We had a technician come to our home to give us a quote and he was extremely knowledgeable, explained our options, was very transparent and very friendly! We have an old and poorly built home and felt very thankful to have this company come take a look. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an extremely bad sewer backup in my basement about a year ago. John stayed late and worked very hard to clear the stoppage. It took about 3 hours (8pm to about 11) which was suprising, given the late hours. Any other plumber would have given up, but he stayed until the job was done. Would definitely recommend!

Mike was able to fix an error the builder made regarding the supply of hot water in the kitchen. Mike was upfront with what the solutions could be and was very transparent with pricing. After completing the job, Mike shared that it took him less time than anticipated and provided a lower cost. The quality of the work was excellent, the professionalism and service is what will make us use North Ohio Sewer and Drain for any future needs.

I called them Monday to check on my hot water tank that wasn’t heating the water anymore , they sent someone the same day, no complaints on this part…Here’s what the technician wrote on the invoice #11788 :
“Diagnose water heater 50 gal power vent out of warranty ( we’ll anyone could notice that after the sticker)..
Not operating properly, recommend replacement (on what base? was it leaking,what kind of issue he noticed, I think this was only based on the tank being out of warranty)…See proposal (approx $3400😳)…For all this they charged me $169 plus $89 for the service fee,a total of $258…Okay I said let me think about it and I’ll let you know since the $258 would go towards the new tank they kind of force you to use them…Called them back to confirm that I’ll use them but they didn’t called me back until the next day. In the meantime in the evening I plugged in the water tank myself (the technician unplugged it), restarted the hot water tank and SURPRISE! We have hot water ever since…So I don’t really understand the $169 charge (for what was I charged)…I get the service fee but this NO…The only reason I called them was that their number was on the water tankCalled them twice, talked to a lady , she said that the manager will call me back…They never did…Two days already…Unprofessional…Would not recommended to anyone for this kind of job!

I can’t say enough nice things about this business. I called in distraught on Christmas Eve because our hot water tank died. I had people coming to my home the following day. Killeens not only called me back immediately but sent two awesome technicians out to replace my hot water tank same day! Beyond grateful for their services. I even gave the guys chocolate chip cookies four the road because who replaces hot water tanks (without a service premium!) on Christmas Eve?! Will use again and definitely would recommend to others!

Great customer service from Pompeii. So happy my sister recommended them. We called on a Wednesday morning and had two people out that afternoon to provide an estimate for a new, gas hot water tank. Our water tank was installed on Friday and the technician was prompt, courteous and completed the job in a short amount of time. We are very pleased and will definitely call Pompeii for any future heating/cooling needs.

They did a fantastic job installing a Moen Annex shower head system! They were able to send someone out the same day I called. Reasonable prices and everything turned out great. Highly recommend them.
