I was impressed from start to finish! From appointment to punctuality. When they give you a time they make it! I got a text, phone call and did not have to worry.Jamal came out to service our radiator valve that broke.He made impression from just walking in just wearing the booties throughout house. So many people just run around not knowing we care about old floors!You could tell they were experienced, they inspected where things were and focused on getting it done. There was no doubts I would be up and going in no time.Diy'ers. Just give them a call. They know what they are dojng. ;)Kudos Andy & WyattWorks!

Ryan came in and introduced himself. He was dressed appropriately and very professional. We walked through the house and he gave me his review on everything that he found that needed to be addressed. and he have me quotes for the different parts of the entire plumbing project. I asked him to repair the immediate issue which was a slow drain in the kitchen as well as gurgling in the both drains. He immediately went to work and installed new plumbing with and air vent and solved the problem that had been plaguing us for months if not years!

Bill was highly professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. Patiently explained everything in words I could understand. Fixed my immediate problem, found underlying issues and gave detailed offers for fixing them. Everything was accompanied with pictures and prices and bills were sent via email. Very 21st century service! Highly recommend!

Dominic was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Impressed work had life time warranty. The only reason I didn’t go with them was scheduling. I have used them in the past and will use them again!

I had a small plumbing issue in my kitchen sink . Edward was very courteous and professional and provided 3 options. I had to chose the least costly option( due to numerous surgeries n on disability from work). He conveyed confidence in his work, and with that, I asked him to look at an issue with bathtub/shower faucet. Instead of trying to repair, he replaced faucet with an easier handle. Soo very happy with his service and company for following up before and after completion. Will certainly refer to anyone I know who has plumbing issues 🙂🙂🙂

We had a tankless water heater, water softener and whole house filtration installed. They were very fair on their price and I was impressed with their speed and efficiency. Jeremy did a great job. Seth is friendly and personable and a pleasure to work with.

After a massive drain issue and tons of stress, Dan and the WW team put my mind at ease. They were timely, professional and worked quickly to provide solutions to my problem. They educated me on a better plan for preventive maintenance, and took extra time to make sure the job was done with an unmatched level of quality. Above and beyond my expectations!

Chad did a fantastic job over hear with the pipe leak I had. He was immediately determined and ready for any problem at hand upon arrival and did his work diligently. I was in dire need of repairs and he addressed them immediately. I would recommend this man to anybody. You just don't see workers like Chad too often nowadays. Please take into consideration his talents.

Luke arrived promptly to our home and walked us through his diagnosis of our issue and talked about potential solutions. He was quick to contact his resources to help us get back on track.

I had an inspection done on a foreclosure that needs a lot of work. The Technician walked me through each point of the inspection who was very knowledgeable and a subject matter expert. Currently waiting for the official estimate to schedule the job, but the scheduling and communication is great with a fast lead time.

Edward from WyattWorks was professional and pleasant to work with and did excellent work. He talked us through options, made clear and helpful recommendations, went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted for our sink, and completed the work quickly and well.

Edward was courteous and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and recommending regular maintenance I should do as a homeowner to prevent future problems. I also liked how dispatch kept me informed as to when to expect him.

Bryan did an awesome job at looking at and replacing a repair that we had done last year. Upon looking at it, we had a defective part that went and they were able to fix it under warranty. These guys are the best in their repairs and in customer service! We recommend using them!

They say you get what you pay for. Definitely true in the case of Wyatt Works Plumbing. Not the cheapest, but worth it. From the owner Josh, to each technician I had at my home, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. I had an emergency plumbing situation (drain backup) while I was away traveling. My son (not knowing anything about plumbing) was at the home, and googled plumbers, and called Wyatt. Since I wasn't available to make calls and compare prices, I was at first upset with the cost, thinking I could have gotten someone else to take care of the problem for less. However, after talking to Josh, and understanding the depth of the problem (besides the clog, we had a broken drain pipe underground), I am happy that we chose them. They took care of the emergency clog first, then worked with us during the hassle of dealing with the insurance to resolve the rest of the issues. They are always available to answer questions, explain things thoroughly, and return calls promptly. They even provided video from the drain camera so that I could actually see my drain pipes cleared out! Everyone on their staff was great to work with and talk to. They've earned a new customer in me. I highly recommend Wyatt Works!

WyattWorks lived up to its billing in radio ads. The communication from start to finish was impeccable. The plumbers who came to our house (Edward and Ryan) were very honest in letting us choose whether to let them do a broader assessment of our plumbing or just fix the problem we called about. We felt no pressure and appreciated their honesty in explaining a couple of other issues and helping us think about which ones were more versus less crucial. They gave us three options ranging from fixing every issue to doing only the originally named repair, along with a middle option that excluded less significant issues. I’m the end they were able to give us a midpoint quote that was between two of the options. They were efficient and careful in their work, took the time to explain what they had done, and were in no rush. I really have little basis for assessing how they compare in cost, but I would recommend WyattWorks as a business whose workers will arrive on time, do excellent work, respect your property, give you space to consider options, and explain their work thoughtfully.

I had two techs come out to my house at the same time- Jamal and Derron. Derron assessed a problem with my main sewer line from the my house to the street. It was blocked up due to tree roots and he showed me with the camera and I was able to see it myself. Jamal came to install a new shut off valve for my main shut off and install an access panel. I received 3 different estimate options to fit my budget.Derron and Jamal were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and they helped me understand everything, especially when I was so stressed out!! The work was completed efficiently and accurately. I am very happy with my experience using Wyattworks. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend using them!

Edward was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and did extra (free) diagnostics. He discovered a gas leak we didn’t know about and fixed it, as well as the original problem we’d called WyattWorks out for. A great guy; highly recommend!

Larry did a great job - very efficient and gave me lots of advice on ways to avoid a repeat problem. They carried out same day service which really helped.

Andy was wonderful!!! I had an outside water leak that caused me to shut off the water in my home to stop the leaking. Once Andy arrived, he surveyed the shut off lever and the outside of my home where the water was accumulating and found that my water softener system was running constantly, rather than on its set timer. Andy then switched the maneuvers on the water softener system to the bypass mode and “waaaalaaaa” the water stopped running!! I was so elated to see that the water issue was an easy fix and I could now alleviate shutting of my inside water lever. Andy also showed me the path of the issue & what I could do in the future.I real appreciated Andy’s knowledge and patience! I’ll be sure to tell all my friends, family & neighbors about “WyattWorks Plumbing!”

Ricky and Jesse were great today! Efficient with their use of time, knowledgeable and patiently explained details of their installation. Looking forward to many years with our new water heater 🤣 We will use WyattWorks again in the future.

We tried troubleshooting an issue with our kitchen sink all weekend without success. I called and had an appointment within an hour, the technician, David, arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our issue within 10 minutes. (One of those you loosened the jar before the next person pops it off situations?) But here’s a thing I truly appreciated, they sent a text with a picture and short bio of the plumber heading to our home. I knew who to expect and it brought an incredible relief. We’ve found our forever plumbing crew with WyattWorks Plumbing.

After a scheduling snafu, Larry came out to give us a quote on our intended remodel. He was here right on time and very polite. He provided a thorough inspection and was very patient with all my questions and ideas. I really appreciated the time and knowledge he shared.

Had a leaking toiled in our warehouse. I thought they were just coming for a quote but Ricky said he could fix it right now and replace the leaking valve on the other toilet too. All done in record time. Definitely would call them again.

This business is a joke I’ve yet to receive a copy of my recording that I authorized the $60 service fee. “Company” has blocked my number because they are liars. Do not use this company it does not cost 2k to replace a kitchen sink. Rip off. I will be contacting the better business bureau for these illegal practices and the Ohio attorney general. I did enjoy kicking out the plumber. Use at your own cost I believe the plumbers pocket the “service fee” he can buy lunch with his own money not mine. Thanks!

Called in afternoon and got appointment for next morning! Great office and scheduler response. Two service techs, Dan and Matt, took very good care of all aspects of my problems. Situation corrected and all cleaned up in short order. Have utilized WyattWorks before and they have always been responsive and professional.

WyattWorks came out same day and gave me my options to repair or replace toilet. I decided to replace complete toilet. Work was completed in a professional and efficient manner and they completely cleaned up after work was done. Very happy with results.

I contacted WyattWorks for estimate on potential Drain clearing, they promptly set up appt that worked for my schedule. Pete was sent out to perform on site consultation. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I am currently in the decision making process. Will post again if I decide to have work completed by them.

Bryan was prompt, professional and very informative. We had a couple leaks under the kitchen sink and 60 year old failing shut-off valves. First, he provided us with different options, prices included. He kept us aware of each phase of the work. He was courteous and kept after the work until it was completed.

David was a very positive, hard-working plumber. He went above and beyond. I appreciate all his hard work.

The power company installed a replacement utility pole through our sanitary sewer line. I found WyattWorks Plumbing through Angie.com along with a few other plumbers. WyattWorks was the first and only to respond to my query. I explained the situation and they sent out Billy, a knowledgeable tech, to scope the sewer line and make an assessment. It was determined that the pole indeed had compromised the line. Their scheduling department called and we set up a tentative time for the repair work to be done. The time we determined was the day the work began. They repaired the break in a few hours that first day and secured the area before they left fire the day. The following day, they came back to backfill where they excavated and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Sarah in the office, Billy, who scoped the line, Dominic, Frank, and Cooper, who did the repair work, were all very personable and professional.

Requested someone familiar with old houses to check out several issues I had (leaky faucet, old tub that drained slowly) and they sent their guy (Edward) that loves to work on these places. He did a very thorough job, walked me through my options, and did not BS me about anything. He was on time, clean, and very professional. I would recommend Wyatt Works to anyone in the area.

Great experience with installation of a new shower, utility tub, and plumbing! Ricky and Jamal were highly skilled and knowledgeable. They gave me updates, answered my questions and asked for my input. Very detail oriented and neat, too. I will definitely call Wyatt Works/Jamal/Ricky for any future plumbing issues.

Joe did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and helpful.It was a Murphy's Law of a process and Joe just made everything ok!The company overall was very responsive and communicated through the entire process.Probably not the least expensive route but I feel as though it was well worth it!

