Best Main Sewer Pipe Camera Inspection. in Colorado Springs CO

In my experience, they had several opportunities to improve service quality. From inception, to completion. They were nearly 10hrs late to arriving to my property. Found excuses to stick around and bill me for services I never asked for. Investigate issues that didn’t pertain to initial reason for hire.

Carlos came out to inspect our main sewer line because an inspector said there were roots in the line. He was took the time to show us throughly that there were no breaks in the line. Super honest and reliable service. Thanks!!

Tried calling several times to set up appointment. Middle of a Thursday morning. No answer, no way to leave message.

I had already gotten two bids to do the work, so almost didn’t call. I’m SO glad I did. Their prices were very competitive, their work was excellent, and they were all about making sure we were happy with with their services. I have already actively recommended them to other people, as I want my friends to use them. Highly recommended. They will take care of you.

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

Kevin did an outstanding job neatly installed, never in a rush, making sure the work was done properly, and made a couple of adjustments that suited our needs perfectly thanks much B&L.

Came out to repair a leaky valve which required a new 1 inch piece of copper pipe. Installed a pvc water line from main water line to refrigerator ice maker. Invoice from day one inspection and fixing copper pipe was $96 dollars less than what I ended up paying when they came back to finish the job by installing the water line. Told me that parts adjusted the cost even though all parts were known about the day of the original estimate. Didn’t get a very good answer when I asked why the cost was so different between the two invoices. This company has affordable in their name but I feel that they ripped me off. I do not recommend the use of this plumbing company.

We had a clog in our main line and called around to all these great companies who are all over the TV and newspapers....they wanted about $200 to show up and about another $200-$300 for the repairs. I called Mr. Rooter and was able to get them to come out immediatly at no additional charge and they quoted me the cost upon arrival again. Larry was my plumber and let me say that he was great. He cleared our main, used a camera to show me what was the problem (tree roots), and then checked my houses water pressure for me (just a courtesy since my water heater was leaking). The total bill was only $273 and by the way....IT WAS EASTER SUNDAY! Thank you Mr. Rooter and Larry...I will only call you for business now!

We had a leak in our dining area from our ceiling. We were afraid it was turning into a big problem. Mark thankfully got to it the next night and found the source. It didn’t cost us a fortune for him to fix. We are thankful for his help. 😊

Had a few different issues at our home and called Alphalete. They were able to get out to our house quickly and fix everything! Walter was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will use them again for any needs we have!

I called during the holidays and every plumber I called was completely booked. My toilet was backing up and I had a house full of people. No one would help. Then I got the owner of green plumbing and he said “ I am really sorry but I can’t come out!” I explained the situation and he said “what I can do is talk you through how to fix your problem!” He told me what I needed to purchase, how to use it, and followed up later to make sure things went well.

Based on that level of service I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900.
