The technician quoted us >10,000 to replace the whole furnace, water heater and the whole pipe system. Otherwise, he won't do anything because he would risk his license. As a property manager, we have seen this pressure sales enough. They sell you big on small problems. We immediately called another service provider. On the same day, a licensed technician fixed the problem with less than $200 charge (as we expected). It is an old house, but the lady is in need of heat, not your new equipment list. What makes this company even more funny is the office lady call herself as debit collector to ask for the trip fee of $75. I wonder how many unhappy customers do you have so that you have to fake yourself as debit collector to collect bill? I am glad to pay $75 to know this is the company I will never call again.

On the phone, Joey and Jesse were very thorough and confident about the service they offer, and they answered all my questions. Although Joey was audibly irritated.
Upon arrival, Mikal and Dustin inspected my issues and told me I don’t need the “clean-out” at this time. Something the competition (R.R.) was going to do right then and there, whether I needed or not, and charge me $564. This price was with free scoping and $75 discount.
Another local plumber (O) was going to charge $106 just for showing up.
Mikal very nicely tried to fix my toilet running issue. Actually made it worse. I called back to see if I could ask him a question, and this time a gritty sounding woman named Janice answered and said “No”. He of course is out in the field. I asked if she could get a message to him, and she made up a bunch of excuses.

Onesource has been a terrible company to work with. They are in the business of selling new product and cheating you out of your hard earned moneyI have wasted over 12k and a year of my time. I called them out for A/C Services, they explained i needed a new AC system so I bought one. The one they sold me was to big for the house. It never properly worked and over a year and a half later I don't have a working A/C at all.This is the third review I have posted. They promised if i changed the review they would settle our issues. I did, and their promise was as worthless as the rest of their services.

I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.

My wife and I moved to Colorado Springs one week ago, and when we got here we found our A/C was broken, and of course we were experiencing record heat for this time of year. Not knowing who to call, the first company I turned to was a big mistake. I then found Parkey's, and called them on a Saturday. Rick responded immediately, was at my house within an hour, found the problem, replaced the part, and did it all with courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. We now know we have someone we can count on when needed.

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

Jesse came out and worked and educate us on a new furnace and central air. He was very professional and polite. Jeremy and Anthony did the installation, they were great! They cleaned up the mess they made and had us going with A/C by the end of the day!

Juan was very professional and informative. He gave me information that had not been told to me by a previous plumber. He was kind and made sure that I knew he had my best interests in heart and understood my plumbing needs for the future as well. When it come time to do the next step this is definitely the place I will be going to for the work to be done. Thank you for all you have done for me.

I received a call from BullsEye Plumbing and Heating. They want me to pay the $60 to write up an estimate???!!! Pay a plumbing company $60 for a bid??? Scammy... DO NOT go near these people with a 30 foot sewage pipe. You want money, EARN IT!!!

Brian was very knowledgeable and a really good attitude and personality. I am having him do my whole electrical panel and a couple of ceiling fans.

We will be using them for the installation of a new water heater.

Wonderful place to walk either with your dog or alone. Nice to have a wonderful area so close.