This is 4th time i have used them on 2 different houses. Great customer service (Rebecca) with scheduling and service people (today was Derron). Very friendly and explain everything from pricing to what your options are. They have all the tools to diagnose problem along with honesty to give you best options BEFORE digging, breaking concrete or ripping pipe out. The only regret I have is I don't remember who the repair guys were the first 2 times in order to give them the credit they deserve. Plumbing problems suck, but they make it tolerable. I very rarely write a review (like first 2 times they did work) but good work should be shared to others that are in an emergency and are looking for the right plumbers. Today I had Kevin. On time, explained everything before and after service, and even gave me a discount. What can I say , great and friendly service from first person who answers your call to last person who fixes problem.

I was very pleased with Technician Jean from Wyattworks Plumbing. He explained Wyattworks process, and procedures, diagnosed the issue with the kitchen faucet, and plumbing lines. Brian provided excellent service. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He even moved our dryer back into place and hooked everything back up (water heater was situated behind the dryer)

Derron Thompson was exceptional. Personality, knowledge and workmanship and promptness all A1. Showed us every step of the way, with camera etc and quoted prices at each step if needed or or wanted. When it became aware there was more to be done than anticipated a call was made and two techs arrived as their mission is to finish the job before leaving that day. Never once did anyone try to push work,try to sell or otherwise make you feel uncomfortable. It was all aboutwhat we wanted them to do.It was a pleasure to to have met them all (wishing I remembered names)The Office staff was also very easy to talk with and prompt with phone calls . You will not have dialed wrong if you call WyattWorks Plumbing.

To begin, they were prompt to come out and give me a price for plumbing work. They called and made sure everything was aligned. The tech was professional. I cannot fathom how anyone would use a company that charges $600 to hook up a garbage disposal. I understand everyone has to make a living but this is beyond acceptable. If I were you I'd shop around. Their total quote was 45% higher than every other plumber I had out. They acknowledge their prices are higher but this is a total ripoff.

Fantastic experience with WyattWorks. They were prompt in responding to my issue and completed the work extremely quickly. I had a water leak under my sink and David and Ryan were in and out with the issue rectified in about an hour. A+ customer service and would 100% recommend

We will be having our outside pipes from the house to the sewer line redone in about a week. Have not had repairs done yet, just scheduled.

They stand behind their warranty 100% without having to jump through any hoops. Replaced our broken water heater that failed within their 6 year warranty. Very simple. Call, schedule appt., look at tank, replaced within a few hours the same day! They keep the records no need to dig up a receipt. Very clean, wear shoe covers, put down tarp and cleaned up.When this tank goes we will for sure buy another from Wyatt works plumbing. Jamal was friendly and had good communication. The scheduler was friendly too. This is how a business should be run. Thank you! Very happy!

Luke and Quinn were very polite explained everything they were going to do, gave me 5 options for the work to choose from, and did a great job. Rebecca was very good with followup to keep me informed on the status of the service call ahead of time providing their names and ETA. When they were coming to my house I received an email with a photo and brief bio so I knew ahead of time a little about who was coming. Once I agreed to the work another email was sent outlining the work and the cost and a second email once the work was completed. In all I was very pleased with everything from start to finish and would contact WyatrWorks Plumbing without hesitation in the future.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Chad was extremely professional and reviewed all options with me before proceeding with the leak repair. He and his apprentice were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and high service oriented. I will be using WyattWorks for all plumbing moving forward!

Chad was amazing & honest! I thought I had a leaking pipe, but it ended up being an issue with my grout in my shower/ tub. In the end, no repairs for now, but I have a comprehensive list of things to watch for future repairs so I can plan for them. I will be calling Wyatt Works when the time comes.

Edward Wright was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that he would do and took the time to understand what the problems were. He completed the work in a fashionable time. We would mostly definitely call for him again should the need arise.

Ricky did a great job! I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy job as he was replacing a toilet in the basement that was original to my house, at least 80 years old. But Ricky came in with a go-get-em attitude, was very polite and professional and the end result is fantastic!The job site was cleaned up and he made sure I knew how to work the new water shut off valve.I was very pleased with the whole process with Wyatt Works and everyone I spoke with through this has been very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again on my next plumbing project!

Pete at Wyattworks came out due to my main sanitary line being clogged with tree roots. Pete put a camera down the line and said hydro jetting would be my best option. He explained everything on the camera and spent as much time as needed to clear out all the roots. I was very impressed with how thorough of a job he did, once finished almost all of the roots were completely gone. I’ll definitely be using Wyattworks again in the future.

Office staff were very friendly and helpful setting up my service call. Technician was awesome, fixed the issue and gone in less than an hour!

Called to have an estimate done at my house. They scheduled for Tuesday with Wednesday being a makeup date. Called. Tuesday to say they would not make it and need to change to Wednesday. Rescheduled personal schedules just to get called at 1540 to say they where not coming. Very unprofessional. Would only recommend if you can clear your schedule for a week to accommodate them.

David was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do, showed me pictures of what the issues were, and then also showed me everything once the job was done. Highly recommend these guys. They did a great job on our sewer as well!!!

Edit (11-02-2022):I'll can't leave the original review up (exceeds character limit), but trust me when I way it was a horrible experience last week -- basically a waste of my time and the drain tech's (who unclogs drains) instead of an actual plumber who could fix the leak. I gave WyattWorks a second chance after doing my own diagnosis of the problem.After Dan (the drain tech) left last week, I opened up the basement wall and discovered that the leak was from a joint at the bottom of the stack. I still didn't want to repair it myself and I really like the plumbers who work for WyattWorks, so I called them back and discussed the issue with Larry (the field supervisor). He was very apologetic about the errors in how the company mishandled my original call and I suggested having an actual plumber come out if they were willing to give me a discount on the cost of the repair. Larry agreed.Quite frankly, today's experience was as good as I could imagine, at the opposite end of the spectrum from last week's debacle.Edward Wright (who has worked at our house before) arrived on time and got to work. He agreed with my diagnosis about the leaking joint in the drain stack pipe and explained how he would repair it. Instead of the typical three options on repairing the leak, Edward explained that there was really only one good way to fix the leak (replacing the leaking joint and the pipe below it leading to the cast iron drain) and I agreed with his assessment.Edward did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, thorough in his explanations about what he was doing (and why), and finished by making sure I was satisfied with the work performed. The promised discount on the price was applied and helped convince me that the management at WyattWorks truly want their customers to be satisfied.In conclusion, I am happy with WyattWorks and their commitment to doing good work. They're definitely not the cheapest plumbers out there, but they do quality work and really will work with you if you're unhappy about something. More importantly, it sounds like they are tweaking the process to make sure my problems last week aren't repeated for other customers in the future.

We had Chad from WyattWorks out to install a main water valve as ours was corroded to a point of being unable to turn the water off. Work was fairly priced and done rapidly. Chad was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm happy with services done and would definitely use them for big projects in the future.

Had a 19 year old water heater that finally gave out and started leaking. Called WyattWorks and they were able to work with my schedule to get someone (David) there that same day after I got home from work. David was knowledgeable and talked me through eveything I had questions on, and gave me multiple options to choose from. He performed the new water heater install that day and left my basement cleaner than it was before the leak. Very professional, every time I call them. Highly recommend!

Our family couldn’t be happier with Wyatt Works! We called one evening when our 25 year old hot water tank was leaking. Omg David was wonderful!! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, great attention to detail. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything that I didn’t want to do. He gave me options. He explained everything to me, he answered all of my questions. I liked the fact that he wore shoe covers, unlike many other companies. I would definitely work with him to get my plumbing needs done. So now I just have to get the work done and I’ll leave another review.

My footers were clogged - again - causing my sump pump to run hourly. The technician got to the root of the issue and got it resolved in a timely manner using state of the art technology. Working with WyattWorks has been a pleasure. I'm glad they service my area!

David was prompt, polite, and got the job done super fast. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the problem and all possible routes for fixing it. The rates aren't cheap but they are quality and seem to have solid warranty. I will definitely use them again.

I call this morning because my main sewer line was backed up. The representative that I talk to on the phone at 7:30 this morning was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to help. He called back at about 9:30 and tell me a Technician would be coming to my house between 10 and 11am. Peter was very good. He called me when he knew what was going on with theFaucet. He was very straightforward. Although there was nothing he could do at that time he did offer to follow up. We also found a small area in the bathroom that he took care of without charging. I think somethings just needed tightened but overall he was excellent in his work. Wtattworks itself Was very difficult to schedule with. They call you daily to let you know if they have availability. Kind of difficult to schedule any particular time

A water stain on the ceiling below a bathroom had me suspicious of a plumbing leak so I called WyattWorks to get someone to take a look. They had someone to my house the next morning. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue, but Billy was great at helping me to investigate and figure out the source (likely a leaking chimney). Great response time and I highly appreciate how thorough he was in helping me to problem-solve.

Billy and Gene came to fix our kitchen sink drain pipe leak. They greeted me professionally and kindly. They were thorough in their assessment of the situation, and thorough in explaining to me the possible outcomes with quotes. They were able to fix the problem and offered some ideas for further possible work. I was very satisfied with the work. However, the price seemed high for the fairly small amount of work they did and the hour and half time frame.

The plumber was able to quickly repair our garbage disposal, wrote an estimate for other possible services and did not pressure or charge us for any additional services.

I hired WyattWorks to repair a leak caused by my shower a little over a year ago. The repair seemed to address the issue but a few weeks ago we began having a similar leak again. Even though we were past the year warranty period I called WyattWorks to come diagnose the problem again. Edward was my plumber and he was the most polite, conscientious plumber I have ever met. He assessed the situation and showed me some problems with the installation and sealing of my shower pan that was allowing water to flow into the walls. He also reassured me that the previous repair was still adequate for the issue found at that time (the shower strainer) by doing a quick test. He provided some quick, easy, and inexpensive solutions that I could do myself to remedy the problem. Thank you Edward and WyattWorks!

Wyatt plumbing came out a couple of weeks ago doing toilet repairs/replacement and the repaired toilet began acting up. I called wyatt and they sent Jamal out same day, fixed the toilet and left with a smile and very professional. You know the integrity of a company not when things are going well but when you have an issue. Wyatt plumbing gets 10 stars out of 5 in my book and I will use them again.

