I was very pleased with both the friendly service and professionalism of the technicians that helped fix my plumbing problem. It was taken care of quickly with both Evan and Stephen’s help. Stephen went far out of his way to obtain a part I required so the issue could be resolved before I had to leave town. I will definitely use this business again.

Hunter did a fantastic job today. He is so professional and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and we had great confidence in him and his ability. Liz was also great when we called to set up the service. Over all a really great experience during a stressful time. We will recommend your service to everyone.

While visiting an elderly friend in Colorado Springs, she experienced a sewer line backup. We called late Thursday night, and not only did a human answer, we had a technician out the very next morning. To make a long story short, Rooter Town of Colorado Springs employees, from management (Ruben) down to every technician or support person, was FANTASTIC and we would highly recommend their service. They worked diligently Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on a major problem that was fixed to perfection. We had a leak in the living room coming from the attic bathroom. What a mess we have to replace the ceiling . Any way I called this company on a Saturday, and they came Sunday I'm explaining to Nick where is leak coming from, he's just listening I went upstairs and turn the water on and my hand got wet, well it happens the hose was loose!. I apologize for the call, well 😔 Nick tie-up the loose hose. I didn't get charge for it Nick gave a great customer service. Thank you.

Good honest plumber, Gave options and surprised me when asked what our plans for the house were so he could taylor the options to that. Was impressed that he gave multiple tiers in the quote and offered financing that was easy and covered their work.

I waited 2 different days for them. Wednesday they gave me a 2 hour window. I called when it was almost reaching the 2 hour mark. Customer service said Sorry, our tech is running late. It will be another hour. So, I rescheduled for the next day. My 2 hour window was 12-2. I get a call at 1:30 saying the tech is behind and they won't be able to make it till after 2. Okay, so I wait. Every year we get the main sewer line cleaned for peace of mind and to prevent back ups. We went with Rooter Town because they have a $95 drain cleaning special. The tech starts making all these excuses about the job (location, pipes, etc.) I tell him we used a different company last year (Docs) but the price went up and I found this special. He asked how much Docs charges and I tell him. Then, he goes out to his truck to call his boss. He comes back with an invoice for $190 because he has to disassemble his machine. I asked him if he has some sort of special machine that the other guys don't have. He says no, he just feels more comfortable with that because of the water pipe. Rip off!!

Zach was amazing!! On time, courtious, professional, and the most polite plumber I've ever had!

Called this company to unclog a shower drain for $95. The technician was having trouble snaking the drain, said there was a blockage and we need a camera for $295 extra to see what it is. They still had no clue what it was! Then recommended we spend $6,200 to dig it up. They tried snaking it one more time and thank god it worked before we had to dig up the driveway. Lots of unnecessary time and money spent today.

I recently purchased a home that's plumbing was (unexpectedly) wildly out of code and backing up. I called Roto town right away and asked them to do an assessment. Levi and Jordan came out and sent for his supervisor, Tom, to complete a scope of my drain! There was lots of debris in my piping. Next day, Evan and Will came out to replace all my piping underneath the house! They came two days in a row and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. I was even sent pictures of the before and after job as the plumbing is in a tight crawl space. Tom also helped me receive a financing option for the large job! All around, great service. I will be calling them in the future with any plumbing questions.

While it was a large job, everything took 3 days from assessment to project completion.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The first guy who came in drug a big machine up my bamboo stairs scratching each one as he went. When I pointed out what he had done, his exact words were Well most people don't have wood stairs. Then he said he needed to remove the toilet to snake the pipes, but he didn't drain the water out first. So when he removed the toilet all the water ran through the floor into the room below damaging the walls. I tried to get reimbursed for the damages at least to my stairs and was told by the manager that even his wood floors have some scratches ! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Stephen of Rooter Town in CO Springs was fantastic in getting all the piping from kitchen sink open, and there were more than a few blockages. He jet flushed the piping until all was clear. Most importantly he explained the advantage of the jet flush compared to a standard snake, and what we could do in the future to prevent issues from happening and extend the longevity of the cleaning. Thanks for the hard work. Rooter Town will continue to be our “go-to” solution for plumbing issues.

The sewer was backing up due to roots in the pipes. The first tech came out and didn't have the correct blade to clear the roots. A supervisor, Stephen came out later that same day and got everything squared away.

Ryan was at our home today to address a couple of serious plumbing problems. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great service from the company and reasonably priced.

While installing new flooring in my kitchen we discovered a small leak that had wet the floor beneath the old flooring. After Calling Rooter Town they fully inspected the kitchen, basement and other water connections.
They found the leak was coming from the dishwasher feed line that the previous installer had poorly crushed a washer from the line to the dishwasher. Caleb showed me the water stains on my dishwasher, advised it was only the washer in the supply line and that it was causing the very slow leak. They courteously replaced the washer, checked the lines and put the dishwasher back to work. All with a smile on their faces. Caleb & Wyatt that is. They're local, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would use them again with out a hesitancy.

The first time we called Rooter Town was for a water heater emergency in the middle of the night. They got someone out to our place as quickly as they could, analyzed the situation, and got us fixed up so we had hot water by the end of the day. The repair was, I admit, a bit expensive because the tank had been leaking for a long time and there was collateral damage to the area it was installed. But the Rooter Town techs got it fixed and it has held up for quite some time now. We also called them for a furnace replacement and, again, they got our heat back on quickly. We have recommended Rooter Town to several neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Stephen did an outstanding job with his customer service, and did his job in a timely manner. I feel this employee needs to be compensated.

I used them a couple times and never had any issues. The last time I use them they did not hook my toilet back up right and it caused a leak which led to a hole in my basement shower. When I called they said it was out of warranty and even though insurance would not cover it there was nothing that they could do. You would think they would know how to install a toilet, after all they are a plumbing company. And even though they made a mistake they refused to admit it and will take no fault for it. The warranty is only 30 days so just be careful if you decide to use them for anything. Make sure you check their work when you are done. I am not one to usually leave reviews, I just do not want anyone else going through what I am going through right now. There are plenty of companies who care about their customers so choose those first!!!

Charged us $490 to clean two lines and then do a camera sweep. Conveniently their snakes were 4 feet short of a blockage and recommended excavating our yard and replacing 10 feet of pipe for a meer $6000. Should have read the reviews of this place before getting work done. Same exact story for trying to scam people. DONT ASK THEM FOR ANY TYPE SERVICE! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

These guys came out about 2 hours after I called for my laundry room flooding. They sent the machine through the pipe and then suggested I get it scoped to see if there's any additional issues that caused the original back up. They came out a few hours after that and did the scope. I was pleased with their timing. I was told that because I have iron pipes, they had corroded which caused the opening of the pipes to be much smaller than they should be and things couldn't flow through them like they should. Terrified that something could happen and my basement would flood later on, I approved the ungodly cost of a service to have access pipes put in my front yard so the main line could be jetted and cleaned. A lot of work and effort goes into doing this so considering the repercussions of not taking care of this issue now, was well worth it.

