Plumb Tite repaired some pipes and reseated a toilet in our guest bathroom. They were reasonably priced, pleasant, punctual and I would definitely use them again!

The gentleman came to my home, and fixed my problem within minutes of being there. And couldn't have been more friendly if he wanted to be. Will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs!

It took almost 20 hours to call me back for emergency service which they said they offered.

So happy! They were booked until next week but when I said that I was leaving on a trip the kindly squeezed me in. Called me 2 times to ensure they could get me service (I was on a conf call and missed the 1st one) I am so grateful. When I told the plumber we couldn't afford a BRAND new water heater a few days before traveling he kindly replaced the leaking valve and gave us an estimate for the new one when we were in a better place! So satisfied.

Plumb Tite was able to respond quickly and all of their staff were professional and courteous. They were very responsive and they clearly communicated the requirements of the service.

Tech was great very nice guy great job, but as everything is these days over priced. Outside faucet and I had the faucet 30 mins and 225 Dollars.

We used plumbtite to install a new water heater & sump pump in our new home. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. It was lower than other quotes and I actually felt MORE confident about his knowledge than the other techs.

Steve S has done a superb job on my water heater replacement today. My 15 year-old Rheem water heater was leaking and end of life. I am so lucky to have him for a free consultation without
any trip charge (some companies charge $75 trip fee for just a consultation). Steve is very knowledgeable and highly experienced professional plumber to make sure that the installation meets the State Code. He explained rationals, added the drain pan and expansion tank which were absent in the previous installation (some company quoted me extra $150 to have an expansion tank installed), screwed all vent pipe together, lined gas pipes without any angle stress, secured the expansion tank, hauled away my leaking water tank without mess, and made sure my new heater working fine. He has my new water heater installed in a professional way starting from consultation to the end of work. Steve has more than 35 years of plumber experience, very nice and patient, teaching me and answering me many questions on the tools and materials which I love to learn. It is really a pleasure to have him and enjoyed all his beautiful work. Reasonable price for excellent work!!! I would like to hire him again and recommend his service to anyone who has plumbing needs.

In the course of fixing the behind the wall kitchen leak, and needing to hang hard on a wall shared by both bathrooms, Julius inadvertently broke multiple things (all minor) in both bathrooms. He came out promptly when it fit with my work schedule and fixed all items quickly and at no cost. Really appreciated that and I certainly understand there can be collateral damage during a repair but he took care of everything.

Wow! Plumb Tite saved us when we were in a bind. Our tankless hot water heater went out 4 days before Christmas and needed to be replaced (which we knew would be the case.) Chad got us a replacement water heater and installed it within 48 hours. He was professional, clean and courteous and the total cost for the unit and the installation was competitive. We will be installing a water softener and we will only call on Plumb Tite to do the work.

Went from $225. To snake my basement toilet to $375 to remove the toilet and run the snake down it.
The toilet still ran slow said I needed a pressure hose flush ran thru it.
That would have been fine but the price tripled from $225 to $1170.00 dollars.
At that point they had me bent over a barrel the pressure flush took less time than everything else maybe 15 minutes.
I feel like there price was ridiculous.
There thief's and I'll never use them again.
I would not recommend calling this company...

The service with Plumb Tite was excellent. Every time I called someone answered the phone quickly, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was shocked with the speed of their response after I submitted a request and they even got someone to our house later the SAME DAY for an estimate, with the repairs being completed later the same week! Donnie was friendly, prompt, and did a great job. Would definitely hire Plumb Tite again!

Absolutely do not use. I really wonder whether I had a certified plumber do the work. Had to keep coming back due to mistakes they made. Never check their work. Had to help them with the work. Kept sending the same guy even though I said I didn't want him back. Management really doesn't care.

They did give me some money back for the issues, which makes me feel better about the work.

Shawn was great because he listened to the issues we were having and then presented several options of how to address it. He was professional yet personable so it felt more like having someone you know take care of something around the house. Unlike a friend though, we couldn’t pay him with a case of beer.

I had what I thought was a unique experience. I wanted to add a stackable washer and dryer to my kitchen, which will save my knees going up and down to the basement. Shane was very professional and gave me a quote. I paid 1/4 of the anticipated bill and then ordered the washer and dryer which will be delivered hopefully on Friday. After it arrives, I will call back and schedule to installation.

Plumb Tite was competitive with other local plumbers in pricing a drain stack replacement and hot water heater. Chad was knowledgeable and communicative. They got to the job a little late due to finding the parts they needed, but they wrapped up early, everything looked great. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in quickly.