Ricky from WyattWorks Plumbing came to help fix my sink. We were having an issue where the water was draining slowly through our disposal and would start filling up the sink after 20 seconds. Everything I read online about this problem said it was most likely the disposal, which is a very expensive problem to fix. Ricky identified the issue within 10min of investigation and it was just a problem with a faulty air valve in the piping. He taught me a lot about how everything should work and helped prepare me for future problems that could occur. Super professional and reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies. Would definitely recommend.

It was the day after Thanksgiving where I hosted a dinner for 20. After doing some laundry I had an overflow of my sewer line into my basement. Wyatt Works was immediately responsive to my call AND got me in touch with a clean up company. Dan, from Wyatt Works, was professional and knowledgeable! Both him and the clean up co were at my house before 11:00 and gone by 1:00. The office was in constant communication with me and checked in after the job was done! WyattWorks Plumbing is amazing!! There was a leak in a pipe under the ground in our utility room. Calling them to make an appointment was a great experience - very friendly customer service. They kept in touch with us to let us know if they could not make it that day and called to let us know when they could make it. They sent a picture of the plumber who would be arriving. The plumbers arrived on time and were very friendly. They found the leak after performing various tests (they did not charge us for any tests). Some plumbers charge $100 just to walk in the door - not WyattWorks! They moved our washer and dryer out of the room for us. Dug up the floor to replace the pipe and came up with creative solutions to avoid us having to tear our our kitchen cabinets. They went above and beyond my expectations with everything they fixed. They even got rid of an old platform our washer and dryer were sitting on that we didn’t need anymore. They cemented they floor, put the washer and dryer back and cleaned everything up. Everything was done in two days! It’s all a thing of beauty. For all the work they did, the price was right! Best plumbers ever!

I had new emergency shut-off valves installed and the entire faucet replaced for both my kitchen and bathroom, which were very old and leaking. Ricky from Wyatt Works came by and he walked me through what needed to be fixed. He was very thorough, friendly, on-time, and really acted in my best interest. Instead of trying to 'sell' things, he explained pros and cons of each option, explaining things in lay terms for me, and when I wasn't sure of something he answered my questions in full. He also shared his personal recommendations as if he were helping a good friend or a family member, letting me know of the possible long-term outcomes and longevity of a part, so that I could take everything into consideration.I felt very comfortable and confident about the proposed repairs, something I had been very anxious about before calling a plumber. Also the final quote was all-inclusive, making it very easy to budget and there were absolutely no surprises at the end of the service. Ricky really made sure that I was aware of everything he was doing, even helping me understand some of the parts because it's helpful to know basic plumbing. I actually enjoyed tagging him along to see what he was doing because he visibly enjoyed his job. He had a very kind and pleasant demeanor, and just happy to explain things step-by-step. I felt included and part of the task force. The job was done smoothly and in this COVID era I should also mention that Ricky was fully masked, had shoe-covers, and was willing to follow any other precautions as needed.I hardly write public reviews online, very occasionally rating by stars if anything. He got here on time and got right to work with the camera to see what was the root of the problem!! There were roots in the line. I hate having to call people to come to my home and fix things. From beginning to end the Wyatt team was polite, transparent, informative, and professional. We reached out to several plumbers to see about replacing the old hot water heater and installing an automatic water shut-off value. Edward Wright came out and was incredible through in his examination of the property. He identified a gas leak that needed to be taken care of and a leak around the main water valve. We reviewed multiple options him and select a custom option. He came back with Larry the apprentice. In a single day, they install a tankless hot water heater (with new venting), the automatic water shut-off value, and fixed the two leaks.I will work with them again.

I have a side-by-side duplex, and it was leaking in my kitchen whenever the next door neighbors flushed the toilet. Edward diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained it beautifully, and took care of it that same day. I'm very satisfied!

It took a full week for them to finally send somebody to my house and then they presented three options which to me basically showed they didn’t know what they needed to do to fix my problem.The cheapest option was $500 so I did not use the service. I went with somebody else the next day and got my issue resolved for $150.Based on my experience I will never consider using this company.

I had worked all weekend to try and fix this issue with no resolve. A friend from my church recommended WyattWorks. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and they sent Chad Eddy out to have a look. First off, I was more than impressed with the way they send you an email when the technician is on their way which contains a photo of the tech and a short bio! When Chad arrived he was very attentive to what I had already done and was very positive and easy to talk to. It turns out my problem was much harder than I thought. Chad snaked the line and had to replace piping 2 times and the clog was still there. After disappointment of it backing up again, Chad snaked the line even further and was able to get the clog out and still maintain a fun positive attitude (it was already 5:30pm..) and he had already worked a full day. Chad is also a veteran like myself! Great to see veterans being hired and doing great work. I would HIGHLY recommend Chad Eddy and WyattWorks to anyone needing plumbing work! I had a leaking hose bib on the back of my house. I had several different companies come out to quote the replacement/repair. The first provided a quote with no information on why the price was so ridiculous. The second provided an equally ridiculous price, but explained that the new faucet would require a larger hole through the exterior wall, thus the ridiculous price.Edward agreed that the best option would be a frost free replacement that would require a larger hole in the wall. He offered me a couple of options and quoted atll three. In the end,the frost free quote was a$100 less than the prior quotes. He did the work on the spot. Cleaned up inside and out. He also showed me how I could do the replacement in the future! Edward took the time to make sure I understood what he would be doing, how it worked when he was done and how to manage things in the future!I had out of state visitors at my house when Edward came by. They were very impressed with his professionalism, ability to complete the work on the spot and care that he exercised at my home.I would gladly recommend Wyatt Works and Edward to any one!

The work that the WyattWorks team just completed at our daughter's newly purchased century home was superb! They identified an extraordinary problem that could not have been detected previously without extensive testing and presented a series of options to address the problem with a realistic estimate of cost. Once we decided how to proceed, they mobilized their crew and, in a single week, completed the work required to resolve major problems with the home's drain tile and storm tile systems. They also resolved the problem posed by a cracked sanitary sewer pipe in a very cost effective manner that avoided additional excavation and significant cost. Every member of the team was thoroughly professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the project and the effort required to get the job done expeditiously. The team was careful about protecting not only our daughter's property but also the property of her neighbors on either side. The team was especially kind and courteous to one of her next door neighbors who graciously allowed WyattWorks the use of her driveway to stage materials and as a base for the excavation required for certain of the work. We all were very impressed with the team's efficiency, productivity, and professionalism. With the finish grading, topsoil, seeded lawn, and peat moss topping the team provided, one can hardly tell that any work had recently been performed. What could have been an extensive delay in preparing the home for our daughter's move was resolved by the excellent work of WyattWorks. WyattWorks has done excellent work for us for the past 25 years, whenever we have had a need, and we will never use anyone else!

Pete I am happy with you and your repair . I am furious with the cost . That job was not worth 1250.00. With only 25.00 In material. I would have done this job myself if it was not for the kidney stone I’m dealing with . Told the person that called next day that I don’t know how you guy sleep at night . At most that was a $600.00 job .I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. And I will be contacting the fish 95.5 radio station to share my feelings with them .

After Billy came to the house. The initial process was great. Shortly after, they broke a pipe underneath the sidewalk. They tried to ask me to pay for the material, however I refused. Then they couldn’t provide water for that day due to the broken pipe so that hooked up a house to the neighbors house without consent and stole their water. Never once offered to pay for the water that leaked throughout that night and all next day. I had to pay those bills. It was a very very stressful few days to deal with them. As for the work they left the lawn with all the dirt they had to dig up and made a huge mess. They said it would go down after a few months. It’s been almost a year and it’s the same.

Billy texted that he would arrive in 20 minutes and he did. He looked over the problem and gave me several options. The work was completed, including clean up in an hour. Billy was personable and friendly and polite. He even asked to use a pail that was already handy.

The initial visit for the quote was very thorough and the representative listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and asked appropriate questions of me. I got my quote about half an hour later electronically and in an organized way with lots of notes and details included. Later when I was ready to schedule, I called back and the process was easy, fast, and thorough. The window of time that I was given for the contractors to show up was a HALF HOUR WINDOW as opposed to a vague half day window that other contractors tend to give, and they arrived on time. The work was estimated to take most of the day and was done in a little over three hours. The contractors involved me in the process anytime they had questions about my preferences and the work was done very well and everyone was completely professional. Wyatt Works will be my first choice from now on for gas and water line work. Very happy customer.Update: I have since contracted WyattWorks again, this time due to an expansive longitudinal crack along the top of the horizontal cast iron pipe leading from our main toilet toward the outside wall of the house. Someone was out the same day to take a look and give us a quote. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. Based on the location of the crack and the adjacent pipes/tees, there was concern that work would have to extend to the nearest vent pipe going up behind our shower wall (which does not have an access panel). We scheduled the work for two days later and they were done within a few hours of arriving. Best of all they were able to successfully remove and replace the offending pipe without needing to cut into our bathroom walls! Thanks very much, WyattWorks!Second update: We've had WyattWorks out one more time, to replace our water heater. The heater was leaking onto the pilot light and putting itself out. We'd known its time was coming since we moved in seven years ago, so we knew we would be wanting to replace it. I mentioned in passing on the phone with the office that we'd need a new one, and she took us seriously. I placed my call on a Saturday when we first noticed the absence of hot water and they had the technician come out on Monday. He had a replacement water tank in his truck already with him! This was excellent, as we were able to get the work done the same time as the quote, rather than have to wait for him to come back with a replacement tank. As always, everyone was a delight to work with, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I am pleased yet again. :)

Overall, I am happy. I'm sure I could have found a cheaper hot water tank, but there is no way on earth I could have found a better plumber. WyattWorks sent Thomas, a true professional, and very knowledgeable plumber. He was completely honest, told me i could get cheaper install somewhere else, but also explained that WyattWorks stands behind their service with a 6 year warranty, which is important when it comes to hot water heaters. I would absolutely use WyattWorks Plumbing again. Sometimes it's not just about cost.

Josh and Dave were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have a process that included evaluating the issue, presenting cost options for the work, which included things we didn’t notice, then letting us decide what work we wanted done today. Our simple drain clog turned out to be a bigger problem that involved installing a clean out. We felt that their evaluation was fair, they worked hard to fix the problem and were very conscientious about cleaning up afterwards. All and all great work, great documentation process, and above and beyond service, effort, and execution.

