WOW! What an exceptional and professional man. We used our insurance company for a huge kitchen problem. Our sink was installed improperly at some point. The Sink is a bottom install and it completely fell in and separated from the granite. Jorge was on time, knowledgeable, and helped me every step of the way. He even had some great referrals that I will be using around the house. Thanks Jorge for your help! I would recommend this company to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. I can't say enough about how wonderful Jorge and these guys are. They were fast, affordable and incredibly professional. I originally received an estimate from a sub-contractor who told me I needed a ton of stuff I didn't actually need. After getting cold feet with his shady dealings I contacted A+ sewer and drain and less than 12 hours later they came and gave me an estimate. Not only did they come in under the original estimate, they immediately fixed our problem, so we didn't have to wait another few days without a toilet. Hands down some of the best customer service and craftsmanship I have ever seen. Thank you so much Jorge. I can't tell you enough how grateful my family and I are to have found an honest, hardworking and kind individual such as yourself. We will go to you for all our plumbing needs from here forward.

I can not recommend A Plus anymore than I already do in person. Jorge is an absolute professional who always shows up on time, does excellent work, and is always honest about what you need or don’t need. When my own Mama’s house has plumbing issues, the only company I’ll call is A Plus.

I found Jorge through Facebook reviews! I am so grateful to those reviews. He is one of the most gracious people I have ever met! This was my first plumbing experience and it was a serious one due to crappy Quest piping they used back in the 80's and 90's but Jorge explains every option and explains everything he is doing. Since my issue was in a crawl space he took pictures of what was going on down there. He is so respectful and not one bit pushy. Passionate about the work he does. I needed restoration due to mold and he was able to recommend someone equally as respectful and kind that was able to come the same day and start the initial stages. Please don't hesitate to call this guy this is the person you want taking care of your plumbing needs!

Today it was a garbage disposal installation. Very polite, I don't wear shoes in my house and he was kind enough to put on shoe covers for me. I have used A+ in a previous home for plumbing leak repair, Shower/tub repair, and toilet installation. They have never overcharged and have aways been honest with me. Very professional and good quality work.

They saved the day and were so professional. Will be recommending to anyone I hear needs plumbing services.

Jorge is always terrific. This time, he came when he said he would, gave me alternatives to solve my problem, did the work very well, and inspected my outside septic lines. The office staff was also very helpful when I wanted to change my mode of payment. Highly recommend!!

A Plus is the way to go. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in order to close on the sale of my house. This was a high stress and time sensitive issue. Jorge and Jessica were able to quickly provide me an estimate and schedule the work. They went above and beyond, kept me informed throughout, and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. When issues came up, Jorge was able to answer questions directly and honestly. In one day, Jorge was able to clear drains, pull & reset my toilets, clean my sewer line, and provide before & after video flash drive of my sewer. Our whole experience with A Plus Sewer, Drain has been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. I will only use them in the future. A massive thank you.

Jorge & his son were very professional, got to the job right away, were clean & respectful of my home & property. Their work is very high quality. Jorge was very informative about all the things he did & made sure I was knowledgeable about the workings within my new home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed a good, honest plumber.

It was uncomfortable working with Jorge for the following reasons:

- His scope of work indicates that you need to pay when the work is complete which is obviously very reasonable. However, he did part of the work, then threatened not to complete the rest of the work unless we paid for what was done thus far.

- He threatened to charge us incredibly high late fees if we didn't pay him for partial work. His scope of work explains nothing is due until work is complete.

- While he was working on our hot water heater issue our sewer began to back up. We hired him to fix that as well. We paid him $250 to do it and then the first time our renters took a bath the the sewer backed up in a way that was even worse than before he did the work.

-We had to hire a another plumber to come on Sunday to fix the issue we hired Jorge to resolve. We asked for a refund as the work he did did not solve our problem and he refused to give it to us. He said he didn't guarantee the work.

- Jorge's demeanor at many times throughout the process was unprofessional and defensive.

Jorge is always prompt to respond. He gets out to do the work in a timely manner and gets us back up and running.

Hired this plumbing company 3 WEEKS prior to install a water line for my fridge - simple. Hole was already in the wall going to the pipe. They come out - late - and then immediately at the door tell me they may not be able to work today because of emergencies. I said I was having my fridge installed later that day and needed the water line. He came in and said OK, that is easy and said it would be $169. I said fine. He installed a copper piping from the sink to the fridge - it took less than 20 minutes. Charged me, said to turn the knob to let the water through when the fridge was hooked up, done. Later, fridge installer said the water line was not working. I called and stated that I wanted them to return to fix it via voicemail.

