Called numerous plumbers then came across this company and was super happy withthe price so i stopped calling around and scheduled an appt for today well i got called into work explained to my 18yr old son where it was and to have the snake through the main line. Well the guy comes out looks aroundand calls in a resteration team but doesnt snake the line but takes the money and leaves i come home to a resteration team which i did not need so i call the company and all there going to do is refund me guess they dont snake lines and i didnt appriciate them calling another company to come to my house and try to charge me for something that is already being taken care of

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Chris and Aaron were very punctual at the designated scheduled time. They resolved my clogged sink and garbage disposal issues in about 15min. They were both kind and professional.

B & L got someone out to us super quickly and had good customer service. Definitely recommend! Cay came to help me out with a problematic faucet and a leaky dishwasher and I really appreciated his kind demeanor and assistance. On top of fixing our issues, he took the time to explain things to me so that I could troubleshoot on my own in the future. He also waited on the floor for quite some time, in what I can only assume was an uncomfortable position, to confirm where our leak was actually located. I've had other repair people come and give a cursory look but he cared enough to take the time.

I had waited all day Thursday for another local plumber to come out and snake my main line. At 3 pm they told me they were on their way out to me and one hour later showed up. The young man told me he couldn't do what I had set the appointment for them to do. I looked online and found Advantage and called them right away based on their outstanding reviews. I got in touch with someone and they got me scheduled right away. When it was time for my appointment David called, almost to the minute, letting me know he was about 15 minutes away. When he showed up 10 minutes later I was already happy. David was pleasant and professional and very clean. He was in and out getting my job done and recommending some things I could do to make the process smoother next time. I am very pleased and will both recommend them and use their services again!

Mark came out, fixed our drain issue and took care of another issue that needed do e. We called 3 places. One did shoddy work. One never showed. These guys came out. Took care of it. We are very happy. Could pay by CC. Wish we'd have been able to hire them for the previous job.

Mark did a great job for us when our septic ejection pump failed. It broke again the next day, no fault of his but a random piece of copper pipe that had been lurking in the tank waiting to cause a problem. But, he came again quickly on Christmas Eve to get it going again and found the issue. He is a very hard worker and we really appreciated his efforts to get us a much better Christmas!

Highly recommend. Had a leak that they could not come out to fix due to their busy schedule. Instead of leaving us hanging they did everything possible to help walk me through it and I was able to fix it myself. Other companies left us hanging. I trust them to be fair and honest and will hire whenever needed. Companies can be defined by what they do when they don’t make profit and they went above and beyond.

What an awesome outfit this is. I own a home in Old Farm after being unexpectedly plunked in a wheelchair when a foot surgery went bad I was out in front of my house pushing my lawn mower (yes pushing my lawn mower) when a WIRE NUT service truck passed by. The gentleman driving that truck took the time to pull over take the mower from me and finish mowing. Thank YOU . That was rare.