I am a Air Force Retired Veteran as I was in need of some plumbing done at my house of course so I called the company as one someone recommended them, I had looked them up, saw that they had a good references. The first time he came out to see what I need I have already written about but he was straight to the point and hid nothing letting me know what it would cost and what may or may have to be done, meaning in best to worst cases as far as money wise.The second time he came out went right to work and told me every step of the way what he was doing and if there was something I had to make a choice on he would let me know. I felt that this was far as most would have just done it and gave me the bill. He worked on it until it was working just as he said it would and even when it was the slightest leak he worked on that until it ddn’t leak anymore. “Them old iron pipes I Had” When he repaired something he cleaned right up behind him and as he said I am not happy if your not with the product or close to that. It is comforting to know that there are still folks out that there cares about their jobs and the people they are working with. Rest assured that if another plumbing job comes up this would be the team I would want to be working at my home! Also of note they made you feel like you were part of the family just by the way they handled there business and plumbing.So in closing I know it is far and few in between that you find some people who care about what they do and your company seems to have that. As a retired veteran of 25 years it takes a lot for me to say that with most things on a day to day basis because it is something I push for everyday in what I do at my job. Peter from WyattWorks came, checked the leak, suggested that we replace the parts, gave me the quote. Once I agreed, he got the parts, installed, checked and fixed the leak. All that in less than 2 hours. He provided a great service, explained before and after the fix was completed.

WyattWorks (Peter) did a great job for me for a service call for a clogged washing machine drain line on my 3-unit Cleveland rental property. He pointed out my drain cover was clogged with lint and the drain line was probably OK. So I removed the cover and cleaned off the lint, then Peter ran water from the slop sink feeding into the drain line and tested the drain line to verify the line was not clogged. When I asked how much the service call was, he indicated no charge since he didn't do any work and was in the neighborhood anyway. This has been my only experience with WyattWorks, but I can assure you, they will be the company I will call for any future plumbing service needed for this property!! Thanks Peter and WyattWorks!!

My sink was clogged and I was unable to unclog it myself by following recommended home remedies. WyattWorks was quick to respond, very professional, and fixed my problem! A section of the plumbing needed replaced which I would definitely be unable to do by myself. Dan replaced it the same day! This company lived up to everything they claimed!!!! Everyone I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment was pleasant, kind, and helpful! The two plumbers who came to my house were on time, extremely professional, and did great work. My husband even commented on how nice the guys were, how hard they worked, and how they explained everything very clearly! They were completely prepared to do the job and it was completed today!!! It was a Whallakadoodle!!!! experience!!! I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a great plumber!!!

The drain pipe from our upstairs tub was leaking to the floors below. We called WyattWorks first thing in the morning and they called us back as soon as they opened up for the day. They came out within an hour and a half, assessed the problem and gave us various options to fix the problem. They were very detailed in their assessment and didn't push the most expensive option as it wasn't necessary. They performed the work in a very professional manner, and got our problem fixed that day and had everything cleaned up before they left (no mess at all). The customer service was outstanding as well. While they were in the process of assigning one of their plumbers, their customer service person kept us posted on the progress and let us know when Luke and Quinn would be there. I felt that they were very honest in their assessment and I felt very comfortable in having them work on this job. I also like the fact that it came with a 5 year warranty on the work. I would not hesitate recommending them or using them again in the future.

This is a top-notch plumbing organization!! I had a plumbing issue with my shower faucet I called my home warranty and they gave me some Mickey Mouse plumbing operation which I refuse to use. I called Wyattworks Plumbing and they got me into their schedule within a day and a half which for a busy company is very very quick. The day of the service they emailed me a confirmation with a photograph of my technician and gave me service time updates. The technician Steve was extremely nice very knowledgeable and had the faucet fixed very quickly. He had all the materials right on his work vehicle and dealt with my home warranty so that I had very little to do in regards to getting this completed. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!

I'm a little disappointed that I can't leave more than 5 stars bc they deserve WAY more! The customer service I received from Wyatt Works went way above and beyond what is customary and expected. I called on December 21, 2021 to have them look into the sewage smell that the tenant in my rental property was complaining about. Most companies would have given up trying to schedule service with my tenant after 1 or 2 tries.Despite my tenant's continued lack of response, Wyatt Works persisted via text and phone calls to her for a month and a half! A month and a half!And my tenant even locked the camera line tech, Billy, out of the house when he stepped outside to call me with what he found. And yet, they still continued to reach out and try to schedule her again. It was frustrating on my end - to hear how difficult my tenant was being, and I wasn't even the one trying to get her scheduled. So, not only did Wyatt works stick with it for a month and a half, they also kept me in the loop every step of the way with all of their attempts.I am happy (and deeply relieved!) to say that the stars aligned YESTERDAY, February 1st, 2022! - and Billy and Pete were finally able to get in and clear the drain line from the basement out to the sewer with the jetter.I am so appreciative of all they did to make this happen, especially living out of state, that I requested to speak to Larry, I believe the manager (?) or owner (?) to let him know how much I appreciated all his staff did on my behalf to get this done and how professional his they were.Billy called me from my rental property both times to let me know what he was seeing and how the jetting went. I spoke with Maria and Elaina many times and know that Shawnika was also working on my behalf behind the scenes. To say that I have been IMPRESSED and BLOWN AWAY would be putting it mildly.PS - This was after having 2 other companies to the house for an estimate - one of which wanted to pour bleach down the drain to solve the issue (this was the property management company's guy), and the other which was clearly trying to get me to do un-needed repairs - items that weren't even the issue.I can't recommend them highly enough. Wyattworks helped us get our upstairs shower back in working order after it had been leaking through our ceiling. Their customer service was terrific and the techs they sent out were fantastic. Luke and Thomas came out and quickly assessed the problem. We were scheduled to get the rest of the work done a few days later. Ricky came out right on time and completed the job. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional and they made the whole process far more seamless and manageable than I thought it'd be. Incredible service! I can’t tell you how hard it is for a company to be responsive, professional AND have the courtesy to call and let you know they are on their way, and Wyatt Services did all 3. Thomas came to our house to look at our kitchen sink draining issues, he was Incredibly knowledge, he walked me through a few options and even gave me helpful tips regarding my water heater. Thomas was able to unclog our drain and replace the disposal, he was so kind and got the job done, he even spent time to show me what he did and demonstrated there are no leaks and no backup issues!! My experience with WyattWorks, and the technician that was sent to my home, was above average. Very easy to set up an appointment time, and the technician was prompt, fast, but thorough, and neat. He explained my options clearly, inspected the pipes leading to the problem area, and did just what I asked without pressuring me to add in other work. I also appreciate that this firm services my area, as the first (highly recommended) Cleveland plumbers I called did not. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the pricing, which I thought was somewhat high. However, I was willing to pay for a job well done.

I have used Wyatt several times and I am never disappointed. This time I had a leak in the ceiling and they were out the next day to locate and repair. In the course of this repair there was a need to have the water department shut off the water which delayed their progress but this was not a Wyatt related delay. Even during the wait for the water department Jean stayed late and checked in each day to see if the water had been turned off and once it had promptly returned to complete the work. I cannot say enough about Jean who was always smiling even though there were points where I would have been frustrated in his shoes. He explained everything in depth and did flawless work. Due to events outside of my control, I have been a fairly frequent customer of Wyatt works and while I wish for no more reasons to call them, would not hesitate for a moment to do so.

Despite having little knowledge regarding the specifics of plumbing, David Light explained every step of the process in terms that I could understand. He was very courteous, respectful, and detailed oriented. He brought calmness to an overwhelming experience. David serves as a role model for his co-worker, Korbin. Korbin exuded the same dedication and commitment to excellence as David. Both are a true reflection of hard work and ensuring the customer is a conscious consumer.

My kitchen was flooded. Nobody would come on a weekend. But this company did and within hours of calling. Josh was very nice and professional. He offered me several options as my garbage disposal was broken. He put a new one in and was finished in less than a half hour. Considering this was a weekend the price was fair. And he came out in the middle of the virus scare. Not many would do that. I will use this company for all future plumbing work. Truly a life saver.

The entire experience of hiring WyattWorks Plumbing to having the work completed was positive! David Markulik did the work. He is a 10+ as a communicator, keeping us informed of everything he found and with solutions to fix the problems. He started with four approaches to fix our issues. No hard sell. No over sell. His work is excellent. David has hands-on knowledge of wells. That was just one more reason I had confidence in his ability to complete our projects properly. David came with all the parts we needed which enabled him to stay on the job with no need to leave to get parts. We’re 100% satisfied with David’s work. It’s good to get this bathroom back on line.

We had our hot water tank kick the can last night. WyattWorks came out the day I called them and replaced it, within hours. They gave me options and everything. Absolutely amazing customer experience! Will use them for all future plumbing needs!

Please be advised WyattWorks charges flat rate pricing and the cost for routine service is extremely high. They did a routine installation job (faucet, garbage disposal, plumbing under sink) for me on a weekday and charged three times what my traditional, reputable plumber would have charged (who was unavailable or I would have used him). While I accepted their estimate before the work, I assumed it was more complicated and felt confused/taken advantage of when it was done.Follow-Up: The service manager was quickly available to discuss my concerns and worked with me to right the situation. He also sent out a different employee to follow-up, address some concerns and apologize for the experience. I appreciate the effort to right the wrong. Having said that, they are still expensive and I would advise closely reviewing the estimate and shopping around before accepting.

Pete did a great job snaking out my drain. He reviewed what he was going to do, went over the options with me and then got to work. When the job was done he had everything put back together and cleaned up the area under my sink. Awesome, quality work as usual.

Company took care of us very well. Water heater went on the fritz on a Saturday, they were able to evaluate, get a part, and have the fix done within a few days. Explained everything very well and even took care of a few extra issues they noticed while doing the job without changing the quoted price. Lots of companies do good work, few companies communicate effectively and quickly like them. Billy Kay was awesome!

David was our repairman. He was professional looking, extremely articulate and patient as he walked us through the work that needed to be done. He understood our needs and our budget constraints and was great about telling us what needed attention immediately and that which could be tackled later. It is never pleasant (or inexpensive) to call a plumber, but I was very pleased with his work and felt that the price was inline with the quality reflected in the finished product.

