A.C Plumbing came to our rescue when we had a pipe burst some time ago. Excellent work and amazing customer service! I had an issue over the weekend and received quick return call on Saturday. The only plumbing service we will use!

This company and team are worth their weight in gold! Absolutely transparent, patient, prompt, understanding, and compassionate. If you do one thing right about needing a repair is allow this place to fix it! Thank you Kelly and Team!!!

Doesn’t call back so we won’t be using them anymore

Arrived on time, were incredibly professional and very thorough in communicating the issue. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request. All in all, they did a phenomenal job and took their time fixing the issue the right way. I'd highly recommend for any and all things plumbing.

A guy called DL (his initial I believe ) did a great job to tune up my 25-year old furnaces during his visit. He not only completed his job on time with clear explanation but also fixed furnace leaking which bothered me for more than five years. I will call them to replace my furnaces when time comes.

We were extremely happy with A.C. Plumbing. Last week our sewer system became completely blocked over 100 feet from our house. Michael and accompanying technicians made an impressive effort to pinpoint the location of the blockage as well as to find the location of our long-buried cleanout plumbing, ultimately leading to a substantial savings. Exactly what I would hope for in any service: Prompt, very friendly, great communication and highly professional. Strongly recommend.

They sent out a tech. to fix my furnace twice he said we were adjusting the temperature to high & he greased the belt. It still didn't work. Well that wasn't what was wrong the fan motor was bad. It was replaced by another company now it works fine.

Mark and Chris provided the best plumbing service I have ever had on the house. They were amazingly transparent about their work and showed me everything that needed to be done. The pipes work great after many years of very difficult patchwork fixes. Finally someone who knows what the h**l they are doing and is honest with their work. Proud to endorse these guys online and hope others use them in the future. High quality work for sure!

I woke up on Sunday to a frigid house - my boiler had stopped working! My 1 and 3 year old kids were freezing their tails off, and when I couldn't figure out what was going on I reached out to A.C Plumbing. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from A.C Plumbing. They were so accommodating, moving pieces around to be able to come out the next day.

The professional that arrived was super friendly and took time to explain to me how the system works and why it failed to operate. He coached me through the maintenance steps that I wasn't aware I should be doing every 4-6 weeks during the winter season. So not only did he get the system working but he gave me the knowledge I need to help prevent the issue from happening again. I will definitely be using A.C Plumbing going forward. You guys are awesome, thank you!!!

They do an awesome job & very professional!

We chose AC Plumbing for a gas stove line and stove install. We had planned on using them to install a farm house sink and a dishwasher as well after we received our countertops in a kitchen renovation. They installed our gas line while our carpenter was working in the kitchen and did not install the stove the same day as discussed, lied to us and said the carpenter asked him not to install it that day, so we had to wait a week later for them to come back out to install the stove, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal except when they sent us the bill for the stove install they also tried to charge us for sink and dishwasher install that had not been performed by anyone at this point. They originally called my husband to collect this payment, at the time he clarified this work had not been done. They then called me, thinking we had not been in communication, and tried to get me to pay for the total price for sink and dishwasher install. When we sent them photos of an uninstalled sink and dishwasher they’ve argued with us and said that they had cut the holes in our cabinets for the future install (clearly something our carpenter had done) and demanded we pay them for this. We had a three way call with AC plumbing and our carpenter who scolded them for trying to take advantage of their customers for charging them for work they had not performed. I do not find this company trustworthy and would be afraid to allow them in my home again.