What an all around wonderful company! No fee estimates, professional, polite service representative and price for our service was 3 times lower than The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing estimate which I had to pay for. Gave the estimate and fixed our problems on the spot, what's not to love about all that!

Plumb Tite replaced an outside hose bib. They replied to our query very quickly, and sent someone out the next business day. The work was prompt and professional.

Tim was great! He was thorough, professional, and timely. I had new countertops, sinks, etc installed and planned to have a new garbage disposal. The new sink, however, is much deeper than the old one and Tim was honest about the complexity of the project, given the plumbing no longer aligned. He didn’t immediately call it quits though; he still tried to make it work without it turning into a more massive and costly job. In the end, it didn’t work unless I wanted to pay quite a bit more to redo the whole plumbing. I opted to not have a garbage disposal, but appreciate the effort he gave and the clear explanation.

Stay away for this organization. Small gas leak estimate $100+ - then ‘because old pipes and Duke Energy and pressure tests... $500 for this and $500 for that...’. Duke Energy came out and fixed the leak, pressure tested and approved for FREE. Beware!

On june 16th Plumb Tite sent 2 technicians Ken and James to run new water line from kitchen to second floor, install new vanity sink & cabinet and install 3 new faucets. Cutting the old galvanized pipes went faster than I thought. I neve liked how the water lines were installed in 1963 when I was 7 then and even I knew something was wrong because the hot and cold were on the wrong side on the sink and tub. Now the hot and cold are on the right sides and the new copper lines are neat like they should be.
All 3 faucets look so nice now the room needs a makeover.
Ken and James did an excellent job and I will always appreciate their work.

I contacted Plumb Tite regarding an outdoor faucet that leaked when in use. Kevin came to review the faucet to see what would need to be done. He went over the entire process and answered all my questions. I accepted the quote and Kevin came as requested to handle the repair. The work was done with care and as requested. I will definitely use this company for any future requirements.

Beware, the technician will show up and give you an estimate of 1200, and then when the job is done , they charge 500$ higher than the estimate without informing the customer till finish. Ill never use these people again.

Had a season spring clog in my downspout. Chris showed up on time, communicated the task and repair and made it happen. Great tech, great company.

I tried to repair outdoor faucet myself but it was beyond what I could do. Eric from Plumb Tite did great work to replace it and provided excellent service.

I called them with a severe plumbing issue at 7:50 pm. The woman who answered kept asking me then same quartiles over and over again. My zip code, my telephone number. Seems like she did not know to operate her computer. After 20 minutes she informed me that a technician would get back to me shortly. It is now 11:05 pm and I have not received a call. I tried to call them again and was let on hold for almost 25 minutes. I gave up. Very unprofessional, unreliable and inept.

We used Plumb Tite to do the rough in and final hook up of fixtures on our basement bathroom addition. They took our plans and made it happen, while working with county inspectors and permitting to complete the job at multiple stages. Our technician was high quality, but the cost was extremely overpriced for the job done. Cost being the deciding factor for myself (and majority of people), I would recommended you shop around and you could find a better price pretty quickly.

Plumb tite was extremely responsive and provides quality work! We were completing a bathroom renovation when our main water valve broke. Nate was out the next morning to address the situation. He also quickly installed a new shower valve since we were replacing all shower fixtures. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided quality work for a fair price. We highly recommend this plumbing company for both emergencies and general repairs.

I have used Plumb Tite for plumbing for a few years. Just recently had them do a tune-up on our AC unit. Another great experience. I appreciate the no BS approach.

This was my best experience with a Cincy area plumber! Our leaky outdoor faucet has been a problem that Plumb Tite fixed by simply adding a shut off valve. This out of the box repair helped us avoid a HUGE repair that would have involved an expensive mess. Plumb Tite saved the day with professional service. Professional, on time, responsive, had the proper parts on the truck and very friendly. I've found a new Plumber!

Plumb Tite has been my go-to resource for plumbing-related issues. I've been using them for the past few years in my private residence and my rental unit. I like the fact that there is no service charge. More importantly, they are very professional. They show up when scheduled, which is important for my busy schedule. I have not had a plumbing problem yet that they weren't able to take care of. If there's a way that I can save money, they will let me know instead of adding tasks that I really don't need.

The service man was on time, assessed the problem quickly, provided a reasonable estimate, then performed the work quickly.

They are NOT 24/7. I had a major problem at 5:30 on a Sunday night and they said they couldn't help me until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Plumb Tite was incredible. We were trying to list our house when we found the shower in the basement leaking. They were able to come out right away and take a took, order the replacement shower stall, and install all within a 2 week timeframe.