After a series of concerning issues occurred after the job was complete, I called to speak with the manager, Ruben. My 1 star review is mostly due to the way Ruben handled my concerns and issues. He is the rudest, most unprofessional, condescending, person I've ever spoken with especially after how much I paid them! He even threatened legal action against me!! Because of him, I will never recommend their service to anyone. Thanks to his boss, John, this review is a lot nicer than I originally was going to write. Thanks for being the professional and listening to me, John. I hope Ruben can learn some manners and how to speak to people.

Also, when I suggested to Ruben (after he asked me) that an acceptable remedy could be in the form of a discount he told me you're just like everyone else trying to get money off of the service after the job was done and it's not going to happen!

Overall I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It feels like a grift. $95 became $540

I called because I thought my main sewer line was clogged after every drain in my house stopped working. I called and was happy when the technician was at my house within the hour. After looking at the drains in my bathroom he suggested removing my toilet as the best option to accessing my main line. I brought up that I have an access outlet in my crawl space but he said that would be “too hard” and insisted removing my toilet was the best option.
That immediately added $150 to the advertised $95. I went along with it thinking that it would be worth it if it meant we could get this taken care of today. After an hour of working the technician told me he was unable to unclog my main line. That there was something blocking his way and he needed to get a camera to look and see what it is. But he couldn’t do that himself, he’d have to call out his supervisor. I felt I had no other option at this point and agreed to the camera. That added another $300 to the total. The camera operator then went on to tell me that he couldn’t unblock it either and that they needed to replace the closest 8ft of my sewer line. For $5800. After asking some more questions about payment and an actual start date for the work the technician tells me I’ll be ok for tonight because the last guy was able to get the drain partially unblocked....even though they both just told me that they couldn’t unblock it and I have to replace my line.
Looking at my invoice at the end, the original technician ran his snake out 100’ but told
Me it was getting stopped at 15ft. Then charged me $300 for a supervisor to come out and tell me the exact same thing. To top it off they left my bathroom a mess when they were done. Grease and sewer gunk smeared around the tile floor, as well as black water splashed on the walls.
I called someone the next day, the used a camera FOR FREE, told me my pipe was fine as well as showed me the video. Both technicians from rooter town lied to me in order to upsell services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had some major plumbing work done by these guys after my sewer backed up. They replaced a partial section of my underground pipe and lined another 50' of it for 15 grand. The estimator assured me they would throw in a blasting of my cast iron and another video scope to show me the work they did afterwards and show me the sloping was better which he assured me it would be. He did put the blasting and the additional video scope on the bill but I took his word for it, which was my mistake. I thought a big company whom I was paying $15,000 would stand up to their word. They didn't. They dug out a difficult area in my front yard where there was a lot of utilities. They hit some old phone line that didn't matter but called their supervisor to make sure they were good. Supervisor shows up, yells at the guys and hops on the backhoe to show them how it's really done. And immediately hits my power lines to my house killing my power. I went outside to inform them power was out and they didn't even know they had hit them. Luckily no one was hurt. This was when the supervisor informed me that I would have to pay to repair the power lines they hit. It's a sweet little liability clause in their contract I signed. Not even mad though because they called CSU and the utility guy repaired my power line for free luckily. Otherwise I'm sure that would've been a pretty expensive adder. I'm mostly mad that I never heard back from them about the video scope and the blasting they said they would throw in. Thought about calling them but dumb old me took them for their word and I don't have any proof they said it. Hopefully they actually lined my sewer pipe like they said they would because that was 7k of my total price. Outside of that particular supervisor all the other employees were really friendly and professional. They had bad locates and should've been hand digging around the utilities so that's mostly bad calls on the supervisors part.

the Tech's Stephan was so polite, even when he told me that one of my pipes was broken. then I had Tom come and locate the broken pipe and let me know what the cost for digging up the yard. Plus the manager, Helped me out with financing. these guys are awesome and if I could have hugged them I would. I will definitely recommend them to anyone .

I called Rooter Town at 4:30 pm on a Sunday and they arrived by 5:00 pm. Calvin did an excellent job, used the parts I had purchased, and gave me a GREAT price! I will definitely call Rooter Town again for all my plumbing needs!!!

Went with Rooter Town after being quoted nearly 400$ for the same job by a big name company. Rooter Town worked with me for their arrival time as my schedule is pretty inflexible, and came during their window as promised. My roommate later told me that Calvin was very agreeable and friendly after I had left, and knocked out the job in about an hour. He even notified me that the drain sealer was broken and no longer functioned. Outstanding Customer service, and took great care of us on the service end as well. Will call again if I ever have any issues again!

Caleb and Nick visited multiple times to restart my water heater and show me how so I can do it myself. They also installed a new faucet in a sink, and then when one side didn't flow replaced a feed valve to fix that issue. They were polite, friendly, and did good work. They came with booties, mask, and gloves for COVID safety. I got same day response to my issue from Rooter Town which is why I picked them in the first place. I have their magnet on my fridge and will call them the next time I need a good plumber!

Called to have them clean the sewer drain of roots for $95 (we have to do it every year). Young plumber #1 arrived, broke the rooter blade during drain cleaning and said he had to get the camera unit to inspect the line. $95 job turned into a $295 job. Young plumber #2 came out and inspected the line and said that where the cast iron line changed to the clay sewer line there was damage and they needed to replace 8 feet of the sewer line and then re-evaluate the rest of the line. Now the $95 job was quoted as a $6,500 job. Young plumber #2 was insistent, spray painted our landscaping rock marking the sewer line (without permission or any agreement that we were remotely interested in replacing the line), and after we told him we were going to get a second opinion he said his boss wanted them to get more work and he could provide financing options. It was ridiculous. It felt like a scam. This outfit has inexperienced plumbers, who knows who else they're trying to bait and switch, and I'd suggest looking for someone else. Because an annual drain cleaning will probably turn into a big repair for you too.

We had a problem with a sewer pump in our basement. We called another company first. They said the pump needed to be replaced and quoted us $4,850. I called Rooter Town and was told they would first inspect the pump to determine if there was anything wrong with it. They sent a very knowledgeable tech out who removed the pump and determined nothing was wrong with it - it was just plugged. He cleared the plug and re-installed the pump. Total cost was $650. I'm glad I got a second opinion. I will know who to call next time we need any service in our home.

