I had such a great experience from start to finish with NOSD. Friendly services all around! Tim came out to install a refrigerator line and I was very pleased with the job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and very personable. Who would have thought having a plumber come over would be fun!! I appreciated Tim's advice and the fact that he explained everything he was doing in a way that made me feel very confident in his work. I also appreciated how he worked with my schedule and was very flexible in scheduling my appointments. You can really tell he loves what he does, stands by his work, and truly cares about his customers. His assistant, Karen, was very kind as well. I would absolutely use NOSD again!

North Ohio did a great job waterproofing our foundation and replacing all the sewer lines within and without our house. They were communicative and timely with their work! Great experience overall!

I used this company a few times for issues with my sink and they were nice and got the job done so decided to use them again when my toilet handle broke.. Justin came and was in and out in the matter of 5 minutes they replaced my toilet handle with a $10 not even toilet handle and I got the invoice and it was almost $200 . I honestly could not believe it , had I not been in a rush I would’ve called the company for an explanation. I really wish he disclosed the price with me before he started working because had I known it was $200 for a 5 min job of putting a $10 toilet handle on I would’ve said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I previously recommended this company but after what happened absolutely not and will never be using them again. I was 100% scammed and was told by 2 other plumbers after they completely scammed me.

They did a job that I had been told was impossible. They were so efficient on time and the job turned out just excellent!!! I can’t believe how fast they did it to perfection. They added an extra bathroom to our house that looks like it was put in the original house.

I have used this company for a sewer cleaning a few months ago. Mike was great! I called him and a few hours later he was at my house and knew immediately what they problem was. Mike was honest in saying he didn't think it would be best to work on our drainage situation at this moment since its a new house and the grading was not finished which may change where the drainage needs to be done. Mike and Sean were able to do what Roto-Rooter could not. They were able to open the block in our collapsing sewer system temporarily to get things draining and working again - and the quote for trench dig and replacement was less than half of the quote that we were rushed into by Roto-Rooter. I worked with Tim and he was absolutely the best. First trip out for my quote he was on time, very professional and walked me through each step of the process. He worked with my timeframe and addressed all my needs and concerns, unlike other plumbers I had out.
On day of service he communicated while in route and during the repair process. He cleaned up all debris and old material from the house once the install and repair was completed. He was also extremely pleasant and nice to my toddler who questioned him and his duties while he was working. Will definitely be the only person I use for my future plumbing needs. In addition to the above, Mike also re-routed our kitchen water lines during our Kitchen remodel. He had to jackhammer through concrete, re-run the lines and add all new connections. He also connected the water lines and fixtures for our fridge.

Friendly when I called to make the appointment, and friendly when they came to look at the leak. The leak was determined to be the faucets. I was asked to go get a faucet and I did. I called the plumber back to say I bought it. He said he would call me right back when scheduling gives a time slot. It's been 2 hours so I texted the plumber just now. He texted me back saying I told him to come back some other time. I already missed a full days work, I would never miss a second day. I called the company to explain the problem, and I was told it was a misunderstanding,and then the guy at the company kept cutting me off and talking over me. I said there is no misunderstanding if the plumber lies and he says I told him to come back another day. I know people have a bad day and they take it out on others, but seriously that was uncalled for. I hope they don't take out there frustrations on anyone else. We all have it rough in life.

Far and away the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Fast. Extremely polite. Detailed explanation of exactly what needed to be done, and the quote was exactly what we paid. Don’t even bother with anyone else.

Had a water line installed to my refrigerator and a leak fixed on my washer and dryer. Mike very knowledgeable, professional and fast. Also he was very patient, took time to answer all my questions. Would definitely hire again.

