These guys really do a great job all around. My technician, Billy Hull was excellent at not only his trade but also in his ability to explain the entire process with ease, which gave me complete confidence the job was being done properly. I'd have him do work for us again anytime and I would highly recommend him to others as well. He was efficient, polite, very intelligent in his trade and got the job done quickly. Can't ask for much more in a tech! Great guy. Great company. 10/10.

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

This is the absolute best company, hands down, in Colorado Springs! We moved to Colorado Springs last August (2020), and after being here a few months, one of our water heaters quit working. Josh & Justin came out to change the water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and the absolute best company we could have called to take care of the job. They will be the only company we go to for any plumbing and/or heating problems - a company that has integrity and is honest! I cannot recommend them enough!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Had a pipe freeze in multiple places and had the plumber at my place finding and thawing freezes for about 4 hours. Had 2 areas where pipe burst and had to be replaced. So pleasantly surprised by the price too

Bullseye installed a gas line for us to switch stove to gas. They were very quick to schedule, install, professional, responsive, friendly and followed thru to make sure it was done correctly. Technician Ryan did a great job. Won't hesitate to contact again should need arise.

Tech was on time, professional and addressed any questions/concerns I had. In addition, he put up with my dog. He was very gracious. Would recommend this company.

We were so pleased with these guys! From the moment I spoke with someone on the phone, I could tell they would be a pleasure to work with. They scheduled us with someone to look at our garbage disposal and two clogged sinks as soon as possible, and our visit from Jay (and another guy whose name I forgot, sorry!!!) was extremely painless and downright pleasant. Price was extremely reasonable, and they were a huge help with our plumbing mess! Will definitely call these guys if we ever need them again in the future, and would highly recommend them.

Very good company! A mechanic visited our church, and she worked really hard and was very nice. Other mechanics are reliable as well.