AMAZING JOB! Had Zach come out and unclog a kitchen drain for us a couple of days ago. These guys are very professional! Communication is absolutely perfect and they are so nice! I trust them and you should too! Highly recommend them especially Zach and Nick, both of whom were extremely polite, respectful and honest. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Rooter Town, despite my unfortunate situation. I had to have my main line replaced due to it collapsing, but they took care of it fairly and quickly. I have to say, they hire exceptional young people to work for them. Jason and Caleb were both bright, professional, and courteous the whole way; someone raised them right. Also the dig team were cool and friendly, as well as the repair team. All around a good company from my point of view. Thank you to the owner/ manager that worked with them to give me options and a fair price too.

I had the same experience as others. Initially said it was $95, then jumped to $249. I told tech that I would get someone else out and magically the price dropped to $150. The service was for a rental property that I was physically not at. Tech called me back and said that the job wasn't very complete and that I should do the camera, etc. I said I would get back to them and he proceeded to use scare tactics with my tenant that it wasn't a very safe house. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, I wish I would have.

We had a very bad experience with this company but I called again because we had already spent $800.00 with them and desperately needed them to fix the toilet. Charles and Matt came out and did a 5 🌟 job. They had excellent customer service skills and finally fixed the problem.

we hired this clowns and they never sent a bill all they do is call with very rude attitude now i get a letter in the mail saying they are putting lien on my property after 5 times of them telling me they have a credit card on file i will contact my lawyer lets see how can play better games you all a bunch of ripoffs

I have a leaking outside faucet. Their tech said it would cost $650 to repair! Web site of Woodward Mrg. said retail on part only was less than $50----so labor alone would be $600!!! That's for about an hour and a half of repair work. Pretty hefty hourly rate, do you agree? Wrote an email to their customer service to explain repair cost but have no reply yet. Sounds like a pretty shady deal to me.

I have a chronic kitchen drain issue due to a low spot under the concrete in my basement. I have the kitchen drain cleaned out once a year and have used Rooter Town for the past 5 years and have been very pleased with their service each and every time they have come out. Yesterday a young man named Hunter came for the service call, scheduled on a Saturday, he arrived on time, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient, he thoroughly explained everything he did before he left. I would recommend Rooter Town for any of you plumbing needs.

Very pleased with my same day service. Called in the afternoon and Charles was there by 6:30. Jessica was very helpful with appt and the phone call before the plummer arrived. Great experience. Calvin showed up early and preformed the drain clearing/unclogging multiple times to make sure it was good. Definitely will be calling them again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Nick was the assigned professional for our plumbing issue. He was on time, very professional, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. If another plumbing issue arises I will be sure to call Rooter Town Plumbing.

Initially called for routine maintenance. Said $100.00. After snaking the pipes he said he could only go out 75 ft. The next day another man came over to do a scope. I could see blockage he said it was 80 feet out. He said the probe had a detector so we could see where it was jamming up, okay fine. After the probing, he said that we have to install a clean out and do hydrojetting and this would run me $4500.00. After reading other reviews I decided if it going to cost me that much I needed a second opinion. I called Olson Plumbing and they immediately came out. Spent over an hour with a snake. After all was said and done they said they went out 125 ft to the city main and it was unnecessary to install a clean out.
Be careful everyone!

We had a problem with a back up due to old lines, and they had been full of grass. Dave from Colorado Springs tech came out on 8/16, he was great, and very personable. He explained everything and charged us exactly what was agreed upon. Everything was great!

Would have been cool if I could actually review services rendered. I was given a window of 2-4, at 4:30 we called and were told they were running behind but would be here by 5. At 6:45 I got a call and was given a 30 minute heads up. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep the appointment because I had planned 2-4

I scheduled an appointment for a sewer cleanout and scope. My service address was confirmed a few times by the dispatcher. I received a call about 3 hours prior to my appointment time that they were not coming, because my address was not in their service area. I was already hesitant because of the other negative reviews, but I was also running out of options in my area. Now I've wasted almost a week waiting for this appointment and I'm right back where I started.

Had to call for help when I couldn't get a shut off valve to stop leaking. Zach was very helpful and took care of the problem quickly. Will use them in the future!

We hired these people to fix a toilet and a hot water pipe in our bathtub. After spending half the day here, and going out multiple times for parts they couldn’t figure it out and left. Now we have to hire another plumber to come in and fix what they couldn’t do. I do not recommend them - complete incompetence.

My technician Nick went above and beyond. He identified that my issue was minor and offered to do it for free. I will certainly be calling Rooter Town the next time I need plumbing help. I will also be telling my friends and neighbors.

Update: Called these guys again and was met with the same exceptional service as last time. This time I was helped by Hunter, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I've been using this company since I moved to the springs and they've always been helpful, reliable, and affordable, couldn't ask for a better company to come help me out.

A friend recommended this company to me when my toilet was spewing water and my shuttoff valve was leaking, Nick came by the same day to take a look at everything and recommended waiting until the next day to get some better equipment out and be 100% sure about the problem. Josh came the next day with the equipment and fixed the toilet problem quickly and they even gave me a discount on the price! Lastly, the next day Will came to look at the leaking shutoff valve, he quoted me 750 to redo the pipes, but after to a phone call with his boss, was able to fix it on the spot with just a wrench, saving me a lot of money. Great, honest and reliable company. Everytime they left my house, my wife and I had smiles on our faces. I highly recommend them if you want a trustworthy plumber!

This company illegally frauds their customers. Their tech Chad came to my house claiming he did not have any invoices and said if I gave him $40.00 he would do the job so I said he'll yeah discount!!! But as soon as he left my drain clogged back up so my wife called the manager who sent a different guy who wanted to charge me 190.00 for the work that was not done right the first time and then some. I asked him what the charge was for. He said $95.00 for the previous days work even though the tech did not clear the line and another $95.00 for the work he was there to do. I asked him about the $40.00 I already paid the tech the day before and the idiot said I do not know anything about that and because I didn't get an invoice I'm basically out $40.00 I gave the worthless tech Chad!!!!! This company is garbage and thieves that steal. This is not the end of this

I had a garbage disposal that was broken and leaking causing us not to be able to use our kitchen sink. Zach came out at 6pm on a Sunday and replaced it within an hour and a half, including having to go get the new disposal and parts! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of work done on your plumbing!

I had a big mess with slow drains and water coming out of other places where it shouldnt have been. Bryan and I'm sorry I didn't get the other guys name, but they came out and were AWESOME!!!! They were very professional, very helpful with my questions, and did a great job! It took no time for them to fix the problem and the price was great! If these guys come out, you are in good hands! Jason came out this morning and was on time. Jason answered all of my questions and was not pushy on up selling. He cleaned up before he left. I will be calling them again when I need too.