Tub was draining too slowly; when I take a shower, I was standing in 3 inches of water. Called a plumber but when he arrived, he ignored the issue and focused on reglazing the tub and gave me an estimate of $2,000.00. Called a second plumber. He also ignored the issue and focused on telling me a need a complete bathroom renovation (which would run me $8,000.00). Have other home improvements that take priority so will be considering the bathroom renovation perhaps next year, but I need the faucet to stop leaking and the I need the tub drain to do what it's supposed to do NOW. Called North Ohio and finally, someone addressed my immediate concerns. Drain now works like it's supposed to and leak has been stopped. Final cost: $265. Amazing! (Thanks for listening to my concerns and not focusing on taking me to the cleaners.). A+++!

Need a plumber? Call North Ohio Sewer & Drain. When my kitchen faucet went rocky, I contacted this company. An appointment was prompty scheduled for the following morning, and the plumber arrived at 9 am sharp. He promptly replaced the kitchen faucet and some pipes underneath that started to rust which I didn't even think about, and even a basket strainer. And a few other things that went wrong.

The plumber was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and used own supplies throughout. The reason I mention this is because another company used my bucket and grabbed a towel from the rack without my knowledge. It's true that sometimes you get what you pay for. The prices of North Ohio Sewer & Drain were reasonable. I am very satisfied with the services by North Ohio Sewer and Drain, will not hesitate to hire them again should the need arises, and highly recommend to anyone.

Called Mike after a night of heavy rain saw the main sewer line in our basement start to have a back up. Concerned it could be catastrophic - called Mike and he was there the next day. Mike was on time and came ready for the job I described. After he cleaned and scoped the main sewer line he discovered it was not my issue, but the city's. Mike took the time to show me the issue, then proceeded to show me the entire sewer line and explain what everything was he saw. Mike was right in the ballpark with pricing I had researched and never once tried to upsell me on any sort of services. He took the time to even mark the area to be repaired for the city! I initially called about what I thought was a clogged drain and it turned out the entire sewer pipe between street and house needed replaced. I'm a younger, first time home owner and didn't really know what to do here (my parents just knew people, which I don't) but Mike helped through the whole process. The actual replacement seemed to go very smoothly and professionally, and I felt informed throughout. I did ask around about pricing, and this was the cheaper option as well (potentially due to the fact that there is no big company overhead). Overall, very pleased and will contact for future work, should it be required.

Knowledge, Skill and Integrity. These are the things that separate Mike from the rest of the pack of so-so plumbers. We had a mystery leak in the basement of our century home. Mike suggested doing a Flir analysis before cutting into walls. The Flir camera showed where the leak was occurring, minimizing the exploratory damage that other plumbers had suggested.

Mike was easy to work with and was able to fit in a several hour project on short notice. I hope we don't have many plumbing issues in the future, but if we do, we are happy to know that Mike is able to help us.

All I can say is that from start to finish the job went perfectly. I made the stupid mistake of trying to snake a relatives drain and ended up getting the snake caught under the basement floor. The job didn’t go quite as smoothly as I had hoped, due to the nature of the problem, but Justin’s persistence paid off and he was able to unstick the snake avoiding the costly job of tearing up the basement floor. My daughter called this company, because we had hot water tank issue. The guy named Mike talked to us and scheduled a visit.
Today, nor him neither one of his workers ever showed up.
Now, it is late Friday and we cannot get another plumber.
In 12 hours, this Mike asked us to confirm 3 times that we kept appointment via text, but later today, when we had a missef call, he told us that we were supposed to pick up a phone, when his worker called to confirm once again.
We were never told to wait for a call from anybody.

We were told to wait 2 pm till 6 pm on Friday, and we were told about text confirmation system.

This is distasteful that this person did not do his job and instead of fixing his mistake, he acted like a bully.

I read their reviews on Yelp, and they are mostly 1 star. If I could give 0 or - 1, I would.

This person or his company workers are not somebody you want to do a job in your house.

We had an emergency plumbing issue with our stack. They were super responsive, and the only company that contacted us back out of five! The work was done quickly and we were back to being able to use our plumbing that day.

