Everytime I've had an opportunity to use this service it has never gone well. We have an old house but if you can't figure out how to do the service at a good rate as it states in the name don't do the service It is always at an astronomical amount and they never actually fix the problem.

He cleaned up the mess left behind from another company that professed they knew what they were doing which left my line clogged. Richard went the extra mile to use his locate to see where his camera was in the sewer line and then compared it to where the city main tap was above ground. He then jetted the clog away, clearing my line. Richard's experience and passion for doing right enabled me to finally feel comfortable with my line and how to manage it in the future. Special thanks to Richard. He is by far the kind of person I would want handling my specific house needs. He does right and does it right the first time. Most of all he cares about what he does and the customers he supports.

I called late on a Saturday morning because my water heater was leaking. B&L had David at my house by 3:30 pm to install a new water heater. David did a super job of removing the old leaking heater and installing a new one including adding some upgrades to bring my system in compliance with some new codes. I was very happy with the timeliness and quality of the work. I will definitely use B&L again if needed.

I had two apartments located in a rural area of Colorado that were backing up into their tubs and toilets at around 6:30 PM. I called Flow Right, and they had their tech Daniel G to the location within an hour and 15 minutes. Daniel did a great job of locating and clearing out the problem. He went above and beyond showing me with his camera the necessary work moving forward, which I appreciated. Daniel was fantastic, and I will be using Flow Right again!

It seemed like we were getting a good deal from these guys, so that's why we selected them. We were assured by our sales guy, Jeff Jennings, that he would be the project manager, so he would make sure everything went well. However, he pretty much disappeared after we signed on the dotted line. The project had several issues, all of which took a lot longer to resolve than we were led to believe. Also, when the A/C failed to cool our upstairs, they told us it was a problem with our ducts, so we would have to hire another company to test the ducts and fix them, which would be another few thousand dollars. That would have been nice to know before we hired them. Jeff had also convinced us to buy the whole-home humidifier. He said it would work so well that we could end up with condensation on our windows. This was another lie. The humidifier has been worthless--it did nothing in the summer time, but I thought maybe it would do better when we were running the heater, but it also has done nothing all throughout the winter. We asked them to help us configure it, in case we were doing something wrong, but there was nobody who seemed to know how to use it! We definitely regret hiring these guys--I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!

AWESOME BUSINESS!!!!! Dan came out and looked at my problem. Then he sent his guy, Zach, to do the work. They came to my home the same day I called and scheduled the work for two days later. Zach worked in the crawlspace under my house for hours. When plan 1 didn't work, he went to plan 2, including digging up around the sewer line. He was incredible!!! Professional courtesy is abundant with these men. The problem was solved and thankfully wasn't a collapsed line. The price was quite reasonable given the work that was done. Use them again? You betcha!! Thanks Dan and Zach. You rock!!!!!

We use ACME for all of our sewer scopes and sewer line replacements. Highly recommended as an honest and very fairly priced plumbing specialist that wont lie to you and actually stands behind the work that he does.
