Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

BEST Plumbing did our Backflow Test. They were excellent, just as they were when they installed plumbing for our commercial kitchen

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

The tech that came was very professional, he did an inspection and gave a fare quote then drove 45 minutes away to get the parts and when he got back had it fixed within an hour.

I always use them as they are professional, offer great pricing and are available quickly.

Brandon and Chris and I’m not sure of the other young man’s name were absolutely awesome getting my drain unclogged!!!!!! I was anticipating having to wait until next week for service and haul a bunch of clothes to the laundromat but they were able to get my system back up and running before the afternoon even hit and free up my day so thank you so much best plumbing and staff for your punctuality professionalism and skills!!!!!

Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!
