Jeff gave me a clear diagnosis for a problem I had been having for a month. I had two other plumbers give me bad info which Jeff readily corrected. I highly recommend Jeff to work on any of your plumbing needs.

True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my go to plumber!

I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time. I have lived all over the country (26 year Air Force veteran) and Jeff is the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used.

The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

I have used Jeff's services for years. He's always up front about costs and tells you what your options are. He has always done a great job fixing my plumbing issues.

As a owner of a property management company it is always great to have vendors you can count on when there is no one else you can call. This has happened many times with Jeff' s company Power plumbing. there is no worries the job will be done right .

Had a great experience with Powers Plumbing! Jeff came on time and walked me through what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Additionally he took care of minor aesthetics that he caught around the sink and dishwasher. Will not bother with another company in future, and will just call on Powers Plumbing!!

Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Jeff is awesome and really knows his craft. I’ve used him several times for home plumbing issues. Very reasonable on price and very dependable and always shows up on time.

Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips.