Called after hours for some backup in my floor drain in the basement. Sent Justin out quickly. Unclogged my main drain line. He was professional, worked hard, and did a great job. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I have tried four different plumbing companies since I moved into this house last year. Wyatt is the best overall value by far. They are responsive, on time, extremely clear about communicating options and are just a great overall value.

I was most impressed that Wyatt Works took the time--and the personal interest--to research the fail-safe mechanisms for our old steam heating systems (two in a 1930's era duplex), and to determine that installation of very expensive Hardford loops would be redundant, not necessary with automatic water feeders and low-water cut-off values in good shape. I was also very happy that the technician examined the burners and pronounced them pristine, not in need of any cleaning--thereby saving us additional money off the estimate. Communication throughout the process was stellar. All I did was place a single phone call about a rusted and leaking water-return line, and Wyatt Works followed up with scheduling, as well as keeping us apprised of developments and timing. The technician was prompt, courteous, competent, informative, friendly--everything the customer could want. I had balked at the company's high prices before this, but this was a big job, and you get what you pay for.

If I could give 1000 stars i absolutely would! I called Wyatt works plumbing after being strung along by a different company for 2 weeks about my water heater, from the moment I called I've been thankful I found their number on google. They were quick to answer the phone, and incredibly kind to talk to, and once I told them I had been without hot water for over 2 weeks she made sure they'd get someone out asap. After an hour of the first phone call, Edward showed up at my house, took a look at the issue, gave me my options, and was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. After agreeing to what plan worked best, he got to work, and got a new water heater installed right away. I could not be happier with the outcome. It took 3 hours, and was a little bit pricey, but it was 100% worth every penny. I'd recommend anyone in need of any plumbing work to call them first! Thank you all so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is a fraud! I was assured that a plumber would be at my house to do the necessary repair which included busting up the concrete floor to fix a broken pipe. I confirmed this by a telephone call the morning of the appointment and stated I don't want anyone coming who will not be able to do the work. What I got instead was a very kind salesman who could not perform any repairs. I then got a quote in excess of $23,500. to replace not the broken pipe in my house but ALL the plumbing in my house! These people are CROOKS, unethical to the highest degree and frauds since there clearly is NO need to replace all the plumbing in my house. They area thieves that should be run out of business. They were seeking to take advantage of me & will obviously do so to anyone who falls for their material misrepresentations.

On the call Friday, October 14, I asked my plumber of 42-years, Wyatt Plumbing, if they would give me an estimate on installing a new dishwasher. They responded and came on Monday, October 17. Their response was so quick and I got my estimate. Today with labor shortages, when previously reliable plumbing services can make homeowners wait and wait and wait, I am happy to say that Wyatt still serves today as well as it did 42 years ago! High compliments!Preceding review= David arrived to repair all three toilets in our home. He diagnosed and confirmed the problems, writing three different estimate options. After selecting the option best at the time, he repaired all three and then showed me what he had done to each. I really liked the way he treated me like an informed consumer who had the right to know what the repair entailed and furthermore what was actually done that I was being charged for. After thirty years with Wyatt Plumbing, they still keep getting better! Bravo and five stars!!

Yes, my experience was very good, he showed up on time and was very professional in my needs for service. he respected my home and was very polite, not pushy, or trying to over sell me on other products. he asked if I had any other needs and address them with me with options.

Jamal from Wyatt Works answered our call on a Sunday and was on site within an hour. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and provided several solutions. Each of their costs were clearly explained. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and had everything working properly within a couple of hours. The entire experience was professional with clear communication. We could not have had a better experience.

Billy did our repair. He was awesome as was the company from start to finish. I would suggest always being the first appointment of the day if you can be as that is the only one that is scheduled for the day. Also, they are high quality which means they are NOT cheap. To take off and put on a piece was $400. Luckily, there are a few coupons on their website. I don't know a ton about plumbing but I believe the average work is around 350 so i shouldn't be too shocked.

Fair Priced and Trustworthy. The entire WyattWorks team was a joy to partner with. They were VERY honest, very professional, and very down-to-earth. They diagnosed the issue with clear explanations and completed the job in less than a day. I highly recommend their competence.

The Wyatt Works team was efficient and explained everything the did as they researched the sewer backup issue. They used a camera to check the drain and I was able to see for myself what they were seeing. They also took photos and a video for future reference. As a first time home owner, when anything goes wrong in your home it's extremely scary. Especially when it has to do with a gas line. Thankfully my wife and I were recommended to use Wyatt Works by our friends and we are extremely happy they did. Ricky was on time and extremely professional with how he handled himself and everything at our home. We are currently in the process of moving in when we noticed a gas leak at our stove and a leak in our half bath sink. He took care of both of them extremely quickly and was upfront and transparent about the cost and time of labor. He even went through my home and helped me identify some shut off valves for any possible issues in the future. I was even more thankful that Ricky helped identify some issues that could essentially cause me more headache down the road and will most definitely be scheduling those fixes soon. We have been loyal customers of WyattWorks for at least 13 years. We have never been dissatisfied. Today, Larry was an incredible detective solving our main bathroom faucet issue. He is a true gentleman, as well as knowledgeable in his craft. He was extremely careful in making sure we understood the problem, how it could be repaired and what to expect in the future. We opted for the most extensive service, because we are planning to sell our house in 10 to 12 years. Better to address the issue now, enjoy the benefits and have no problems when the home is evaluated for sale. When Larry completed the task, he shared the severe deterioration of the pipes. They were crumbling as he was removing them. Thank goodness we followed his good advice. The kitchen faucet just needed some tightening. Hope our plumbing problems are few, but we would be delighted to see Larry again. We know we would be in good hands.

I had 4 outside drains that were blocked below ground, which I scooped and shop-vacuumed as much dirt out of them as I could myself. Then I could tell they needed professional attention. The scheduling person was very friendly and scheduled someone to come out the next day. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional in demeanor. He clearly explained what he was going to do and set about to work. In the end, 2 of the drains were able to be cleared, but the others will require some excavation. I await an estimate on that additional work. So far, however, I am impressed with how professional the company is.

I can't praise enough the two young men who came by to fix our kitchen sink leak. The repair appointment was easy to book, and they were here at the designated time. The team at WyattWorks was fantastic from scheduling to service. Jean & David were amazing. They showed up on time and were total professionals. Replaced 60 year old valves with ball valves and replaced an outdoor faucet with freeze resistant faucet. All done very well and professionally. Very happy with the results.

Fixed our clogged drain which was about 35 feet into the piping. He was professional and stuck with it until the situation was resolved, which took a couple of efforts due to the depth of the clog. He put the plumbing back together better than it was before and worked through some problem solving in doing that. He was neat and clean and wiped everything down, leaving all pipes and cabinets very clean. He wore a mask the entire time and also wore foot protection. Very neat and tidy.

Dan explained things thoroughly, gave me all of the options, and answered my questions clearly.

Edward and Alex at Wyattworks did a fantastic job on several plumbing issues I had. They worked quickly and professionally and took the time to explain a lot about how the plumbing at our new to us house worked. It took a while to get me scheduled but Shawnica was fantastic at following up and keeping me in the loop. They are not a cheap plumber but I'd definitely use them again!

Very professional. Workmanship was A-1. Very satisfied with the work and communication with dispatch. If you are looking for a bargain not the company to go with. Labor charges are about $300 per hour. If you use Home Advisor, they are about double for your area.

First, we had good service from WW about a year ago servicing and repairing a toilet that was wall mounted, original to the (depression era) house. It involved custom parts and was done well -- expensive but worth the price for keeping our house original. The technician was excellent, and the estimator who came out first was also good.Then, the pandemic hit and the new economy. WW changed their estimate model and seemed to push marketing and working on commission. Now there is a drive fee for the estimate and pressure to convert it to the job on the same trip out. My wife and I were confused by this and rolled with it, but in the process we felt pressured in a number of ways, including having products pushed on us that we really didn't want and dealing with the drive fee (which we had not known about). It was also confusing to have so many options laid out and to feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.We went with several small jobs that day, but the total cost was not negligible. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 jobs had small to serious issues with them, including leaks sprung that weren't there before but which were left after the job was done (the tech could have found them by being methodical and touching each joint in the proximity of the work done). I believe that these mistakes were an anomaly for the tech, who seemed conscientious otherwise, but they did happen. We also had a faucet installed that wasn't level with the ground, and so looked crooked, and a utility sink faucet installed that was not structurally solid (it was switched from bottom to top mount without adequate stabilization). We should have been urged to order a custom faucet that would have been able to be bottom-mounted and fit our needs.The next issue occurred after the mistakes were made. I had to argue fairly hard for the one mistake (the utility faucet) to be corrected, and in the process, I found that there seemed to be financial pressure to offset the cost onto the customer, despite the workmanship warranty. To be fair, the manager was ethical and did respond well to the arguments eventually. He corrected the issue at cost to the company. But we were concerned by the sense of financial pressure, and we got a glimpse into how much the markup of parts might be part of the high cost of the services. We bought our own faucet from Edelman's for half the price (same faucet as the manager helpfully recommended).In the end, the new techs sent out (on two occasions) to fix the issues did excellent work. The Cleveland Water reference to fix leaks on the water meter also panned out. And WW was professional throughout. But we are doubtful that we will use the company anymore though, sadly, because the model for sales seems problematic, even to present a conflict of interest. Also, we got a window into how the price inflation in the company works. This is a bummer, because despite the difficulty of having to argue for something to be made right, the manager was ethical in the end and did try to be communicative and professional (but is the company ethical?). Plus, the techs do seem generally good. Ours on that one day just seemed to have a bad day and to be rushing things, including pushing sales. But my gosh, what a lot of our time was taken, as well as financial stress added, when we had hoped to be paying well for services that make us feel comfortable and take the pressure off our lives.Our advice to the company: have your techs ASK people if they want sales. Ask your customers what kind they are and where they are financially. If you get folks like us who just want reliable people to do jobs on an old house, then don't push things. And remind people that they have time to decide. Finally, give your techs the space to triple check things, and revisit your commission-sales policy. It's shady, and some big companies in the area don't do it. You can too.Thanks for reading.

