Best Video Inspection in Columbus OH

Tony was outstanding. He came on time and worked diligently until the job was done. We were really in a time crunch so his great work made all the difference on getting everything done on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable with all my new appliances. He worked on toilet, dishwasher, stove, sink and refrigerator water lines to unhook all of them for a remodel in our home and then he hooked them back up the next day. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.

Set up a service call 5 days in advance. I had to adjust my work schedule to be at home. I get the text that the plumber was on his way then an hour later I get a call wanting to verify my address. When I verify they now tell me they do not service my area. All of this because the zip code was entered incorrectly by an employee. What did I get for my trouble? A simple apology. They made no effort to make it right and didn't even bother to direct me to someone who does service this area. So I guess I will find another plumber and definitely never recommend this company to anyone.

First let me apologize for my late review. I can't remember my 2 technicians names, but they both were awesome, professional, honest, upfront, and very nice. I had no idea how big a job it was going to be, but worked together like hand and glove and knocked it out in the time frame they said it would take...even after running into multiple issues. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

I've only heard bad things about this business, and have finally heard enough to leave a review to remind myself to never use them if the need should arise. Shoddy work, failure to follow up or remedy issues that were paid for, and overall lack of professionalism is all I hear about Calhoun. Avoid this plumber.

This company took months to fix our bath tub. They were not professional at all. We had to call them to come back out to fix our bath tub. Call them again to come out and even finish the work. Just never ending with them. Got the bill and seemed very unreasonable so called and spoke with the owner who is just rude. Stating that it is all listed in there. Wouldn’t explain what the charges were. I would not recommend this company. They will take months to fix the problem and over charge you without explaining the bill. Clearly they don’t care about customer service.

Finally the supervisor Mr. Alex came in and reviewed everything and did a wornderful job. I am impressed by the communication and correspondence and the skilled work of the supervisor.