Via a slew of text messages, they said they couldn't call me because of emergencies, though they had time to text me 30 times. They said that the water line didn't work because of a new valve needed - this was NEVER stated when they were here, but it sounded as though now they knew it would not work. They repeatedly told me to look at my invoice - given to me after the work was done and after I paid - that stated a clause that it may not work...perhaps something they say about all their jobs to cover themselves. They refused to come back to check their work and said it would be another $269 to install a new valve that most people could probably do with their eyes closed. They finally said sure we will come back and check OUR part only - the copper pipe - and that will be in 3 weeks.

Worst communication, no transparency at all, and I haven't experienced another plumber that is going to charge $169 for 20 minutes, show up late to the appt to say oh, they may not be able to do the work, and then install a water line they knew wasn't working. Not to mention, the emergencies they had to run to were not important enough to not sit in front of my house after the appt for more than the appt took itself. Terrible people and no humanity or pride in their work.

Outstanding Company used them many times on different projects. Honest upfront people who get the job done.

They came out for a sewer scope on a complicated sewer line. Their equipment was able to get thru the line where another inspector was not. They were prompt, professional and very helpful.

We worked closely with this company to finish out our basement bathroom and helped out quickly when our water heater was having some issues. They are responsive and can get out to see you quickly when needed. We had some issues with how our vanity was installed and he came out to fix it as he said he would at no additional charge. Good quality work and professional. He even helped us out with the plumbing inspection process with maintaining the permit and scheduling the final inspection.

There had been a couple issues with the sewer lines in my neighborhood. I heard about Jorge from a good friend and veteran. I wanted someone honest and reliable and that is exactly what I got. They were easy to reach and communicate with. Jorge arrived on time and performed the scope quickly and efficiently. I love working with fellow veterans and supporting their businesses.

Was on time, gave me an estimate, cleaned the drain and installed a new garbage disposal. He even made a couple adjustments to the drain that we had not done correctly when we put in a new sink.

These are the Most Honest Plumbing Company I've ever used. They quickly found our leaks and repaired it. Didn't try to sell me on repairs I didn't need. Also had them swap out an old Garbage Disposal. I would Highly Recommend them to anyone.

Had a water line put in for the ice/water for my refrigerator. Very knowledgeable professional super nice. He found a leak on my kitchen sink drain and was able to fix it as well. This seems like a really honest place. I’ll definitely contact them if I need any time work done in the future.

Messaged them on Facebook about replacing a kitchen sink as well as having a dishwasher issue. They got me on the schedule within a week, reliable the sink and it looks great, and fixed the dishwasher with a simple valve exchange. They were timely and extremely professional, would recommend them to anybody looking.

Jorge was on time and did exactly what we needed. The hose bib on the rear of the house would not turn off and with winter approaching, we were concerned about the hose remaining hooked up to stop the water flow. Jorge did a perfect replacement and made time to help us before the cold weather came. Highly recommend A Plus.

Did fine work, and the tech they sent out was friendly and great. They offer to take credit cards but don't have a reader to take payment. Said they would send an invoice, which I received 2 days later. The due date attached had already passed when I got it. Received it on a Sunday night and ended up in urgent care the next day so I didn't pay on Monday as I was in a lot of pain and on a lot of medication. Got a message Tuesday morning from the owner telling me a late fee was applied. I said that something came up and that a due date was never given to me. Rather than being understanding, the owner accuses me of trying to cheat him and saying he's having to chase me down for payment.. even though we only had one brief conversation about it and a due date was never provided. It would have been fine if the owner had been clear about when he expected the money. Instead of acknowledging that he decided to repeatedly insult me.

Edit: After saying the late fee would be waived, he came back after seeing my review to say it had to paid and threatening to put a lien on my house. What a joke.

What champs Jorge and son Ray were. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully to repair and replace 30' of completely corroded kitchen pipes. The pipe was hard to find, and under the concrete in my basement. They were cheerful, friendly, and determined solve difficult issues. It's a 1976 built home, but they made it like new. Great job, guys. You're the best 👌

What a great service minded business!! So pleased! We had an immediate need at the Fire Station and the owner came out with haste himself to get our drains unclogged from grease & gunk. Owner went above and beyond by repairing the clean out cap for future ease of pipe maintenance.

I've had a slow draining bathroom sink for more than two years. Four plumbers. None of them tried. All said to try chemicals. The last one charged me $50+ just to tell me he couldn't repair. The wall would need to be removed to get to the older pipes. House built in the 50's. A Plus took the gooseneck off and worked on the line until it was clear. The price was fair. I cannot describe how happy I am. Thank you!