We called Rooter Town in Colorado Springs to clean out a partial clog in our Laundromat's drain on their advertised $95 drain cleaning. Without doing anything other than looking at the exterior of the drain, he tells me that the drain has to be jetted and it will cost me about $900. I refused. Then he starts in with other upsells. I refused. He said he couldn't cable it the way it is even though there is a clean-out there. Made arrangements for them to return today after I provided a different access for him. I refused to let them do it, considering the fact that it was not necessary to begin with. Today they were a no-show. They did not want to do the $95 drain cleaning. Like other predatory businesses, the $95 special is just to get their foot in the door. This company does not hire plumbers. They are predatory salesman in disguise. This would make a good story for our area's Investigative Journalists to warn our community about this business.

Tim was absolutely amazing and came early. Being in Colorado we have dogs and he was very patient with them as he worked, even when they tired helping. Tim explained everything to us as he was doing it and explained additional services that would help the house but didn’t push any sales. Will definitely be requesting him again if needed.

Had a great experience with Rooter Town. Kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday, of course. I loved the fact that the price to have the drain cleaned out was stated on the web site, and it was the same price for weekends, evenings, etc. The technician, Stephen, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I'll definitely choose Rooter Town again.

I called Rooter Town at 5p and Charles was out in 1 hour. I had a leak upstairs near the tub that leaked onto the ceiling downstairs. Charles diagnosed the issue in minutes. I am a landlord of a rental property that needed to have tree roots cleaned out of our pipes. We decided to give rooter town a try. That is the first and last time I will ever use this company and warn everyone who thinks that their $95 come on Deal is a good one, that they are trying to upsell, stop doing the work after one hour whether or not the job was complete, and didn’t even bother to replace the sewer cap when finished! We had another company do the same job several years ago for comparable cost and two men took over an hour and did the job perfectly. After the rooter town Service person had been on the job for one hour he stopped abruptly left and try to sell sell sell expensive services for him to come back. The job was completed today at an additional cost by another company and I am completely dissatisfied with everything about Rooter town.

Called a tech out to repair a hot water heater vent. Explained I needed a licensed tech and the tech lied to me my office staff and Colorado Springs utilities causing one of my tenants to go without gas for the weekend. I will never use Rooter town or recommend them to anyone I don't do business with dishonest people. If ½ a star was a option I would give it.

I decided to use Rooter Town because of the free estimate. I had called around and knew the going price of what other places were going to charge to fix a leaking pipe on a Saturday - about $225 which included a trip fee. The man they sent was nervous and wasn't clear on the price. It started at $425 and ended at $285. I asked him what the hourly rate was and he said $225. I asked if it was going to take more than hour and he said he didn't know. He said my sediment filter was cracked and I asked if I could go get one while he worked. He said he would be done in 30 minutes. I told him I would not pay the $285 so he had to call his boss. He came back and said they don't quote by the hour but by the job. I told him I would pay $185 for half an hour job. He called his boss and came back saying that his boss would not budge from $285. So I declined and he wanted me to sign a written form saying I agreed to the work and even though he had written on it estimate only I refused. He gave me the carbon copy and left. In my opinion, I feel this company is shady and weird. I have no confidence in their quality or expertise.

Dave was our technician, he was amazing! He was on time and explained things thoroughly. I would highly recommend him, and plan on using him again!

He explained exactly what he was doing and what the possibilities were to our problem with confidence and knowledge, all while engaging in a good conversation. He was polite, respectful, and I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needed the service.

Today I requested rooter town to check out a clogged drain, and Sam was our technician who came within 1 hour and was extremely personable, polite and very professional. I am very impressed with how he represented his company and companies integrity and I feel comfortable recommending Sam or rooter town to anyone in need. I wish more businesses were like this.

Called for information on how they auger the delicate old terracotta clay pipes and possibly schedule. They said they do not cover any damages to the clay and the call was disconnected. When i immediately called back to continue our conversation that was abruptly ended, the lady said Joe was not available, and that she can put me on the schedule. LOL. Customer service these days... eager to hang up on you and take your cash! Beware.

If you have a any kind of clogged line or drain - call this company first. They have the equipment and expertise when they show up at your house. They will (in most cases) get the job done same day. Other plumbing companies in town are using an unethical model showing up without the proper equipment. Charging you and then reschedule you for a second visit where their techs have the equipment on the truck. Don't fall for that - use Rooter Town. They will now be my full service plumber from now on because they are honest; persistent plumber service who will solve your plumbing issues.

This company was great. I got a call that the plumber Travis was running ahead of time and if it was all right if he came earlier I was like sure let's get it done. When he arrived he was very professional and explain everything to me I had a water pressure regulator replaced. My water pressure was like 140 PSI which is way too high and it was causing my hot water heater to leak a lot from the pressure relief valve. Travis had it done in a couple of hours and match the other the other companies bids. Plus they don't charge just to come out and see what it is like the other guys. Thanks again Travis for the great work and I would definitely call again if I have any problems.

I have had this company at several of my rental properties. The first few times I believed what the tech would tell me (of course I had not choice) However, the story was always the same thing when I would use this company and a pattern became evident. When they snake the line and for some excuse or another they fall short on their cable to break through the drain clog. Every property would ultimately have to be snaked a bit further than they claim they could reach, and seemingly they would have to bring in a jetter to unclog a simple blockage at 5 times their $95.00 rate. I am not happy with this company and very concerned.

They came out on a Sunday and didn't charge any extra. We found out that we had some major damage to the original piping that was laid in 1973. They came back on Monday and had our entire plumbing issues fixed by Tuesday afternoon. We never went out without water or anything. They were very professional and hard working. My elderly parents called this company to come out because they had a leak. They came out and gave a quote of $900 to fix the hot water heater. Then, they sent another man out and he said they would have to replace the hot water heater and it would cost $1200. Then, once they had everything tore up and had the hot water heater ready to install, the price went up to $2600! My parents told them they could not afford this. Jessie first told them he would do in-house financing for them, then once the installation was complete he demanded a check for the full amount. He said he'd hold the check for at least a week while my parents moved funds around. He immediately cashed the check the next day! These people are crooks! They take advantage of elderly people and use dirty tactics!

We were clearly robbed by this company. We called because we had a blockage in our sewer line. Rooter Town came, said they cleared the line, and then told us we needed a repair/replacement of some of our pipes. They charged a lot and then gave us a giant estimate. The next week, I got a different plumber for a second opinion. He sent his scope down the line (and I saw the camera images for myself), and we discovered two things: 1) Rooter Town didn't actually clean the line. The root causing the blockage was still there! (picture below) and 2) our pipes aren't damaged and don't need to be replaced. I could cry. Who has $540 lying around to pay someone to do nothing and lie to you? And then tell you they need $7,800 more? STAY AWAY. The plumber who gave me a second opinion charged over $100 less and actually got the job done.

I called for a stopped up drain. They were able to come the same day and fixed the problem.