I called another plumber at first, they were horrible and way too expensive. These guys, omg. No issues, came in looked at it, told me what the issue was and what it’s gonna cost (which was ridiculously cheaper than the other plumber), fixed it, sent me a picture of it, and they we’re gone. After some time things resolved but we wanted to make sure there was nothing major happening so I reached out to Mike. He fit us in the same day and gave me a half an hour notice so I had time to get home to meet him. We were lucky that he didn't find any issues and that the clog that we had cleared out on it's own. He took his time and checked out everything for us. He was very thorough and we will definitely use in for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC!!

Mike and his crew did a total replacement of our storm drain connection to the city storm drain system. Even though it was pouring rain, he continued on and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Very pleased with his work and the price was very reasonable.

I was supposed to get an estimate done. 30 minutes after their 3 hour window had passed I got an email saying service was completed. I then called asking what was going on and only then was notified that the person was running late. Mike sounded flustered and asked well do you want to reschedule or have us take you off the books? My response just take me off the books please I didnt even get to finish my sentence before he hung up on me.

This could have been handled much better. The complete lack of professionalism, manners, and communication was abhorrent.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and called for an appointment. I was so happy they were able to schedule me in less than 24 hours. Justin Lequay came to evaluate the leak, and was able to fix it on the spot. He called to let me know he was on the way, was professional, courteous and kind. This company came out and told me I would need work done that I actually didn’t need. I shared the details with a friend who told me to get a second opinion because the information sounded inaccurate. I had two more plumbing companies that came out and low and behold both companies advised I was I’ll advised. $1400 to replace a sink. They couldn’t believe it. When I reached back out to North East he backpedaled and said “he might need to merge my drains”. If this is a might how did you quote me $1400? You came to my house and looked and still didn’t know what you needed to do. He then went on to say $1400 is standard price for replacing a sink and if we couldn’t afford it good luck! Companies like this try to get over on women and when confronted its now an affordability issue. No I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

They were in and out on a faucet replacement in under an hour and it was beautiful! Pipes and everything, I expected it to take all afternoon and it was only one guy! As many stars as I can possibly give, excellent!

Our experience was prompt & professional, performed for an emergent issue that was causing us water in our basement. They were extremely knowledgeable with our problem and thorough with the repair. They even offered us advice on how to avoid the problem moving forward. We have not had any issues since our repair. Highly recommend for any size job.

Mike and his team are absolutely amazing! They recently excavated our yard to replace our storm and sanitary lines to address our flooding basement. I was honestly so nervous to have something of this scope done, but Mike made sure everything went seamlessly. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, returning all phone calls and messages within minutes. He was wonderful at explaining everything he saw with his initial camera inspection and was very patient in answering all my questions. He even filled out paperwork for us to get a portion of the project covered by our homeowners insurance! His pricing was extremely fair and he adjusted the price for us when he realized that a sump pump (included in the initial quote) would not be needed. He even offered to deduct the cost of the initial camera inspection from the overall project. Mike and everyone working onsite with him was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about this local, family owned business. Would 100% recommend!

We’ve used this company a few times and have always been impressed. First off, they are QUICK. Quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to get out to you. If they can make the fix upon first visit, they will. Which is awesome. Prices are fair and they are honest with diagnoses. NOSD is the best plumbing operation I've worked with in a long while. The quality of their work was great, but what I really appreciated was the communication. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time a week out & then the day before, emailed & texted when they were on the way/getting close, returned phone calls timely ... with too many contractors these things don't happen. We looked over the work I needed, agreed on an approach ... and when it didn't take as long as they had estimated, they reduced what they charged me accordingly. I mean come on, you can't beat that. God forbid I ever need a plumber again, but when I do I won't be calling anyone else

Mike was great! He came out right away and assessed the problem, which required the septic system to be pumped out. He arranged the next step within a week and arrived early to coordinate with the septic company. It was a gross job, but Mike was friendly and responsive throughout. I highly recommend him.
