Mark worked with my schedule and came out on a Sunday evening to look at my water heater. He did a great job cleaning it and was very polite and helpful when he was explaining everything to me. Price was great too, highly recommended!

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Purchased Groupon for furnace cleaning and tune up in preparation to sell a home. Work was done, but the technician felt the need to sell us on more services and when we declined he felt the need to document this in the Description of Work section of the invoice. He chose not to provide language that would give a description of work and instead provided comments about the services we chose to decline. He was unprofessional and took a defensive stance when we declined the suggested services. The technician's feelings seemed to get in the way of doing what was requested and paid for. I've spent multiple days trying to have the verbiage on the invoice corrected with no resolution.--------------My wife purchased the Groupon, same last name. I have no interest in calling the company and wasting more of my time. Adobe DC helped remove all the irrelevant and unnecessary details about declined services in the Description of Work :) Seeing a new comment about this business and learning their technicians work on commission clarifies why the technician got his feelings hurt when we declined services that we didn't request initially.

My wife and I own a few investment properties. Luckily right after we bought our first one, we discovered Always Plumbing and Heating. Since then, they are the only plumbing service we will use. At one point, we did have a plumbing problem that we needed fixed ASAP and Ed couldn't get to it right away so we tried getting someone else who could do it sooner. We called and left messages with at least 6 other plumbers in town. None of then answered their phones and none of them returned our calls. So we then waited for Ed to get to it and since then, we refuse to use anyone else. He has done a lot of work for us and we couldn't be happier with Always Plumbing and Heating.

Outstanding service! Drain Plumber was able to fix an issue that 2 other big name companies were unable to diagnose. Highly recommend this company!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.

Did great job. Expedient. Friendly. Gave price for new Hot Water Heater and installation and that was what the bill was- not a penny more; included tax, permit and inspection. And he installed a good heater- not a cheap low end heater. Call him, not Home Depot!

Customer service is a pretty important part of running a business. It might be worth the investment to hire someone to answer the phone with a good attitude.

Awesome service. Had water backing up into my basement drain. They came out on a Sunday night. They were fast, clean, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in a heart beat.

The only reason I know of them is the absolutely reckless driving I have encountered by their drivers. I was nearly forced into a crash by them when I had a baby in the car with me. Going north on Cascade the driver pulls out RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME which causes me to have to slam on the brakes nearly crashing. Of course the driver could not wait until I passed, and to complete the story the took a right exactly one block down.

The fact the drivers are so insane and nearly killed a baby I will never deal with this company and warn you to do the same.

We've consistently had excellent service from Affordable Rooter. Same great experience when AR provided a second opinion to a family member who was told by another company that expensive excavation and other procedures were needed (they were not!). There are a number of Affordables out there, make sure you talk with Affordable Rooter.

My A/C went out over some of the hottest days of the summer - when I called, they were able to get a technician out within about four hours. They were completely honest about cost, and the technician they sent was absolutely fantastic - willing to service my outdoor A/C fan even during significant rain (which thankfully wasn't necessary!). I usually just Google around a bit for who's open when something goes wrong with the house, but I'm definitely coming back to these guys the next time something goes wrong with my home.

We had a bid for central air in 5/2020. Comfort by Design is a different kind of company. They feel like family, a big brother. This is a company that shares their knowledge of what they know with you, no guessing about which air conditioner you’ll need with a list of choices. They are not trying to sell you more than what you need. They recommend what is needed by asking specific questions and assessing how your furnace and air conditioner will work together. The technician for the install was extremely polite, worked hard, and was very neat, and I’m fussy! The technician went over and above by showing us how set up our thermostat correctly for maximum comfort and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company your cooling or heating needs.

The lady in the office was very friendly and able to set up an appointment for the next day at a convenient time.
The service was excellent , done in a reasonable amount of time and the service fee was competitive. Very good value. I will definitely call BullsEye again for my plumbing/heating needs and recommend them to family and friends.