Issue: Bad Oder, and my wood floor was buckling in our guest bathroom. My wife called Rooter Town because of their reviews.b Our plumbing technician, Zach Garcia was not only punctual and responsive, but he was very professional and kind. Even though my issue turned out to my minuscule, it could have been catastrophic. Zach found the issue right away and fixed it. This was a quality and valuable repair to me and my wife. Thanks Zach for setting our minds at ease. I would recommend Rooter Town to anyone.

The customer service reps were helpful on the phone, and the tech was polite while talking with me, but we ultimately paid $95 for him to just drain the tub, and not unclog the pipes. He said that we needed a brand new pipe trap and new piping for $800. I had someone else come out and look at the problem- the pipe trap didn't need to be replaced, and replacing that and the piping would not have fixed the actual clog. If he had actually tried to take off the plug to the pipe trap, he could have fixed everything in a matter of minutes. I appreciate how nice they were to me, but I was ultimately left with the original problem, and $95 poorer.

The kitchen drain line probably had never been cleaned out since the house was built! Joe&Josh both did a good job,on 10/8/2019! Josh came later that day,he diligently kept working on the kitchen drain line for 4.5 hours! I help with the garden hose,turning on&off the water! For the pressure line blow out! Their $95.00 “foot in the door” charge is just a set up rot the lies that follow. The first man, Tucker said he ran the snake 100 ft. and couldn’t unblock my line and couldn’t reach the city main. That was the lie that set this 78 year old senior up for a $790.00 SCAM!! DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THESE FRAUDS!! Awesome service! Called at 6:45am...was told between 8 and 10 and he was there at 8:10. Got right to it and found it was the kitchen sink drain. Unclogged and finished in less then 20 min. Will definitely use again with any future problems.

We had Michael come out and he showed up promptly at the time he was supposed to come and found the problem our kitchen sink was clogged up and so he unclogged it was his Roto-Rooter and said that the pipe was clogged up all the way down to the main so he Roto-Rooter all the way down to the main and the garbage disposal was not working properly so we had that replaced also he did all the work was very professional and cleaned up after himself very well what are you guys again for another problem when they come up thank you

Stephen helped us today and really educated us on maintenance and showed us how to clean our sink drains properly. We have used this company for mainline repairs previously and they were fair and prompt to work with.

Terribly customer service!! Got charged $1,200.00 to pump out water from a man hole!! When trying to speak to a manager the gentleman was VERY rude and hung up on me!! Now that is customer service! I can not believe the way this situation was handled! Please call another plumber so you do not get taken advantage of!!

Came over to clean and inspect over lines, $490 later we still have roots in our lines. Did the camera snake, wouldn’t properly show everything in the lines to show the “blockage” then told us we had to pay $6,000 + for it to be fixed. Said they would come back and told my mother that “I would Prefer if your husband was home so I can explain it to him” it was disrespectful. We aren’t the only people getting scammed. Our sewer system was clogged and some water flowed back up through the showers and toilets. Initially, we called Rotor Rooter and they did come out quickly, but were unable to fix the problem. They did come out the next morning but came up with an extreme price quote.
Decided to call Rooter Town and they gave us a quote for a more step-by-step approach and started with the least amount possible for the job. Thankfully, we were able to solve the problem with the first step. Our technician, Caleb was fantastic! Very polite, professional, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend this company.

They came over stated it was frozen pipes. Finally came back 7 days later ran the thing down the drain worked for 2 days and is clogged again. Not a happy camper.

Had Levi come out yesterday and try and clear roots out of our system, said it was a 50/50 chance of having another back up and it happened again right after he left and my kiddo went to take a bath so we still don't have a working system.
Kept trying to upsell for other services but I didn't have enough money to get a camera down there or anything other than the $95 dollar special. Going to get a second opinion after everything but all in all Levi really tried to work with us and was very patient and nice.

Stephen of Rooter Town in CO Springs was exemplary in his steadfastness of getting all the piping from toilet and shower to alleyway open, and there were more than a few occlusions, such as roots and wall buildup. He literally put his back into it, in jet flushing the piping, and was exacting in assuring that the 200+ feet total of pipeline was clear. Very strong work.

Rooter Town was a referrel from a referrel but after 2 days I was ready for anyone to show up, but the service provided was awesome. Charles was an excellent plumber, very professional. We woke up this morning to all of our drains going glub glub and the toilet not flushing. After trying our best to plunge/snake the drain line, we accepted defeat and called the first number I found in Google - which happened to be for Rooter Town CO Springs; and THANK GOD for them!!

The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and got us a service appointment immediately after I told her it was our only toilet! Within an hour and a half, Hunter showed up at our front door.

He was able to identify our problem (under 30 seconds, literally) - went outside & had the drain line unclogged in less than 2 minutes. I fully expected to have to hand over LOTS of money and be disappointed with the results, but that could not be further from the experience we got.

I called Rooter Town to have a drain cleared at a rental property. Once they cleared the drain they called me and tried to upsell me on a sewer video. I said I did not want it and the tech argued with me that I should do it in front of my tenants. Very unprofessional! To top it off he called me back twice and offered to do it for a lower price and again in front of the tenants. Completely unprofessional and downright sleazy tactics. I do not recommend and will not use their service again.

Irony went over and above to help me with details on our sewer line problem. I had contacted Rooter due to having issues with my tub backing up after we used our washer. They were able to get me seen the same day. Zach came out and honestly all I can say is WOW! We had a pipe burst for one of our showers. We called Rooter Town expecting this wasn’t going to be a cheap or easy fix. Zach (the plumber) showed up and was able to put my wife’s mind at ease with the severity of the issue. He replaced the broken section in no time. He was so professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. If we ever have another issue I’m only going to trust Rooter Town, but really Zach. I can’t express enough how pleased we are with the work.

Caleb and Aidan arrived promptly. They wore booties in the house and had protective covers on their equipment's wheels. They were very professional. The $95 price is very fair for their running a snake through the clog; of course, they then up-sell to doing a jet clean to clear the remaining sludge from the plumbing line. I was able to negotiate a better price for the jet cleaning. Overall, I'm very pleased.

We requested a quote for connecting 4 PVC plumbing vent pipes in our attic. Rooter Town quoted us $2800, to connect 4 PVC pipes. We obviously didn't use their services and instead had the work completed for under $200. Absolute disgrace of a company if this is how they treat their customers.

We obtained a quote at $95 they showed up on time. Once the notice it was going to take over 100 foot, they added an additional $95. After about an hour of no success in clearing the sewer line they said they can't get it cleared and wanted 250 to send a camera down it. I went to Home Depot and rented a sewer snake for $70 for 4 hours. we snakes the line then used a pressure washer with 100 ft hour and high pressure washed (hydro-jetted) the sewer pipe and the line cleared. it took awhile but we got it done. Rooter Town got there money an ran! I won't be calling this company ever again

Quoted me over $500 for a hose outlet replacement after the handle burst. Had another plumber come out today and laugh when I told him how much Roto town wanted to charge. He fixed it for $100 in about 10 minutes.

