Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

We had flooding/water backup into the laundry room because the mainline got clogged. Didn't discover this until 8pm on Good Friday. Olson was the first company that was able to provide service to our after hours holiday emergency. The technician Brandon was professional, explained what he was doing, why there could be mainline clogs, and advised additional follow-up with Olson for some other potential plumbing improvements. Only company I will call going forward.

The gentleman I talked to answered the phone almost immediately, spoke clearly, and was very understanding of our situation. He was able to get out that day and offered some recommended courses of action, prior to coming out. Would highly recommend!

Chris was absolutely amazing! He even came over on Mother’s Day. My hot water heater was not cooperating at all, Chris ensured that we had hot water. B&L Plumbing and Heating have been wonderful. Tom G showed up first thing Monday morning, after we discovered a leak under our house on Sunday evening and was able to have our water back on in less than an hour from the time he started the work. My husband, since buying the house around 30 years ago, has steadily replaced about half of all the plumbing pipes in our house because when the house was build just a few years before he bought it, they used trailer home pipes in the entire house. This was illegal and there was a lawsuit, but he did not find out about it until a year after the deadline for them to cover a full replacement of the plumbing, so we decided it was time to get an estimate on what it would cost to have it done. Tom G was able to provide that estimate very quickly and it seemed very reasonable to us, as he seems to be repairing a leak every couple months as it has been. We then scheduled Tom and his partner, Shane, to come back on Wednesday, at which time they completely replaced the water lines in the entire house, with new shower boxes, a washer box, new meter gauge, and everything the inspector will look for when he comes to inspect the project.
Tom and Shane were both very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to make the repairs and replace the lines in a very reasonable amount of time, as well as they helped us out on a couple extra little things like moving one of our outside spouts that was originally located in a very inconvenient area to a much realistic location. They wanted to go the extra mile for us, just to make sure their job done was above and beyond what we expected. We sure do appreciate their willingness to serve us, as their customers, but also how they kept things nice and clean and kept drywall removal to a very minimal amount.

Efrain is absolutely stands out when it comes to handyman services. I’ve used Efrain for over a dozen projects on my personal properties including rentals. I have yet to be disappointed. They were out to the house within 24 hours, determined the correct spot to cut the drywall, made the faucet replacement. Cleaned up the dust. David was highly qualified and friendly. Whether is was routine maintenance, repairs or emergency calls they have always been able to help get the job done right the first time. I have always received positive feedback for the work they completed. I have had to call on them many times myself to make repairs to drains, toilets or water heaters. Always a pleasure to do business with them.

Mr. Rooter's national dispatch and serviceman were both very professional. When I called for an estimate I asked twice about the possibility of a service fee. Both times I was told estimates involved no service fees. When the serviceman arrived he was very professional until he walked off the distance of the sewer line that needed repair. Ninety feet, he stated. I remeasured by stepping it off, came up with about 75 feet. When we actually measured it was 70 ft. At $100./ft. that would have added $2000. to my bill........Then he asked if I had been told about the $75.00 truck fee.......When I mentioned my conversation with dispatch....Oh that must have been my last job, he stated. Fool me twice, I Don't think so. I will be looking elsewhere for my trenchless sewer repair.
