it. We can't afford to do business this way. Good thing there wasn't a crack in the sink because who knows how much they would have charged to replace that...with no call. Very disappointing.

Alex was dispatched to my house for a big mess caused by one of ( the so called big companies , who they fixed my main water shut off valve , the valve failed and they never answered my phone, I called the city to turn off my water , then I looked up this company A 3 aces plumbing around 9 pm the understood the mess I’m in and dispatched my savior Alex he was able to replace the main valve , they didn’t charge my any overtime, for coming so late, if I can give more than 5 stars ? I would , thumps ?