I had a young man named Will who came out to fix my frozen sprinkler system, Excellent work. He was COVID respectable and very professional. great experience..

They charged my neighbor nearly a grand to snake a sewer and replace a toilet then dumped human waste in their yard. P.s. after contacting the appropriate people and a few phone calls they sent out 2 men who cleaned it up.

I was previously aware of a tree root issue with my sewer line when I had hired somebody previously to scope it. I called Rooter Town and had them come by to see if they could clear the line. Unfortunately, the roots had grown through to the point where their claw could not get the job done. I observed this as it was happening and was also shown the video, so this was not a scam on their part. The line really was that clogged.

At any rate, Stephen, the representative, was very professional and made it easy to have a crew out the next day to spot repair the pipe and install dual sweep cleanouts. While this was a pricy endeavor ($4,500), it was absolutely necessary as the sewer line in this house had likely never been cleaned since it was built in '67.

In the end, with the help of the new 4 cleanout and a hyrdrojetter, the pipe was completely cleared. Stephen had no problems with me standing alongside and asking questions, and I have no doubt he was being completely honest at all times, as well as very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Rooter Town to anybody I know.

The company is fair, expedient and good. Charles was curtious and got the job done. Can't beat a $95 charge. Other companies are price gouging. I will recommend Rooter Town Plumbing.

Twice now Rooter town has been to my home and I will call them again in the future. They helped with quick and affordable fixes. First time I called them we had two leaking outdoor spickets and a snow storm less than 24 hours away. We called 4 places we have used before and none of them could come out until well after the snow was supposed to start. I called Rooter town they knew it was a huge problem and came the very next morning. Repaired and replaced and the guy who came out was so polite and an all around good guy. (sorry can't recall his name). Yesterday I had a clog in one of my drains and they came out in 46 minuets (NO JOKE) fixed the problem in about 30 minuets and he cleaned up before he left. SHANE YOU ARE AWESOME!!! Here's the best part...he double checked his work and we paid less than $100!!! Thank you so much I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

This is my second time to use Rooter Town and both times had the same excellent result. Caleb was on time, in fact early, diagnosed the problem after removing the toilet. He quickly and expertly repaired the problem, cleaned up after himself and presented the invoice. Caleb provided 5 star service and I highly recommend Rooter Town to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Had a sink clog so bad it broke another (very good) plumber's snake. Rooter town came right out the same day, and Hunter got the job done and the clog out within 15 minutes of arriving! Also wore a mask and maintained distance, very smart practice for this pandemic. Super professional, super quick, and our sink works again!

They came on a Sunday to fix a leaky hose/pipe that is connected to the dishwasher. They fixed the problem fast. I truly appreciate them.

I called Rooter Town on 8/26 hoping that they would be able to send someone out the same day for a clogged toilet (only toilet in a house of 5). I knew exactly what the clog was from, one of my sons “flushed” a toy chicken down the toilet. I could even feel the chicken inside, I just wasn’t able to get it out. And I mentioned all of that on the phone. (I had tried other companies first, and no one was able to come out until days later.) They sent someone out right away! I was so grateful for that. The young man who came was very polite and respectful. He tried “snaking” the drain first to see if he could get it out that way, no such luck. He then said he could try removing the toilet and doing it that way, still no luck. Then he asked if I had a wire coat hanger that he could try to hook it and get it out that way. I didn’t have a coat hanger, but I did have a wire he could use. That didn’t work either. I know he called his boss (or maybe other colleagues) asking them if they had any ideas for him to try. They all said that it would cause too much damage to the toilet and it’d be better to just buy a new one. This was after working for a little over 2 hours. He did say that the total cost of the day would be credited to the work for the new toilet but we would have to pay the additional cost for a new toilet. So it was going to be something like $800+ total. I said no to the new toilet, and I paid $245 for the work that was done. I wouldn’t really have cared, except for the fact that the dang chicken was never removed! Since the toilet was non-operational for the rest of the day and night (remember, it’s the only one in the house), we had a to go stay somewhere else. My husband was able to make it home (works multiple day/night in a row) to look at it, and guess what....he was able to get the chicken out no problem. Soooooo yeah I’m a wee bit irritated that I paid the $245 for literally nothing. It’s not as bad as some of the reviews I read, of being scammed out thousands of dollars, but still. Over $200 for nothing to be solved. I won’t be calling them again.

My kitchen drain pipe cracked and was dumping waste water into my crawl space. My whole house smelled like raw sewage, and we have little kids, so my wife and I needed this fixed immediately. We called up Rooter Town and a plumber named Zach arrived within the hour.
Zach was very courteous, knowledgeable and proactive. He was able to replace the broken section of pipe in a little more than an hour. He did an awesome job, and the price was very fair - honestly a lot lower than I was expecting.
I would recommend this company to friends and family in an instant. Zach did a bang-up job and was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with the services I received and the price I paid.

I had a sewer line clogged from tree roots and Rooter Town snaked my line. They claimed to have gone 100 feet out to the main. Unable to clear the clog, they said I had bigger problems than Tree Roots. I was told I needed to have it scoped with a camera to see the clog. If I wanted he could run the snake again for another $95.00 because they go 100 feet or an hour whichever comes first. (I was never told this on the phone.) He said it wouldn't do any good to snake it again, what I needed was to have it scoped with a camera to see the clogged problem area. Another $245.00 but discounted to $145.00. After having it scoped, I was told they really couldn't see much because of the clog in the pipe. The clog problem needed to be addressed first and they would dig about 5 feet underground, replace the pipe, fix the problem and install clean outs at a cost of $5,500.00. When I declined they lowered the price to $4,500.00. I still declined. My buddy and I rented a snake from Home Depot for $69.00 and cleared the line. Tree Roots are annihilated and line is clear! Took us an hour and a half! If they're going to offer a service, do the job you're hired for! Complete SCAM ARTISTS! Pay $130.00 to a Real Company and save a TON Of MONEY!

Terrible customer service. They gave an overpriced quote to my friend who is from Atlanta GA and recently moved to the area, he is stationed here at FT. Carson. During this conversation that we had on speaker the lady told my friend to speak better English because I can't understand your ebonics slangwe then informed her that sounded racist and she respondedwhat's racist is thinking that the rest of us are supposed to know what your saying sir we got a laugh out of that so we let it go and I called back 30 minutes later to see if they would quote me the same for the work and they quoted me 200 dollars less for the same job at the same property which was cheaper than anyone else so we kept our mouth shut and had them do the work. WELL THEY IMPROPERLY SEALED A LEAK IN THE AREA THEY WERE AND 3 WEEKS LATER WE ARE REPLACING THE CEILING. The contractor who performed the work said whoever your plumber was is distinctly unqualified VERBATIM.

