Dave was very professional ,he took the time to explain everything that he was doing,did what he said he would do,and did it ,he brought a helper with him and had absolutely no problem with replacing an older toilet, installed a new one and we are very Happy with the work that was done,cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they were there,very Happy with drainworks plumbing

Dave was able to come out very quickly and take care of our shower drain which was backing up into the shower with every toilet flush. Really gross. He spent the time needed to unclog the drain and then send a camera through all of the other connecting drains to see if they had issues. I will definitely call Drainworks again for any plumbing needs! Thanks, Dave!

I called David when I first moved into my house and he fixed a few things for us. About a month later we had a leak in the basement coming from what appeared to be the bathroom on the main floor. I called David right away and he came out. After looking around and taking off a panel he knew right away that it was not the bathroom leaking but found a source of the leak coming from the third floor and an air conditioning unit. I would never have figured that out. David is always professional , very helpful and always prompt or early if he can swing it. I would definitely recommend him and definitely will call him again if I need help. He is very fair in pricing and very glad I was able to find him. He is just a good person and someone who is honest and works hard.

I chose Drainworks based on the number of positive reviews and I was not disappointed. A guy named Chris came to my house to replace my hot water tank. Chris showed up on time, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain to me everything that he did and answered any questions I had. I will be using Drainworks again in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The installer was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Knew all the stuff he needed, rather than going back and forth to his vehicle. He also got the job on time. I would recommend this company to everyone!

David came right out to replace a frost free faucet that split during the blizzard of May 2021! wasn't expecting that and forgot to remove the hose. Sad that the other was new the year before, but David installed a much better and sturdier faucet that we just love. So much easier to turn on and off now with a rubberized handle! THANKS will use again and recommend!

The owner was a huge help to me, responded the same morning I called with a sudden plumbing issue that needed immediate repair. Also took the time to handle a couple other minor nagging issues while he was at my home. Highly recommend David and his company.

Appointment was at 7am. They were here already before 6:45am. Gentleman was polite, courteous, and professional. Came in ready and prepared to fix our utility sink and get our washer back in service. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. He did a great job! I really was so impressed with the punctuality, the job quality, and the extra steps he took to make sure everything was right and explained before he left.

David is a very good plumber and well equipped. He is very professional and at the same time honest and wants the best for his client. I run an apartment complex in Cleveland and I have worked with him a few times before and would hire him again if needed. He is a hard worker and very decent. His prices are reasonable as well.

I called Drainworks to replace my garbage disposal that was old and leaking. They were out first thing the next morning. The very next day, the drain started leaking from the other side of the sink- They did not hesitate to come out and fix it for free. Thanks! They removed the old bathtub and surround and installed a new one. Unfortunately we noted a crack in the tub later the same day that the install was completed. Not sure if it was a tub defect or due to the installation. However, Drainworks Plumbing exhibited professionalism by again removing and reinstalling a 2nd new tub. Did a very good job! They stand by their work and we appreciate it.
