Best Outdoor Plumbing Services in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

We hired this company to perform a central AC and furnace inspection on a house we considering buying. We are from the Texas Gulf coast and not familiar with boiler heating systems. The technician performed a thorough inspection and provided me with a detailed report of the findings. He also took the time to explained to me how the 2 different systems work to cool the house in summer and heat it in winter. If the house sale goes through, we will be using this company to maintain the systems in this home.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

So happy! They were booked until next week but when I said that I was leaving on a trip the kindly squeezed me in. Called me 2 times to ensure they could get me service (I was on a conf call and missed the 1st one) I am so grateful. When I told the plumber we couldn't afford a BRAND new water heater a few days before traveling he kindly replaced the leaking valve and gave us an estimate for the new one when we were in a better place! So satisfied.

This is the first time I’ve ever used Ken Neyer, but won’t be the last. The plumber who came out (Rusty) was fantastic. He was extremely detailed. So, if you call there, tell them to send Rusty. Price was very reasonable as well.

Dan did a great job! He was punctual and gave us appropriate recommendations for water damage that occurred from faulty plumbing. Would highly recommend him!
