I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

My experience with B&L Plumbing, Inc. from the time I initiated the phone call to the completion of the job was excellent. Office staff was excellent, communicative and re-assuring. Chelsea has a calming effect on me when I spoke to her about was occurring in our home. Tom G & Kevin that came out to our home were courteous, respectful and considerate with the unique dynamics of our home life. They explained everything in a manner we could understand and kept us updated each step of the way. This was a referral from another family member and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We will certainly refer them in the future and are happy with the updates they made in our home!

You wake up and discover your toilet is clogged so badly, that sewage is coming up from your damn shower drain. How could this get worse? Oh, that's right...you have a party in a matter of hours. So when you call three other places that don't return your call, you feel as though all hope is just...lost. However, you call this place and you're told it can be taken care of. The guy show up and he's the proverbial 'House' of plumbing (thank you, Andre) who walked in, and knew what needed to be done almost immediately. He was done in about an hour and the party went on. Had a bad toilet backup and Master Rooter's Paul got there quick and unclogged the main line. These guys are good and even hooked me up with a water drying guy after my turf got wet. These guys are awesome.

I had a water heater issue the weekend we had -18 temps. I had replaced my water heater through AHS warranty back in June 2020. After submitting the work order on Sat, I called Mon and spoke with Savannah. With all the cold we had, they were double booked through Fri. I told her that I believed the thermo coupler had failed to keep pilot light lit. She stated that she had a cancelation and would have the technician Donnie come out the next day. Savannah thought it might be a simple fix if the parts were available. Donnie showed as scheduled as scheduled and evaluated my issue. He agreed that it was either the thermo coupler or the gas valve. He spoke to Savannah and stated that this Rheem water heater had been procured from Home Depot vice the parts warehouse in town. Because of this, they had to go through the warranty parts department for replacement parts. After calling and speaking with Home Depot and Rheem Customer service, it was determined that parts were backorder due tot eh COVID virus shutting down production. Savannah procured a replacement gas valve from their parts supplier after the thermo coupler did not fix my issue. Donnie arrived on Fri morning as promised with a gas valve in hand. The water heater was back in service around 1100.Donnie and Savannah could have easily pushed me down the road for weeks based on the parts through Home Depot. They went above and beyond to take care of me.

No I know some of you out there will notice I was down a week without hot water. Boiling water and sponge bathing was different but, doable. I felt like family with Savannah and Donnie. They did their best to be as quick as they could and do it right the first time. Now it would have been quicker to just replace the water heater again as a unit. The cost to me would have been $500 out of pocket due to code changes in Jan 2021. Adding a expansion tank and other upgrades to meet code was not covered by the AHS warranty. I was given this option by Rheem customer service but, declined based on Donnie's recommendation. I appreciated the candid conversations leading up to the final fix. Before you become upset with the timelines to take care of your situation, take into account the total picture and treat them with respect as I know they will you. Guarantee I will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. You will be well pleased with them.

We bought a house and had the seller credit DDDs to repair root damage to our sewer line - the work they performed was great, extremely high quality and best bang for your buck among the three quotes we compared.

I had never used Roto Rooter previously, my usual plumber was unresponsive this day and I had to get work done to avoid more severe back ups. We have a recurring root problem and have the main line cleared about every 6 month or so. The RR team did a good job and were professional. I did get a break on their initial quote but that was still twice the price of other providers. 300- 400 dollars is rather steep. If RR was more affordable I would definitely use them again, but that rate is an unfortunate show stopper for future business.

The technician was super nice and extremely helpful. We just bought our house and he showed us more efficient ways we could run some of the plumbing. Also had a leak in the pipe to our yard sprinkler, and because it's winter, he shut the valve and offered ways to fix it in the spring. The house call was $49 and very affordable considering no actual work was performed.
