I called, they answered! They delivered a brand new energy efficient hot water tank within 24 hours. The receptionist had no issues answering all of my questions and easing my mind about the entire process. My main drain clogged up with a root ball coming from a big silver maple tree on our property and flooded my laundry room. I called and Adam showed up within 45 min of my call. He made sure that the Water went down in the laundry room and made sure the main drain was all the way clear. He suggested a low cost preventive to buy me more time until the next time I will have to call them back because of the angry roots!!! Plumbing 911 is my go to for all things plumbing. We love Adam (my dog Zeus does too) and would not hesitate to have him back again for future plumbing issues!!!!

Perfectly done job and responded quickly to my semi emergency as this is a rental property. Installation of hot water tank was excellent. Also the girl i initially spike with on the phone gave me a range of likely cost, didnt insist on a service call. So i knew my approx cost. I appreciated that!! My kitchen faucet was leaking.. I couldn't find anyone else to come earlier than 911.. Initially they were scheduled to come on a Monday morning however they called me on Friday afternoon asking to be home as the plumber is on his way..! My faucet is from Moen, so I had the O rings at home, which needed to be replaced.. Unfortunately, the plumber couldn't get the faucet handle out and told me the entire faucet needs to be replaced. He agreed to replace it in a short time.. so, he went out and got a different model Moen faucet and replaced it on the kitchen sink. Plumbing 911 charged me $507.47 for the entire process.. the same evening I found out the faucet they replaced cost $149 (Moen Model # 87557) in Highland Heights Home Depot. Upon reaching out to them.. I was told it's their regular charge.. to replace the kitchen faucet.. ! Blessings.. 🙏

While our family was out of town, a storm knocked down a very large tree that struck our Gas Meter. When checking our home for safety, the gas company detected a small gas leak inside our home. Our Gas (and heat) were shut off until the leak was fixed (March of 2023). I called several plumbing services and Plumbing911 was one of the only ones that answered our call over the weekend, and Jon was onsite the next morning. He worked overtime to try to find the leak and returned with additional team members to address the issues. When more damage was discovered, Jon Csontos worked into the evening to fix the issues, repair all of the damaged gas pipe and make our home safe for our family.

Even though we were out of town, Jon kept us updated on the progress throughout and was very helpful during this stressful event. I would highly recommend Jon for his professional work, honesty, and effort that he put into this job.

I have used this company twice now and I will forsure be using them for all of my future needs. They scheduling dept is very responsive. They got me in quickly both times. I was able to get a next day appointment. We requested Shane to return today as we really liked him the 1st time he came. We were not disappointed this time around either. One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! We recently just had a sump pump emergency and during a heavy rain storm in the middle of the night realized our sump wasn’t working correctly as it was spraying water everywhere. I was able to call at 3 a.m and schedule an appointment with a very nice service rep for later that day and then I got another call later that morning saying they could even come earlier before our 10 a.m. - 12 window which was so nice to hear them offer us an earlier time frame. Bob was very nice and explained what was happening and was able to fix the issue quickly all while offering a coupon to us as well to help lower the cost. Truly great experience!

Plumbing911 fixed a recurring draining and clogging problem that wasn't cleared with the use of a traditional snake by the first company I called.

They used a drain camera and discovered tree roots and a large amount of sludge in our sewer pipe. They used hydrojetting, which cut through the roots and totally flushed out the sludge, leaving us with no more clogging or draining issues! They responded quickly and were very thorough and professional. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

My wife and I bought our home in February and then the main line broke in March! We received an insane quote to repair it from another company, so I called Pluming 911 for a second opinion. They quoted me more than half the price to do the same work!!!
Right from the start they were amazing. Our plumbers Ryan and Jeff were quick and efficient, and a joy to have in the home. The great part of using a family owned business is they treat you like you are family. I was never made to feel like a nuisance or bother when I had questions or concerns. They wanted me to be happy, and I most definitely am. I will use them if anything ever happens again.

