Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. They did my heating system, replaced the control board. Got the bill 0ver $1000. Found out the parts over charged $200 after Read the bill . The technician seems not skill on the area. He did not know what he need to do and calling his boss for instructions , I have to pay his learning experience .....

A nice guy named Mike came out to take care of my two sluggish toilets. He came in the time frame they gave me and had me taken care of in an hour.

Made my appointment for a sewer main replacement. Day of the estimator calls and tells me they will not be able to provide a quote without charging me to scope my sewer. This was my 6th estimate and EVERYONE ELSE DID THIS FOR FREE. The guy had a terrible attitude when I questioned him about it

I have used Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning for 2 services and both have been stellar. In 2015 just a few days before Christmas and during a very cold spell, my furnace went out. Advanced Heating and Air quoted me the best price for a quality product and fit me into their busy schedule. The were able to get it installed before the holiday, when many others in town told me i'd have to wait until after Christmas. A little more than a year later my hot water heater died on a weekend. Again, they got me scheduled for the next day, with the best rates for a quality product. They are honest, straight-forward, with great rates. They are considerate of your home, always cleaning up after themselves. They are even pet friendly, giving my anxious little pup some attention, so he will be more comfortable. Great job installing new furnace!! I've been feeling out Home Heating for several months... they replaced my hot water heater and water pressure valve. They were reasonably priced (not the cheapest or most expensive)... they did what they said they would do and ensured the job was done right! With that history, I used them for replacing my furnace.