The service was fine but charging $500 to install a dishwasher is crazy. They will not give you a quote prior to showing up at your house. Lowes or Home Depot charge one third of this. Will never use or recommend them again.

This Company is the ONLY company you should consider for your plumbing needs! My sewage backed up and I was told that I had 8-9 ft of broken pipe that needed to be replaced. I also had to have my tree cut down before they could start the work. That’s when I called WyattWorks and boy what a difference! They gave me options. Fully explained every possible scenario and then when they actually came out to do the work they found my outside sewer access and, long story short, no broken pipe! I had tree root issues but problem resolved and saved thousands of dollars - and my beautiful tree! These guys are not only very experienced but honest and just plain old nice. Performed all services exactly as outlined in the quote, and the amount paid matched the quote. Many plumbing contractors push the customer to choose the high-cost option. Wyatt did not do this, instead Wyatt reviewed the best option that also would try to keep costs down.

Ryan was polite, reserved, and competent. He spent the time required and did the job right. It's a week later and everything still works perfectly. He had to replace a section of copper pipe and the result was, in my estimate, perfect. It is geometric, level, shiny and the sweats are so even. The soldered fittings are pretty. Good job.

Joe was my main technician with 10 years of experience. Blown away by the service this company has given me in the last 24 hours. Shawnica and Josh spoke to me on the phone for a very long time and told me exactly what to do to prevent the damage from getting worse. Our house was built before the Titanic so you can imagine it has developed plumbing issues over time. When the original sewer line finally gave out, we chose WyattWorks to do the replacement. After completion we had minor issues/concerns, they sent a supervisor out to review. They didn't hesitate to make adjustments to the work and answer all our questions. The scheduler is terrible - didn’t meet schedule or commitment either time I scheduled service. But the plumber was great. Prompt, professional and gave a thorough explanation of the problem. Also recommended what to do both short term and long term. Can't ask for better than that.

Gas leak caused gas Company to turn off my gas until it was resolved. I called WyattWorks and they were at my house and ready to work in under an hour. The technicians Jamal and Ray went above and beyond professionally and explained everything thoroughly. They practiced every Covid precaution necessary to get the job done. I have used Wyatt works a LOT. They are able to show up quickly which, as we all know, is half the battle these days. I have used several different plumbers from WyattWorks and they have all been great. Clean, courteous, professional, prompt and knowledgable. I highly recommend them. For those of you who are so cost conscious, I really can't provide much feedback on that because I haven't found other plumbers who could even do the work or even get me a quote. In my mind the price is fine - In fact, probably even a bargain, since the work is completed in a timely manner.....I wouldn't want to save $100 and but have to live without a kitchen sink for 2 months. But the fact of the matter is, I just call these guys now because I know it will get done. I am done waiting around for quotes from guys who don't even show up. I am thankful for Wyattworks!

I had Wyatt plumbing come out because my upstairs bathroom was leaking through the ceiling into my downstairs bathroom. When I called they were very polite, was not able to come out until the next day. Received a text saying technician was on his way. Billy came reviewed the situation. Called me at work to explain the problem, what my options were and the cost, he even sent me pictures. He had to replace the whole toilet. Was able to get it done that day, cleaned up and everything was done when I got home. Sent me a picture of the receipt. I felt they were honest and fair. I would definitely use Wyatt Plumbing in the future.

I had a pipe burst due to the extreme cold in January 2019. It was an emergency as I (along with many others that weekend) had no water. The people I dealt with, Anthony and Larry, were polite, responsive and professional. Their customer service gets 5 stars. As my situation was an emergency I agreed to pay the price of the repair. Waiting 2/3 days for other plumbers I had contacted wasn't an option. As I stated, Anthony and Larry were great but I will not use WyattWorks for any more plumbing needs again. The emergency fee for coming to assess the problem was understandable but the price I was charges for the actual repair was exorbitant. Again, I agreed to the price as I needed the repair done. With respect to future plumbing needs WyattWorks priced them self out of consideration. For Value - 1 Star.

I contacted WyattWorks in a panic because we just moved from Maryland and we find our home with a leak in the bathroom basement. Once I contacted them, they called me immediately and the next morning by 10:30 am a team was at my home, identified the problem within 10 minutes and was fixed and out the door 30 minutes later. On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs.He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace.By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices.On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested.They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater.In other words, a typical WyattWorks job.

Extremely satisfied, from the evaluation and explanation of issue, to receipt and explanation of quote to the completion of the job. The WyattWorks staff is very professional. If all technicians are like Larry Betle III, you have nothing to worry about.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. Jamal came to our house and helped us pick out a new faucet to replace our broken one. He went and picked it up, and then did then installation. Kevin came out to assess our leaking main shut off and fixed it immediately. We waited a few days for service, but I was OK with this and the office team kept us informed as they worked to schedule our service call. Kevin had the confidence to replace the valve with the water still on, so we didn't have to wait for the city to come out, which was a major bonus. I have recommended WyattWorks to several others with great results and will continue to use them for my future plumbing needs!

Joe Ricket and associate did a great job. They answered all our questions before and during their work in a very straightforward and patient manner. They were very thorough, careful and cleaned up the area after the very messy job was complete. They even replaced a small portion of a water pipe that was leaking at no charge. An excellent effort!

I am always impressed with the staff at Wyatt Works. David was no exception! He was on time, professional and appropriately friendly. He was considerate with taking into account distancing for COVID-19. David provided us with a diagnostic as the cause to our leak and provided a temporary solution so we could continue using our plumbing while waiting for our insurance claim to go through. Upon leaving he cleaned up and wiped down the floors where he'd tracked some drywall dust. He provided us with two very reasonable quotes and some photos to send to our insurance company. We will be hiring Wyatt Works for this job and plan to continue using them exclusively into the future. Thanks!

Edward helped me out today (Saturday afternoon) with my water pipe thats been leaking. He was very professional, proficient and explained everything very clearly to me. He also gave me quotes on everything that needs to be fixed and i was surprised how reasonable they were. Overall I recommend this company for all plumbing issues.

Ryan H. came out to determine the problem. He has excellent people skills, that seem very genuine--not scripted. He did not try to look around for other needs, but spent the entire time addressing my concerns. He used a camera to carefully inspected the footers and checked all the outside drainage away from the house, and clearly told me what he recommended. He itemized the costs of jetting all accessible storm drains and the installation of dry wells at the end of two drains, that over time were partially filled with water and mud due being in low spots on the edge of the woods. He came out with Pete, who also was friendly and eager to explain what was happening, as they worked to remove the blockage from a long area of pipe. It appears to have been blocked by dry, hardened mud for a period of years, as I did not suspect due to a dry basement floor. I would call WyattWorks again, especially for major plumbing needs, because they have knowledgeable, courteous and friendly people. I will be calling next year to have them check the footers of my house, as I plan to sanitize and paint the basement this winter.

I had a toilet repair and replacement of laundry room faucets for the washer. The project was made more difficult by the builders improperly installed faucets. The guys handled all problems in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. They cleaned up afterwards and everything works beautifully. I would highly recommend Dave and Jesse They were helpful and very competent.

Jesse and Jean took care of the problem. Clean and professional job well done. I enjoyed chatting with them for a couple minutes after the job was done.

Kevin and John came out to my house and installed a gas line for my pool heater. Both were extremely professional! They walked me through each step and explained to me what needed to be done and why. They had to shut off the gas to the house to do the line and once done they even made sure the pilot lights were turned back on on the furnace and hotwater tank. Thanks to Wyatt Works I will be enjoying a nice warm swimming pool this year!

I’ve liked the work done in the past by Wyatt works. If you want to schedule them to arrive at your house, you essentially need a stay-at-home spouse or work from home. They provide a 2 day window in when the plumber or technician will arrive. That’s no guarantee that the technician will reach you in the 2 day window.

Easier to schedule and they sent a technician immediately- and it wasn't even an emergency. They had someone at our house less than an hour after I called. Edward, the technician from Wyatt Works was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to carefully examine the best placement and explain our options for the installation of a new outdoor spigot. He was efficient and did excellent work. He originally showed up a few days ago for a quote but was turned away, primarily due to some miscommunications (mostly misunderstanding on our end), we wrote a review (below) which describes the issue (Chad knew his stuff. We just misinterpreted his pump options. there are far more than two, he only meant he had two with him in the truck. We could have had any number of pumps installed, which once clarified, pretty much dissolved any reason for less than 5 stars previously). Once he left, I called the company to ask about pump options and cost breakdown, and my info was forwarded to one of the owners. Josh promptly called us back (one of the owners) and had a very informative and helpful conversation with us. He addressed my concerns, clarified our misunderstanding but also quickly acknowledged a few human/clerical/computer errors on his end without scoffing or doubting us and then went to work immediately to rectify the error. As a result, we decided this was the kind of team we want putting our home back together should we need someone in the future (and we will), or when we build a new bathroom in our basement. Classy company. Honest, friendly, communicates VERY well, pure professionalism from the front office, from the plumbers all the way up to the owners. I'd highly recommend them to everyone. I've even put them in my address book because I don't want to bother with anyone else for the next time.***original review below****Chad was very friendly and professional. He was easy to work with and the company maintained frequent communication regarding our sump pump. I knocked off a star because I asked specifically before scheduling what a sump pump replacement costs. The girl on the phone said it varies from job to job so they can't give an estimate without a service call first to check it out. Fair enough. Chad informed us, however, they only have two sump pump repair packages that are set prices. Not sure why I was told differently on the phone. Would have saved me the dispatch fee and saved them the time of sending someone out. They were very prompt about getting someone out here asap, though, which I appreciate greatly.

Plumber Edward arrived as noted. He assessed the problem. Then explained what could be the issue and how he could fix it. He was pleasant and courteous. Gave me 3 options and completed the work. I know have a working utility faucet and thank goodness, I can take a shower.

I was extremely disappointed with WyattWorks Plumbing. They told me someone would start the job the same day. I asked for a morning appointment. Neither of these happened. I do not feel the technician/CSR was knowledgeable enough and discussed options that were absurd involving cutting my cement floor all the way across the kitchen, cutting holes in my brand new Amish made cabinets, basically replacing almost all of the plumbing in my kitchen and upselling the job itself. The quote was 5 times higher than a previous quote I received and the $59 charge is absurd. I heard about your company on the Fish radio and now your commercials nauseate me - I turn them off.

