Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. The entire project met all code requirements. As a veteran and spouse of a veteran, Jeff's work met our high quality standards. We trust Jeff and gladly refer him to our family and friends.

Mark was awesome repairing
our clogged sewer main. Worked with us on scheduling him to come out and came by same day. Also gave great reccomendations on maintenance and up keep for the line to help avoid future problems. Will definitely be using his services again.

Expanded a main floor bathroom to add a shower and relocate the sink and toilet. Tricky job to re-route and add plumbing but Western Peak Plumbing was up for the challenge. Thanks to Marvin, Jerry, D'Angelo, and Jonathan who made it happen.

Absolutely amazing experience! Master plumber Mike Reaves came out to the house right on time. I had a pipe burst and Mike had it fixed in no time at all. Mike kept me informed the entire time of what he was encountering and even gave me some tips as to avoid a recurrence of the issue. As a bonus, the job cost way less than I anticipated. I could not be more pleased!

Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It’s great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. The plumber, named Adam, did an absolutely amazing job. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable and understood how to solve the problem. They didn't charge us a crazy expensive amount and even gave recommendations to help save some money while not losing quality. I will be using this company again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

I called to have a washing machine drain and shower drain unclogged. They came on time and did the job for $400. When the drain in the shower was still running slow I called for a redo and was told the $400 was just for one drain and the other was a bonus but to do it again would be another $400. The machine they used sells at Home Depot for less the $400 so I'm not sure why it was so expensive to come out. They serviced what I asked then when it came time for the warranty it was sorry for your luck. Guessing the so called bonus drain wasn't completely done the first time but since we don't use that shower didn't notice till we had guests. Definitely WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Russ answers his phone, follows up with you on his arrival time, is careful not to make a mess in your home, cleans up, and most importantly, he knows what he's doing. I called them to come out and give me a 2nd apounin on some bad pipes under my cemented floor.the site I went to said no trip fees,te guy shows up says theirs a 49 doller fee then refused to give me a estimate with out charging me a $250 .00 camara fee, when I need 15ft of strait pipe under the foundation. So pretty much taking advantage of me.so I gave him his trip fee and told him to kick rocks.to bad tho.rooter is gunna get 8k from me.and they wont.vary bad service I do not recommend and they refused to call me back on my complaint.
