Kevin B was the technician who showed up today and he was AMAZING. He called prior to showing up and got here on time. He was quick with his job and didn't mess around with the job. He got in, got it done, cleaned up, and got on his way to the next job. He was kind, had a smile on his face, and he was professional. I didn't expect for the job to be done today. I thought it would be a job that someone would need to return for but Kevin got it all done very quickly. I'd certainly refer them to friends.

I called these folks to give me a second opinion after Rooter Town told me I needed a section of sewer pipe replaced. They were going to rip up my yard and charge me $8,000.
Jeremiah and Brandon came out, scoped the line, showed me the pics and explained I just had roots that needed to be cleared. The cleaned the roots out and showed me video of the clean line. No breaks were visible in the pipe. They were polite and professional and honest. So nice! I will be referring others to Leo's and doing yearly cleaning with them.

I called on a Friday night and received EXCELLENT customer from Myam who took my call to Shane who came out to service my Unit. Shane was professional, kind, informative, friendly and helpful.My Unit ended up needing to be replaced and One Source scheduled me immediately for just a couple days out with a Huge Discount with maintenance service !!I am One happy Lady!!ThankYou Shane!!!Also a Big SHOUT OUT OF GRATITUDE to Jose and Ron for getting the job done so quickly!!And last but not least, the Amazing Super Heros that did my Installation for My new AC and FurnaceEMILIO and CHEWY. The technician was very nice and professional. He did identify two problems with our heating system. The quote for repair seemed high so we looked at other options. We found another qualified plumber who repaired the system for about 70% of the quote and he found two additional issues. Smith Plumbing has done good work in the past but they are mor expensive.

Outstanding. We have had HVAC Solutions come to our business to assist us with our HVAC units. 2 of the Units are 41 years old! They diagnosed the problems (one of which is old units), supplied us with alternatives and assisted us. I am not one to speak about pricing. To some cheap is what they want and then will complain about receiving bad results. I believe in value and that is what I have received from the tech's who came to our facility. With 3 units that went out all at the same time, they were expediate, kind, and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem at professional rates. We appreciate them and will utilize them again.

The service I have used currently is for the company to locate a leak. This company has been responsive and timely to come to my home and investigate the problem. They found the problem, sent me a quote and I plan to use them to make the repairs. Very customer friendly.

Never use this company. I had them out for preventive maintenance in October. They were supposed to have cleaned my heater. Then a week later my heater would try to light and then blow out. I called them and they sent technician that told me if they would have cleaned the first time I wouldn't have had the issue. I called the company and they refused to reimburse me.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

After suffering through another hot day at our house (which never had AC previously installed), my husband called Comfort by Design one afternoon to ask about getting new AC installed. The person he spoke with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. We went forward with scheduling a time for someone to come out and give an estimate. Scott came out, talked about his company, his employees, and products. We liked his views on customer service as well as his appreciation of his employees. He knows that everyone in the company is vital to its overall success.

Installation of our new AC went very smoothly. Jeremy and Anthony were polite and hard-working. They showed up on time, got right to work, and always had a smile. We liked the great communication they had with us from start to finish. Also, thanks guys for putting up with our dogs!! We had a great experience with Comfort by Design during all phases, and we would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone who wants the BEST! Thank you all!

I called today to set up an appointment to have a leak fixed in my shower. They were able to come out the same day! I thoroughly didn't expect that. Thought I would have to wait till next week. When David K. arrived, he was very courteous and helpful. When I explained the problem, he knew exactly what what going on and fixed it promptly. He also checked the pressure in my lines and verified no leaks in the crawl space for me. I also mentioned another issue and he checked on that for me and notified the office to schedule another appointment to correct the noisy pipes. Can't thank flow Right enough. The service was great!

The guys from Bullseye plumbing came in and quickly solved the problem of a burst pipe that we had leading to an outside hose bib. Will definitely call them again if we have any needs.

I scheduled an appointment online with WireNut and the work was scheduled and done the next day. A $29 service call which was not bad is the initial fee to get someone out to the house. Things became interesting with the price to replace the outlet. One outlet!!! I had an outdoor outlet replaced with a cover. Kind of pricey!! It cost $313 to replace one outlet and add a cover, which is ridiculous. It took the electrician about 7 minutes to do the replacement. I don't see how they can justify this amount for 7 minutes worth of work. To make matters worse, I may need to call the electrician back to check the outlet again because it pushes in when I insert a plug in the socket. This was one of the problems before the service and I made this known to the electrician. They have a warranty on their work so hopefully it's honored and there are no out of pocket expenses since I called to make them aware of the issue on the same day as the service. All of that money and it's still not right. Definitely one and done with this company. It's my fault though, I should have denied the repair and just pay the service call fee. I know electrical service is not cheap, but I was charged way too much for the work that was done.