My wife and I live in a 50 year old home that was flipped and none of the work done by the house flipper was done by licensed tradesman. the work was done by the worst hacks out there. As a result we've had numerous plumbing issues in the 5 years we've lived in this house.We went through no fewer than three other plumbing companies, most of whom overcharged and sent people who did not really care about our house or us. They just wanted to get in, finish as quickly as possible and get their money.Then we found Wyatt Works. And now with any and every plumbing problem that happens we have real professionals that care, that take the time to explain, do the right work, clean up, and charge a reasonable rate.We just had one of Wyatt Works technicians, here, Peter, and he is one of the best tradesmen we've ever had in our house working here.I can't say enough good things about Wyatt Works. They will work with you. Answer every question. Do the work right the first time. Clean up. And not over charge for the work done. They are the best!

Just moved in and found a few plumbing issues. WyattWorks came out within a day. David helped us with our immediate needs and walked us through our options for future repairs and maintenance. Great experience for a woman who hates dealing with these types of things. They made it easy.

I would first like to say I was completely satisfied with the work done. The guys were professional and courteous. The main issue I had was the cost of the project. We had our well pump replaced as well as some additional wiring and a smaller pump. I worked in the trades for years and fully understand the cost of doing a good job. I estimated the materials used on the job and came up with about $3000 in materials. That is with a fair and reasonable mark up. There were 2 workers at the house for 5 hours. The total bill was a little over $6000. After paying the $59 service call and the $3000 in materials that leaves $2950 in labor. That brings the hourly rate to $600 per hour for 2 guys. I fully expect to pay a little more for good quality work, However there is a point where as a customer you feel completely taken advantage of. As much as I appreciated the quality of the work, I would not use them again. I feel taken advantage of.I appreciate your response to my review. Yes I was quoted up front for the job, and opted to eliminate several of the add on suggested items on the quote that were not necessary to restore the water service to the house. I understand that you do not charge by the hour. My issue was based on the assumption that the job was much bigger and more involved than 2 techs and 5-6 hours of work. The estimate included wording such as excavation from the well to the house, not 2 men with shovels, and 35 min of hand digging. The well is 2 feet from the house. I do feel taken advantage of simply because the overall materials and labor are beyond what I would consider to be fair and reasonable. I do understand that this was not based on an hourly rate plus materials. At the end of the day labor and materials are how you guys arrive at your bottom line, and make money.I take responsibility for the fact that I should have gotten several estimates before doing the work. The house belongs to my elderly in-laws. I was taking care of it for them, and wanted to get things resolved quickly. I am not questioning your honesty or work ethic. I just feel that the labor and material required to complete the work, was beyond what I would consider to be fair and reasonable.

I've called Wyattworks for plumbing service twice now, and wish I had found them sooner. Both times, the service people were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The process of setting up service appointments is also outstanding, with the option to receive texts.Pricing is given plainly and upfront. When calling skilled service people to your home for work, you do need to expect a certain level of expense. I believe the quality of work that Wyattworks has done for me is properly in line with their current pricing.I will continue to call Wyattworks for future plumbing needs as long as the quality and service remains. I have no reason to believe that it won't.

Expert service as usual! David arrived and immediately got to work. David gave us a full range of options to fix our leaky toilet, reviewing the benefits of each one. Our toilet is now as good as new!

David is very skilled and does excellent work. Along with an assistant, Justin, they replaced the entire drainage system in my 80 year old house. We recently moved into our new house, which has a septic system. Having never had a septic system before, it gave us great anxiety when we started experiencing growing septic stink throughout the house. As a contractor myself, our facility called on WyattWorks Plumbing for there “Experience and Expertise “ . Their service man Darren, after having a very busy and trying day showed up to our location with tools and equipment and a positive attitude to get the job done he was a complete pleasure to work with. Although we had no success with our drain issue with the first try Darren knew to call in reinforcements and not waste his time or ours . He had additional crew members show up on site also after having a full day and also with positive attitude, they all began to brainstorm on avenues to get the job done . Overall good but because of an old house the plumbing is old. The clogged bathroom sink caused leakage to dining room ceiling and thus have to not use sink. Have to try to find money to pay for repairs. Thank you Peter was very nice about wanting to do what he could. We need to search out the money.

The receptionist worked well with scheduling a time that was best for me and kept me updated with a time frame to enable my ability to accomplish tasks instead of just waiting around. Jamal arrived promptly, displayed identity, was courteous, and actually listened to the problem to collaborate on the best solution. Thursday night I had to have my gas shut off due to 1 leak. I called WyattWorks as I have used them before. I was able to be promised to be on the schedule the next day. They always call and tell you the plan so I had a Service Expert Jamal come to assess from the gas company and do further assessments. Discussion and Estimates provided. He explained that another technician would come to do the workEdward came later and followed up on the plan of work to do. As it turned out I had multiple leaks and he showed me this. He was personable,but yet respectful to me working and keeping me in the know. Well the true test was the gas company coming back and running their tests again and passing. I passed and gas turned back on. All within a little over 24 hours. Great job.

Jean was top notch. He was very professional and guided me through my whole house and what he was looking at. Helped take care of a couple little things for me and really made the whole experience positive. Knowledgeable and personable conversations the entire time he was in my home.

I called WyattWorks Plumbing because my kitchen drain was backing up. I was really impressed with their procedure for appointments. They emailed a photo and the name of the plumber that was coming, along with the date and time. On the scheduled day of arrival the service guy called to let me know exactly what time he would arrive, and came around that time.He examined the problem, and after giving him the ok, went to work unclogging my drain. The job itself was much more time consuming and took a lot more effort than I imagined it would, but after two crews of plumbers and hours of work, they finally unclogged the drain!The quality of their work was excellent. All the guys (there were actually four of them during the course of the day) were courteous and very professional. They explained step-by-step what they were doing. I even received an email showing pictures of the entire job--before, during, and upon completion.I thought at first that they were a little pricey, but after all the work they put into the job and the quality of the finished project, I'd say it was well worth the cost. I will definitely use WyattWorks for future plumbing jobs!

I was the second appointment of the day for the Saturday crew of Dan and Jess. I received three updates from the office on their ETA. They were quick to diagnose the main issue and offered me a written estimate of the job. I said yes and they worked continuously for 4 hours until the job was completed. I was given before and after pictures of repair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had to replace an entire water line in my home. I interviewed several plumbing companies and chose Wyatt Plumbing. They gave me an estimate with no hidden costs. They did a great job!! I had a bit of an emergency (scheduled a broken dishwasher to be replaced in the afternoon and woke to find the kitchen sink wasn’t draining) they were able to dispatch a team that arrived within a half hour of my initial call. I mentioned the installation to the team and they recommended a slight change in the water feed based upon their experience with the particular installers so I had the additional work done as well...and it was a good thing because the installer mentioned he would not have been able to install given the original water feed. Very happy and will use them for all my plumbing needs!

They were willing to install a new hot water heater on a Saturday without any extra charge. Jamal from Wyattworks came out in the time scheduled and was very knowledgeable and up front about all the costs. He was able to install the hot water heater that day and even installed a new shut off valve to my main water supply within a few minutes. I was extremely impressed by the professional and friendly service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We LOVE WyattWorks! Justin, Ben, Jamal and Larry are fantastic.Over the last several years we have used WyattWorks for routine jobs. This time we needed an entire gutting of our small upstairs bathroom - old toilet, old vanity and the old tub were removed, along with plaster walls, old tile floor and 95 year-old deteriorating pipes. Our bathroom was taken down to the studs.Jamal initially met with us to provide a quote. He walked through our old bathroom with us and listened to our wants and concerns. He explained the overall process and gave us suggestions and options.Part of the options was visiting a local supply company that works directly with Wyatt. We were able to see / try / chose the exact items we were having installed.We liked that he made it clear that Wyatt was willing to work with our schedule, meaning we could do some of the work and they were willing to come and go according to when we completed certain stages of the project.Jamal was able to quickly provide a written, detailed estimate via email. He addressed some changes we asked for, resent an updated invoice and we were able to approve and schedule.We decided to have Wyatt handle everything. This allowed Wyatt to remain at our home and continue working with no delay while they waited for us to complete some demo or install some drywall. It was nice that they were able to transition from one stage of the project to another without delay.Justin and Ben worked tirelessly to remove the old fixtures, old insulation, install new insulation, electrical, floor and install new, modern plumbing in the exposed floor and walls.When the fixtures we selected were delivered (yes, they were delivered to our house) Justin and Ben reviewed all pieces, brought them into the house and placed them safely out of the way until the pieces were needed.It was great to have two trustworthy professionals in our home. Edward was on time, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable (especially about old houses), and repaired a leaky valve quickly and installed a quarter turn valve that was perfect for the location it was in.He did a thorough check of the plumbing, explained issues, explained why certain materials (and piping work done by another company) aren't the best, and provided estimates for other work needed without being pushy or up-selling. He did a free gas leak check too while he was here. I couldn't be happier with this visit and I'll definitely be calling this company for all future plumbing work.

The company was very communicative throughout the process. Both field reps were very nice and helpful. They were really knowledgeable around the issues we were having and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I had the main line jetted and their use of the camera kept me involved every step of the way (GPS location helped mark cracks, junctions, breaks, etc). I would have this particular crew back for any added work in the future! The price seemed reasonable given what we have experienced with their competitors and I was able to use a coupon from their site. It was the first time using WW and I will be bringing them back for more work, but will also pay attention to estimates/pricing too (the reason I dumped Rotorooter). Kudos WW, you may have won all our future business.

This company refused to provide a quote over the phone. However, they produced a standardized price complete with a task number and boilerplate description within minutes of walking through the door. Subsequently, I was charged $500 for a 50 minute installation of a single faucet which did not require the use of specialized tools or additional materials. I will never use this company again.

Jamal was great. We live in an old house and he was very knowledgeable about old plumbing. He listened, and did a thorough review of our system before getting to work. Very friendly and they cleaned up after the job. Well Done !!!

Kevin was great at keeping me informed of the situation at my parent's house. He arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He went out of his way to keep me informed. My parents now have a reputable company to call for their plumbing needs.