Used this service, had a basement toilet, shower and drain clogged and overflown; I was deep in crap. Our regular plumber, a nice reputable fellow, could just not make it out today. I called around for a few estimates without checking the websites for reviews. Being a newly anointed senior I usually check but I didn’t, I did mention the whole crap thing? I called Rooter Town, I was very specific regarding our drain problem and with every interaction, you know cause I have a real plumber; I mentioned it was usually done by pulling the toilet in the upper level bathroom. I was told they could be out between 4 and 6 PM. I asked how much it would cost, I know, I know their ad does say $95.00, heck I even mentioned the ad. I was told yes it would be $95.00. I thought as this was only a little more than my regular plumber, the reputable fellow, I said OK. Then Chad entered our lives, showed him the toilets and ended in the basement bathroom. Then apparently some pervasive sales culture reared is nasty little head, we must up-sell. Chad said it would be $250, of course I say I was told $95. Chad said it was $95.00 to snake the drain and $145.00 to pull the toilet, not real good with math I’m thinking. Chad’s behavior became aggressive I really felt he was upset that he had to interact with us since we had not fallen easily for this bait and switch. This was nothing more than the company's insatiable appetite for revenue manifesting its self in a poor sad soul upset he would have to answer for this failings as a salesman. So Chad decides to call his boss and ask him, but nobody would do this and not charge more for removing the toilet? You know I really was good with that, after all that’s what I was told, kind of figured it was in the cost. Never saw a mention of this up sell anywhere, not in their ad or over the phone. My other plumber charges me to pull the toilet, however triple the price seemed a bit much. I let my wife know what he said. Chad comes back in and tells us we never said anything about the toilet and it was going to be $250.00. Now my wife says it wasn’t the quote we received, well things really went south from there. Chad tells my wife if we don’t like it he can leave and we could call someone else. Chad says they tape every conversation and his boss says I never mention the toilet, surprise neither did they. As much as I wanted to accept his offer to go, always comes back to that whole crap thing, I told him I would pull the toilet. Honestly it’s pushing 6 PM and I really need those toilets flowing somewhere other than on my floor. So I get to watch Chad hump his heavy ass machine to the basement toilet, because it’s better than my plumber of 5+ years would normally do it, going in through the upstairs toilet. Instead he drags that heavy weight across my wood floors and up and down my wood stairs. But wait it gets better. He asks if he can use the towels we used to sop up the floor, versus getting his towels sopped by other people's sewage. Because he only has three towels and doesn’t want to run out. You can’t make this stuff up. He snakes out the drain, no gloves for this guy. The silence created by the shrill cranking of the snake was a blessing. Alas though all good things come to end. All I really wanted was to give him a check for the $95.00 we agreed on and be done with this. He then asks if he can wash his hands, being a gentleman and despite the fact I know where his hands have been I allow him to do so. I suggest he use one of our towels. So I ask Chad if he wouldn’t mind just helping me set the toilet back in it’s spot. Again you can’t make this up, drum roll! “Sir, I just washed my hands.” Awesome response I believe I muttered it was all good. Watched him grunt and groan dragging that heavy chain that bound him back up the stairs. Thought about helping, but remember that whole crap thing? Now the only ones leaving with crap were this terrible excuse of a customer representative and that heavy weight he seems to carry, and along the way he sullied the name of his employer.

I cannot recommend the Customer Service at Rooter Town Plumbing more!! Their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. Stephen and Hunter both had to come out for different reasons. Stephen was clearly a master at what he does. Hunter was extremely professional and on top of it. I requested some items taken care of immediately and Hunter made sure my requests were met. They went above and beyond to help us. Thank you to the entire team! The office staff seemed to really work closely with management and technicians to ensure a smooth process.

Stopped up toilet. Tried everything including a snake. Called this company because of the deal offered online. Wyatt came over the day after I called and checked it out. He juggled the toilet handle a few times and said it was actually in good working condition. No charge. He was very friendly and professional, not in a hurry at all. I was impressed with the company and will probably call them again if any rental homes I manage need their services.

Thought about being cost effective but you get what you pay for. Went for their $95 deal. Two younger guys arrived on time. However, their machine couldn't get past the half way mark. They tried twice and gave up. They complained about their machine might get stuck. Charged me the $95. Plus wanted to add on a camera guy for another $300. Another company came by and blew right through that half way mark! Cleared.

Actual 24/7 service, unlike some other companies. Calvin was friendly and too the point; getting the job done quickly and fully.

They wanted to charge me $495.00 for a new garbage despsol I called Anggies list and had a new garbage despsol put in for a $193.00. They are a rip off stay away.

I had a back-up in my crawlspace. The tech snaked my pipes but got little to no relief. Had to have it looked at with the camera. Ended up digging up my front yard and putting in about 30' of pipe with two risers. In and out very fast. $6500.00. What a scam. And now I'm compacting my dirt by hand and getting 2 plus inches. I would not recommend them to anyone.Very friendly but I feel like they have a bit of a scam going.

Being in Colorado we have dogs and he was very patient with them as he worked, even when they tired helping. Will explained everything to us as he was doing it and explained additional services that would help the house but didn’t push any sales.I will definitely be requesting him again if needed.

Last November, Rooter Town said that in Spring 2019, they were going to repair our sprinklers' timer electric line, lawn sprinklers and drip lines that they very carelessly damaged during a pricey installation of drain cleanouts they installed next to our front steps/landing. When the Rooter Town plumbers arrived to do the sprinkler repairwork in June 2019, they said they had never seen a sprinkler connection like that and that they didn't know what the cut electrical cord went to. They said they didn't have the parts to do the work. Really? So I hired my regular Sprinkler guys to professionally do the repairs, and I am still awaiting some compensation from Rooter Town for the repairs they were supposed to do.

My suggestion: Stay away from these guys, their plumbing scope and idea of delivering good customer service is obviously very limited. They will not deliver on what they promise.

WARNING, I had Rooter Town come to my home to clean a clogged line, the initial rep said he was unable to really get the roots out well and told me I needed it to be shot with camera. They charged another $275 to look at in and then told me I needed an entire new line to the tune of $12,000. Something was off. I called for a second opinion and another company was able to easily clean the line for $175. Rooter Town committs FRAUD. Be very weary of any recommendation they'd offer and I would never recommend them for any reason.

