The tech was good, told me how great his company was. I had ordered a duct cleaning service. Turns out they sent him to do a “complimentary check up” which I never would have agreed to. My system is 30 years old and I do plan to replace it later, but it is working. He gave me an estimate of 16,000. His estimate for duct cleaning was $870. As it turns out he could only give me a quote (not clean them ) which was three times that of the other two companies that came out. I hired someone else who did an ok job.I felt like pro source wasted two hours of my time. When I replace the unit it absolutely will not be with that company. He had to call his boss twice like a used car dealer, then told me they could not do repairs on it due to age and they don’t even clean ducts. It was a scam to get them in your home for them to sell service. The tech was a nice guy but the company is questionable at best. Really bad experience.

First and last time. If you think $2100 - $2700 for a 40gal gas hot water heater installation is a good price, then Smith is for you. I was charged $200 for a new, unnecessary gas line and $200 for a new, unnecessary shutoff valve. Last the technician installed after/outside the 4hr time block I was given. Live and learn.

I was looking for a local Heating and Cooling company and I found that HVAC Solutions is a local Colorado Springs, CO company. They were simply amazing and I cannot say enough. My water heater went out the week right before the 4th of July. I thought it was covered under a home warranty repair, and it turns out it was not. They came out at 7am at my request to look at my water heater and by 10am they were back installing the new one. I appreciate everything because they were closed the following day (Friday) for the 4th of July observance and instead of making me wait until the following week, when it had already been nearly a week without hot water, they rearranged their schedule! When it comes time to replace my air conditioner or furnace which both are getting old, I am definitely calling them!

Was not a customer, but driver hit my car with his door. He was on my side of the of my parking spot. I enjoyed trying to get out of my car when coming home.

Wow! Eric did a great job helping with all aspects of plumbing and heating with our bathroom remodel. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He has many years of experience. We found him to be reliable and efficient and punctual. He has great problem solving skills and communicates well. We are looking forwards to working with him again.

I have to give this place a 5 ! They came on time ,did a great job, and the price was affordable. I called several plumbers and alot of them were too expensive or didnt want to fix what I needed fixed. Diego is pretty awesome and so is the guy that works with him they fixed what I needed fixed and came early so I could shower before work. !!!

In February, 2020 our reidential furnace stopped working during a severe cold weather storm. An email in the middle of the night from me was answered immediately and a member of the office staff called before 8 AM the following morning. Purchase and installation of a replacement furnace was accomplished in less than 24 hours. Every interaction with the office staff and technicians of Comfort By Design has been outstanding. As a home owner I could have not asked for better people and service throughout our experience.

Phew! I had a pretty eventful evening the other night and am so very grateful Bulls-Eye was available to help me. We had our poop shooter back up in our house the other evening which caused pretty much all of the drains in our house to back up. :( After calling several companies to get some help, I finally called Bulls-Eye. Right off the bat, I noticed a difference about this company. 1. They answered the phone even at 9pm. 2. They were friendly. 3. They could get out to me that night!!! Sure enough, within the hour, I had Jeff at my house to clear the drains. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Our drains are running great and he provided helpful tips to keep them from backing up again in the future. I would definitely use Bulls-Eye again.

Arber from Wire Nut was great. He took numerous pictures and showed and explained EVERYTHING THAT was wrong with our HVAC system. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with clients that were new to central air. We needed a new system and he showed us several options and NEVER pushed for a sale.I will use Wire Nut for everything now

Excellent customer service. David was out to clean our furnace, quote ductwork changes we need done, and service our AC. He was professional, courteous, and explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. I will highly recommend CMS to everyone who needs service.

Wonderful place to walk either with your dog or alone. Nice to have a wonderful area so close.

Plumber was extremely professional. Replaced garbage disposal and cleaned underneath sink. Some scheduling issues/mishaps but the plumber was excellent and apologized for the scheduling issues.

Very responsive to fix sprinkler after it was dug up when fixing plumbing
