Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Very pleased with the job that Plumb Nation and Andy provided for us. We had been experiencing sewage backup for a couple months. Andy came in provided an honest quote and was ready to start immediately. The crew was friendly and well skilled in plumbing. We will be hiring Plumb Nation to do future plumbing repairs around our house.

Andy @ Plumb Nation is literally a lifesaver. He was able to help us diagnose our issue over the phone to stop our water overflow from ruining the house foundation, then made it over quickly to help fix the root of the issue. Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

When no other plumber was available to take my call, Plumb Nation was there. They greeted me with friendly and competent service.

When my home warranty company told me the work was not covered, Plumb Nation went over and beyond to help me dispute the claim and get a fair resolution.

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

We had a good experience with Tim Hatzidakis this morning. He is a very honest and knowledgeable man. There was no high pressure on doing the pluming work. Good information and very honest with his advise. I would recommend him for any work.

I am incredibly impressed with the honesty, timeliness, and professionalism of this company.

I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

Came home to a clogged sink which also rendered my dishwasher useless for the holiday. Andrew was available the day after Christmas with a preset time of between 10-12. He arrived promptly at 10 and let me know ahead that day that he was preparing to come. Clean, efficient, fast, friendly, educational and thorough. He even checked our water tank and other piped areas for problems while here. I don’t know that I could ask for better service! I will definitely be using Plumb Nation for all of my plumbing needs!
