Reardon Plumbing

I am extremely dissatisfied with Reardon Plumbing. They were contacted through our home warranty company, but after assessing the issue ( a cracked pipe) the tech informed us that it would not be covered. He then insisted that we pay our deductible before he left, so I shelled out $65 for absolutely nothing. No work, no parts, nothing. Just $65 to tell me that the cracked pipe was not covered. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at any cost.

Chris came out to my townhouse to check out a screwy water heater with an intermittent issue and a leaking toilet. He showed up towards the beginning of the timeframe I was given which I appreciated. Talking with him, it’s obvious he knows his trade - it was no surprise to me that he has glowing reviews. Down to earth guy I’d have beers with. Recommended.

Chris & Ben did a GREAT job replacing a ruptured pipe going to an outdoor faucet. I highly recommend their service. They are very responsive and very polite. Chris quoted a fair and reasonable price for the entire job. Their cleanup work was outstanding and you could not tell work was even done, that's how good the cleanup was.

Had a leak in our shower and we placed a claim with the home warranty that we have. We were told that Reason plumbing would be calling us in 24 hours. They called within the hour. Mario was scheduled to come the next day. He called to see if he could come early to look at the problem. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He explained what the cause was and the fix he would make. Explained the answer to every question we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone in there area!

Chris completed a lot of work for me in the past. I will not use anyone else when it comes to plumbing. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. You will not be disappointed.

Corey from Reardon Plumbing did a fantastic job today replacing my old kitchen sink cut off valves!! No more drips and now these pipes will be ready for a new sink and dishwasher!!!
Setting up the appointment was also easy and was greeted with excellent customer service!!!

Reardon has been to my house a couple of times within the last 2 years and they are absolutely amazing. Fast service, quick response time, very reasonable prices and extremely efficient work. They always took time to explain to me what the issue and the cause is. I can only highly recommend them.

They came out from my home warranty which they have done in a previous year with good experience and communication. This time around I don’t know if it was the receptionist that schedule or blue ribbon that did not do their job correctly but I had to pay for someone’s mistake. I asked the owner to do right by me considering they showed up promptly said they have been there before and don’t service this issue ( main line- which I know I mention to someone on the phone I’ve had a problem with similar issues it the past). I feel they just wanted the trio charge and I had to wait over the weekend when I was trying to deal with it on my only day off which is Friday. Will only use again if I absolute have to with home warranty.

Most friendly, timely and reasonably priced plumber in town!

Chris replaced the old spigot that was leaking on the outside of our home. He explained the options and listened to what we were looking for. Chris completed the job without having to tear up our entire downstairs ceiling, which we had been told would be needed. We were so thankful and grateful for his excellent work. He attached the new spigot to the outside of our home very neatly, allowing us to paint so it looks perfect. He was right on time and his administrator Carolyn was a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would. We had Mario a Reardon come out as part of a Blue Ribbon home warranty call to replace our water pressure regulator. Before starting the work, Mario realized the main water shutoff to our townhome was no longer working. Mario was more than patient and professional while dealing with our HOA's retained plumber, who definitely did not make things easy for him. He was great, Caroline in the office was great (and even calmed me down when I was furious at the HOA!). So many good things about this company. I will never use another plumber, Reardon is the best!

I really don’t enjoy having a plumber tech come out period, as it means there is an isssue and a costly repair in most cases. (Usually the problem was caused by the unknown or one of my five kiddos!)

REARDON GETS IT RIGHT!

They do what you ask, offer to check anything else and that’s it. I really wish they could get a weekend emergency crew together!!! I have kids and something always goes wrong Friday, Saturday, or Sunday!

REARDON IS THE BEST COMPANY I have done a home fix with. I seeen tI never give a full five starts unless it is earned. That is how picky I am. I have had them out 4 times since 2015. Mostly for odd plumbing things. Upfront their great. Their cost is medium and that’s ok as the jobs are quality and services tech are professional. Several of their techs understand that kids may want to watch... very educational for my lil ones also!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better job. He went out of his way and spent the extra time working on our problem and fixed it even after another service feigned unfixable because our pipes are 50 years old. I'll be recommending and calling Reardon in the future for any plumbing problems.

These guys are awesome!! I had a very poor experience with All State Plumbing, and Reardon plumbing and Mario came out and did a great job of fixing what All State messed up. Reardon and Mario were very easy to work with! Great people that know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

Very responsive and very knowledgeable. We had signs of a leak in a bathroom ceiling. Chris showed up on time, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it promptly for a reasonable price. Chris even took calls after and provided guidance and advice on a secondary issue without charge. Reardon is our go to plumber and we recommend them without hesitation.

Couldn't be happier with this company! Mario came out and solved our issue so quickly. We have been battling with our home warranty company and had a past plumber out here twice to get us nowhere but into more frustration with the warranty company. Very very very pleased!

For starters, if I could leave 10 stars, I would. We have been out of hot water for three weeks. We worked with American Home Shield who sent us a one star company originally to fix it. Unacceptable, right? The one star company made an assessment and said they had to order a part. No communication at all and we waited and waited. We decided to call Reardon Plumbing in hopes that they would rescue us. CHRIS IS AMAZING, KIND, PROFESSIONAL and a Cali boy that lived where I lived in California. He squeezed us in, came out the very next morning after I called about 5pm the night before. He was here for 10 minutes max and we now have hot water! THANK YOU CHRIS! I appreciate you very much. You are a true professional. I highly recommend Reardon for your plumbing needs!

Carol called to consult and inquire about our plumbing issue. They were immediately responsive to our claim with availability. They were able to diagnosis the issue over the phone and refer our problem to a sewer facility that could address the problem. I will definitely contact them again if needed!

These guys have been out to our home a handful of times. They always seem to get the issue fixed very quickly. Their cost is extremely reasonable. Mario typically has worked at our home and is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I can’t recommend Reardon Plumbing enough.