I called them and stephen came out very professional and quick with knowledge of the situation on why i had a backed up drain and ways to avoid it for the future so im very happy at the work they did for me at my house and i would recommend them to all my family and friends

Overpriced!! Had sewer lines cleaned, then a day later, systems weren't draining, had Rooter Town back out to clean again, and they advised scoping the line with a camera. So they sent a supervisor (Tom) out to scope and found that a section needed replaced. I first was quoted $5500, then after I declined, he reduced price to $4000. So thinking I was getting a deal I agreed, so he brought two guys out to excavate and replace 4 ft of the main sewer line and install two cleanouts. This work is not worth $4k!!!! I called around afterwards and found I could have got this done for around $2000 to $2700! And after a few YouTube videos, could have done it myself for $100 over a weekend. On top of this, after they completed and re-scoped, Tom also advised more work was needed on part of the line camera was sent through before they even started! And of course, that would be another $4800!!
Make sure you get other quotes!!!!

Had Nick C. stop by to unclog our sewer line. He was professional and took time to educate us on the mechanics of our problems and sewer lines in general. Have not had much experience with the company as a whole, but Nick was excellent. Thanks, man

Edit: Unfortunately, Rooter Town as a company has proven to be a terrible choice. We paid them $350 to do a simple scope the day after Nick came. This was excessive by about $200 after speaking with other local contractors. The new guy was insistent we needed a $6000 repair that would be $8000 if we didn't sign right then and there. He wouldn't take no for an answer and my wife had to ask him to leave. Over the next month and a half we called repeatedly to get a hold of the scope video so we could get estimates from competitors and were left on hold in excess of 20 minutes each time and finally told the file was corrupted. When I asked for a refund or a repeat scope, Rooter Town insisted it was instead an IT issue and would send it right away. We still have not received the video and will most likely need to pay another company for a re-scope. Avoid Rooter Town if you can.

Haven’t used their services but definitely will be telling everyone i know to stay away after i was cut off today in very light traffic buy a rooter town work vehicle. Not sure if the speed limit was too slow for him? I don’t understand why him being late to wherever he’s trying to speed to is more important than road safety but definitely 1 star cause 0 isn’t an option.

They were courteous and professional however they couldn’t fix my clog with the snake so they had to flush my pipes and I felt as if they overcharged for the amount of time it took. They charged the $95 for the snake job then $395 for the flush for less than an hour of work. I felt as if the $95 for the snake that didn’t work shouldn’t have been charged. I felt overcharged but also stuck as I needed it fixed and they were here. I am not sure I would recommend this company.

Had some work done after buying a foreclosed house to fix a few things. Jason showed up early and was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did a great job getting everything fixed and made sure nothing was leaking after getting the water turned back on. 5 stars will call again next time I need a plumber.

Rooter town was hired by our contactor to fix a backup of a newly installed toilet. The plumber assessed the situation and said that there was cast iron plumbing under the pre-existing bathroom in our building that was causing the flushed debris to back up. They cleaned the line and said to help resolve future issues they needed to put in an access line from the outside of the building closer to the original plumbing for easier access and cleanup. They said it would cost $6800. The plumber then said it normally cost $5800 but because of the difficult access to put in the line it would cost me an extra $1000. He assured me this would be the best solution for my problem. I agreed to pay and they sent out a couple guys that dug a hole, attached a pipe to the main sewer line and finished in about 4 hours. A couple weeks later, the same toilet backed up again. I contacted the same plumber. He came out, pulled the toilet again, but this time in cleaning out the line he pushed sewer water up through our shower, through the wall, under cabinets and into the carpet in one of our offices. The plumber’s supervisor came out that afternoon and said Rooter town was not responsible for the flooding, but might consider paying the mitigation costs. I asked why I spent $6800 on an access line if this was the end result. The supervisor then told me the sewage water on my floor, under my cabinets and in my carpet was no big deal and that if I just dried it out, the bacteria would die off. We are a health care facility and what he said is irresponsible and dishonest. When I submitted the cost of the mitigation work, new carpet and base and installation cost, Rooter town said they would only pay half of the damages. My interaction and experience has been very disappointing and I feel they have been unethical at best in their business interactions with me.

Called and cancelled two consecutive times in the middle of my time window! The lady that calls to cancel is very nice and apologetic but if they can't show up for the appointment time they give you then what good are they? In addition I could have already had it fixed by a competitor had I not given them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to reschedule me from the first appointment.

I called rooter town to help me with a tenant property and it was a total nightmare.

First they ran only 80' of line into 130' drain line - so they didnt clear all the blocks.

Then, they tried to upsell me into a $5,000 access riser without even knowing they had missed the last 50'. All this while, they are explaining to the tenant that the whole pipe needs to be replaced, which puts it into my tenants mind that somehow I'm not doing do my job as a landlord because these guys want to sell a ten thousand line replacement.

After they convinced the tenant to pay for having a camera run and determiened the line was longer than 80' (it was 130) they charged me the full price for the first 80 foot and the second 50 (at this point they have received a total of around $650).

Days later, it still isn't draining right. I call another company who gets there the next day and completely solves the problem for $200 and it hasn't backed up again.

After calls to two other companies who couldn't come out today, I was pleased to find Rooter Town was able to come today. First tech Levi tried to auger out but I found out this toilet was old and calcium had built up. It was time for a new one. Austin A. came to install a toilet . He showed up promptly and checked out exactly what toilet was needed and went to get it. The install went smoothly and adjusted the flow as needed. Rooter Town Plumbing was great to work with. Steven was very prompt even though I called him out on a Sunday night. Steven was persistent at finding a solution to my issue, without having to resort to rebuilding my entire shower system. Steven was very efficient, polite, & I appreciated his determination & honesty. I would use them again.

Called them out bc of my drain backing up and flooding my basement and it was a large large mess. They were out first thing the next morning. Found out that my line had broke and there was a way bigger issue. Very expensive issue but they came got it taken care of and were very polite and friendly. Tom was amazing the entire time. Would highly recommend them again.

Caleb was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. My drains were extremely gunked up with grease causing excessive backup, and he worked diligently to clear them. Time/cost/value were excellent! I called around before making this appointment and Rooter Town Plumbing was by far the most affordable. After the work has been performed, I'm happy to report they don't sacrifice quality for low prices. I highly recommend them!

We had an emergency on a Saturday. They were the only ones that were available after calling about 10 plumbers. The person who answered the phone was really nice and responsive, she even check to see while I was on phone. 1 hour later Tristan shows up and he had it working in 15 minutes. If we ever have a problem again, we will call them for one of their services.

I started having water pour out of the bottom of the sink last night when I was cooking dinner! It flooded everything under my sink. I had to turn the water completely off. Dylan showed up first thing this morning (it’s 9:20 am as I write this and he’s already done) and made sure all my drain pipes were hooked up correctly and completely. He even hung out while I ran my dishwasher to make sure that was good too. He was professional, kind, and the dog absolutely loved him. I’d totally use this company again. Rooter Town did a great job. They came out quickly for an emergency call and cleared my basement drains for the quoted $95. i definitely recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

They can always come quickly when there's an emergency and prices are reasonable!