I had water backing up into my basement late on a Friday night. I called Plumbing 911 and although they couldn't send anyone out that night, they promised to send someone first thing in the morning between 7 and 9 am. I received a call at 8 am on the dot from a very polite and knowledgeable plumber named John.

John was able to get to the root (not pun intended) cause of our problem through persistence. He did not want to leave us without a solution. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful as he walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be addressed.

I highly recommend this company! We had drains backing up in our home and Dennis tried everything he could for this job to be the least expensive it could. We ended up needing a sewer line repair and had to bring out an excavator but he first tried many things so that maybe we could avoid a big dig. Comparatively it was very reasonable for such a big job and Dennis was very honest and fair. If we ever need any more plumbing things we would use Plumbing 911 again!

Rob was extremely professional, on time and gave me a total cost of the service before beginning. He not only fixed my plumbing issues but was cognitive of cleaning up after himself and protecting my floors by wearing foot coverings. Nick was wonderful. He replaced the flange from our toilet, reset and cleaned up everything. Rechecked 3 times to make sure it was not leaking. What a valuable employee asset Nick is to your company. Very knowledgeable, polite technicians. Great at troubleshooting. Had 3 different appointments over the past year, will definitely use again. Explained everything clearly and to our satisfaction.
Adam offered highly intelligent strategies for a future job I had many questions about. This house has the mixed up remains of an old well & septic system that was later hooked up to city water & sewer, and Adam patiently sorted it all out and explained as he suggested some alternatives.

My water tank broke with water pouring through out my living room and hall. I called and a plumber was here in 40 minutes and it was after 5 pm when this happened. He was nice and professional and did a great job getting me a new hot water tank. Great job!

Our hot water tank was leaking, and we wanted to replace it with a tankless system. They came the same day to give us an estimate, and installed the new tank 2 days later. It took less than a day, and the work and clean-up was done with care.

Have used them multiple times in past. So when I had another problem pop up they were the first I called. Was able to get me an appointment quick. This time I had Ryan, he’s a nice guy and knows what he’s doing. Had another problem pop up that he was able to attend to right away. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise

Had an emergency plumbing blockage that needed immediate attention.. called 911 plumbing and they were out within a couple hours, my technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, cleared the blockage in no time! When you need a plumber, you don’t need one in two days, you need one right now. Plumbing 911 responded late at night, and sent a plumber promptly at 8 AM. The plumber was a Mr. Ledger. He has a 25 year excellent record, and is a master plumber. He identified the problem right away, and had it fixed within two hours. I can’t say the price was a bargain! But I can say that it was about $50 less than quotes I received from other plumbers who were not able to come until tomorrow. He was friendly and accommodating.

Though I did not use the company, I never will! I live in a duplex and they are working on an issue at my neighbor's and have literally dumped bucketsof raw seweage into both our yards.

Edit: after a call, they did attempt to clean up and put new grass seeds so i appreciate that but it should not have happened to begin with.

in what universe does a plumber make more per hour than a brain surgeon?!?! get real .
This is the type of company that hires the kind of people, with the nerve to walk into our homes, with the intention of ripping us off.
Do Not Use This Service!
They sent a representative out who tried to charge me $500 to remove my garbage disposal and re-connect the pipes.
i did it myself for $15 and it took me 10 minutes. (thank god for youtube)

We had a bad clog that one or two other businesses hadn't been able to fix over the last couple of years and James knocked it out in under 3 hours.
I scheduled the visit at 1:30pm for 2-4pm the same day and the timing and service was immaculate. I loved the little meet and great bio they sent of Mr. Bumgardner as well.
I don't look forward to future plumbing issues but I have a company I'll contact without worry now.

Plumber came on a Monday. Said a part needed to be ordered. Said he would be in contact. Never heard back. Called office. Receptionist said they would contact him and have him call. Still nothing. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. Of course I went somewhere else and it was fixed same day. Only needed a new faucet.

I must say, the tech worked hard to clear my blocked drain. He never gave up considering how bad it was. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I thought for that my bill would have been higher than my estimate but it wasn't. I highly recommend them