Wyatt Works replaced about 3/4 of our sanitary and storm sewer lines, with the majority being outdoors and a small portion indoors. We went with them after having a good experience with them jetting our sewer line, and their sewer line replacement quote being the most reasonable that we found after comparing a few options. They were also able to fit us into the schedule much sooner than other companies, which was important to us as we were on a tight timeline.Dominic and the crew did an amazingly efficient job replacing the outdoor and indoor lines. The outdoor lines in particular were completed in about 1.5 days, and other than the dirt still settling, you would never know they were here. The crews working on both outdoor and indoor spaces also did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves and putting everything back into place, which we were so appreciative of. Everyone was communicative and open to our numerous questions while the work was being done.Also huge shoutout to Sarah who fielded so many of my questions pre-, during-, and post-project over the phone, and maintained regular communication throughout the whole process. Great service. The day after I initially called they suddenly had an opening for a consult so got someone to my house quick. Mike was able to give me a couple quotes based on the consult. He was back two days later and made some repairs and even was able to save me money off the initial quotes. He was very friendly and made sure I understood everything as it was unfolding. WyattWorks is A+! The traveled 50 miles to replace our sump pump. The technician Larry was extremely professional. After a few days we had a problem (no fault of the equipment or technician) and Billy from WyattWorks came out again to solve the problem. He again was extremely professional. Technician Ryan came out, camera’d the line got measurements and gave me a no bull actual dollar amount quote for having my sewer lined at no charge. 5 other plumbers I’ve had out have all wanted to charge upwards of 400$ for this. Plus these guys are the first I have seen using blue light curing which is far superior to old style linings. Incredible customer service and have probably earned my business.

I made a call Tuesday morning for a basement sewer backup and the team was able to send someone to me within a few hours. Peter arrived first and Ryan joined him later. WW picked up phone right away when I called and scheduled an appointment for the next week. That's a huge plus in a world where it's difficult to even get some folks to call you back. The service tech that came out on day of appointment (Billy) was awesome. We had two repair jobs to complete in two different bathrooms and then a larger project to remove some pipes and tuck others behind a wall. He walked us through everything with all prices stated up front. We had a weekend emergency at our home. The technician we had was Jamal. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The pricing was reasonable also. The gentlemen that came were extremely professional and polite. They were young and some what inexperienced. This review is not a reflection on them I thought they were great. The company is a bunch of crooks. They still charged me even though the sink was still clogged. The manager told his employee to charge me $2,000 to cut my pipe and put a clean out in. I had a friend come over and we fixed the clog, put in the clean out, replaced the disposal and put in an additional access point in 4 hours. At $100 am hour that’s still only $300 bucks. Save your money and go somewhere honest.

Mike, the service person who came to our house today was excellent! Very competent, a good problem solver, friendly, professional. He installed gas lines necessary for a gas burning unit for our fireplace and connected the appliance and after all of that, he fixed a leaky water pipe. This was our first time using Wyatt Works, we’ll definitely use them again when needs arise.

I got 4 estimates for the job, 3 of the other companies wanted to bust up my basement floor and charge me $2500.00 to $4000.00. Wyatt informed me the cast iron pipe was still in good shape and I only needed to replace the clean out pipe. They only charged me $560.00. Needless to say I chose Wyatt. The service was completed in a very professional manner and the tech was a very nice young man.

My existing drainage system failed and my backyard flooded every time it rained. The standing water damaged my lawn, killed nearby plants, and found its way into my basement. Their professional was there on time and was very knowledgeable about everything we talked about. Plumbing is difficult because the problem is behind walls and floors but my tech David Markulik was able to pinpoint a leak and fix it. There is fixing and then there is fine fixing. The workmanship that David put into the fix you would think he was doing it for a family member. You could slap things together and call it a day but nope David crushed it and that speaks volume to a person and the company he works for. Family owned companies are family owned for a reason and David is that reason. Give that man a raise!

Jamal was both knowledgeable and professional. He was also very good about providing options to the different levels of service he could provide along with the various pricing choices. I am very pleased with the performance and I would definitely use WyattWorks Plumbing again in the future.

Great costomer service & technical knowledge! Dispatch went out of their way to make sure that I knew what was going on and the estimated arrival time of the technician. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about my waterheater and was willing to explain what he was doing to fix the problem. And even went so far as to help me with my warranty! I just had a technician come out to evaluate and quote, Larry Betle III. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, socialism and knowledge. He not only checked my initial issue, but other plumbing around the house. Very thorough. He explained his findings and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied.

I trust the job done by WyattWorks. From the receptionist to technician, everyone is knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant. Their price can be high, but once Wyatt takes care of the problem, I know I don't need to worry about the same issue coming back again and spend more money on it.

I've used Wyatt works since my previous review but have found them to fall off after extensive work. I had damage done to my property that I expected them to fix. But once I paid them, it was crickets. Disappointing.

David was wonderful. He arrived on time and addressed not only the issue that I called about. He checked our entire home for the service fee and found only 2 other items that needing to be addressed before repairs would become more costly. He reviewed his work with me afterwards and made sure that the air was out of all of my lines before he departed. I would hire Wyatt Works again with no hesitation!

We had some serious storm sewer issues, roots had completely filled our storm sewer line. Wyatt Works had to dig down as far as 14 feet in our front yard and dig a trench from our house to the street to replace the pipe. Josh has been consistently honest, trustworthy, and helpful throughout the whole process. AJ and Dan did an excellent job with the work and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. They left things clean and were very efficient. I would highly recommend Wyatt Works for anyone dealing with plumbing issues that needs trustworthy experts that know what they're doing.

I wanted to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake! We had an urgent plumbing issue over a weekend and I waited until first thing Monday morning to call. I was told that someone could stop by on Wednesday after morning appointments and that I was on standby. I thought that this meant the timing of the appointment was standby, not that the entire appointment was not guaranteed (it turned out that they couldn't make it and we were placed on standby for the following day). If I would have understood this, I would have kept calling other plumbing companies for a guaranteed appointment.WyantWorks is very good, but please make sure that you understand that standby is not guaranteed for that day, or the following days, especially if you have an urgent plumbing need!

A great company to deal with. They are extremely friendly and on time. Very well priced and upfront with cost as they charge by the project and not by the hour. As we all know, dealing with most plumbers is usually a pain, but this was one company that I would gladly recommend to future customers.

After some initial confusion about the time to start work to meet our time window for having the building water turned off, Wyattworks immediately sent out a technician to get our work done within the time window we had to work with. Edward did the necessary work very professionally and quickly, finishing up with one minute to spare. We'd definitely use them again.

This company was recommended by a friend who had some work done by WyattWorks Plumbing. I could not be more pleased with the job that Mike and Dan did for me. Storm lines are running free and clear. After seeing what they looked like initially thru the See Snake camera, this was definitely money well spent. The two guys spent almost 4 hours on site (start to finish), and they did a very thorough job !!!

Every member of the team was friendly, upfront, and extremely professional. Our drains started to back up on a Wednesday. Justin and team were at our house first thing Thursday morning, diagnosed the problem and cleared the pipe. Justin explained the bigger picture and had Billy camera the line. By Thursday afternoon I had three different quotes depending on how much work I wanted done. Friday, Dominic and crew came and fixed the larger problem. I was pleased with the service and technicians who replaced the sub-pump outtake pipe. The job included replacing the pipe from the house to the street. They were friendly and considerate when entering to do work in the interior of my home. I was very satisfied with the results.

I needed an outside spigot installed on the other side of my house. What impressed was Jean collected all the information for what we were requesting, crawled into our crawlspace, showed us that it was dry and clean under it and then started his free thorough evaluation in our home. He checked out our water heater, utility tub, our bathroom sink, shower and toilet and also did the same in our other bathroom. The one shower we don't use (found a leak) and the sink drained really slow. My husband tried to clean the drain himself and only scratched the surface. In our second bathroom he found that our vanity sink had a very small leak. He also checked our shower and found that the trim piece behind our shower nozzle wasn't sealed and explained what could happen in the future.....coming home to a pool in out bathroom because the wall could have gotten wet and Ugh....don't even want to think about what could happen!Back to our original job, he quoted us with upfront pricing as well as explaining our options. He built value in the product he was installing and was great at answering questions that my husband and I had.We went with Wyattworks for installing the outside spigot because we felt comfortable with Jean and his experience. We also appreciated him showing us the leaks that we didn't know about and he fixed them as well. Chad was pleasant and easy to work with and he did a great job. He replaced the faucet and found an almost clogged pipe that would have caused even greater problems in the near future. WyattWorks may not be the cheapest plumber around, but they do great work and do it when they promise. And they back up their work. Good service means a lot.

I initially called WyattWorks regarding a slow leak coming into my basement. They were flexible with me to make an initial appointment to have a technician come out and assess any plumbing issues I was having that I wanted to take care of. Jamal was very knowledgeable about my issues from what he could see initially, and was helpful when recommending which problems I should take care of immediately, and which could wait a bit. I was able to schedule him to come back 2 days later, again, flexible with my schedule, to complete the work I had chosen to do. He kept me updated throughout the day, and his partners Ricky and Pete were very helpful also. Some extra odds and ends came up during the day that weren’t originally quoted, but Jamal was able to take care of them, with no additional charge to my original quote. Found them on Google and Google didn’t disappoint! All the reviews are correct - this company is great! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, everyone was friendly and professional. David thoroughly explained everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered all my questions. His work was timely and he did an excellent job. Their prices seem pretty reasonable too. Will definitely continue to use them for any of our plumbing needs!

WyattWorks had replaced my well pump, well head, and electrical line, two years ago. I knew that the well pressure needed to be increased but didn’t want to upgrade that part of the system at that time. With my water treatment system fully functioning the pressure dropped as low as 25 psi and not above 40 psi even with no faucets open and the well cycling on. Today they upgraded the pressure switch and installed a higher capacity pressure tank, and cleaned up a lot of old plumbing modifications that had been made over 30+ years. New cutoffs were installed and the system is easier to operate and works perfectly now. 40 psi is the lowest and at full pressurization the gauges are reading 55 psi.

Pipe burst and they came right out, identified the problem, fixed it quickly and cleaned up. I have called them multiple times for various services and always great
