This is a no brainer. Steve is extremely down to earth and he'll knock out your install in no time at all. Did an awesome job and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Work was fast and solid, repairman was friendly and courteous and price was fair. Like I said, a no brainer.

Called Sunday morning needing a hot water tank replacement and got immediate response, he was able to provide an estimate quickly over the phone after seeing a picture of my hot water tank. Great experience, Eric came out and got me a quote and the next day I had my new hot water tank installed. The process was quick and seamless and they even answered other plumbing questions while at my house. The cost was well within reason as well! My tank blew out on a Saturday early afternoon, I called someone I got a name from a friend and that person came out and gave me a high quote and it appeared a little shady; I called Hot Water Tanks because of their reviews on google and Stephen came out that afternoon within the hour; gave me a fair and accurate quote (because i called around for quotes) and he came the next day which was a Sunday early afternoon and put the new tank in; I enjoyed our conversation and I couldn't be more pleased. Even when i had questions after and emailed or text him, he answered and answered my questions. I would highly recommend him and this company 100%.

Even though he was sent by my home warranty company to check out the shower, he let me show him some other minor issues around the house and offered advice on how I could solve the issues myself or what kind of work would need to be done. I called Steve on Sunday because hot water was running steadily out of the overflow pipe of tank. He was out of town but said he would be back around 5 and stop by then. Bottom line, the tank is about 20 years old and we need a new one. He gave a quote and said he could install it the next morning. He arrived promptly, finished the job quickly, and cleaned the area. I also showed him a toilet we were having problems with and he gave us several options. We are having that work done next week. Steve is responsible, hardworking and fair. I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing job.

My hot water tank went after 15 years. Hot water tanks llc was sent to me by a warranty company. I really liked him a lot I could tell he was an honest person and knew what he was talking about … but the company denied my claim because it was leaking (omg)
(Don’t get select home warranty ugh) so I called him back to put it in out of my pocket. I had called Lowe’s just to check prices and they were a lot more expensive. He worked around my schedule and installed a great new tank in a timely manner. And at a decent price and I am super happy to have hot water again !! I highly recommend this company!!

Called to get an estimate on replacing my broken and leaking hot water tank. Steve was there with a replacement tank and finished 3 hours after I called. He's very talented, safe and his prices are a lot less than the Home Depot and Lowe's that are nearby. Price included removal of old tank and plumbing details to install new tank. Great experience from start to finish. Efficient operation, just texted a picture of our failing hot water tank in vertical view around 12:30pm. Respond back right away and said an estimate was being prepared. Got a detailed estimate by 3pm and answered all my questions. Scheduled our install for the next day and showed up on time. Getting a courtesy text when 5 minutes away was really nice too. Very professional and friendly. Waisted no time getting to work. He had everything needed for the install. Very clean and efficient install also very respectful of us and our home. Final bill matches estimate, so no surprises. Honest and fair. Cleaned up and hauled the old tank away.
