DuPont plumbing did a great job repairing and flushing the lines to remove sediment in the lines. When there was some sediment that got trapped in the line, they promptly came back to flush the line.

If I could post 10 stars for this company, I would. Our main water valve broke off from the main line. These guys showed up like a squad of navy seals. They didn't waste time and went straight to the problem. Dupont came in and fixed the job. I'll be calling this company first for every future plumbing project. Well done Dupont plumbing!

Could not be happier with DuPont. We lost hot water due to a pipe leak under slab. Tom was extremely knowledgeable with the situation going on and he came up with a plan to fix it. Communication was amazing, and every call was answered. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do.

A+ for customer service and honesty, would recommend DuPont to anyone. It is hard to find reliable people, these guys know how to run a business.

We were really happy with the service and the workmanship that was provided by DuPont. The ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars is because they would not call me and communicate with me. They would communicate with my wife because she was here while they were. She would tell them to call me, I would call the office and ask to be called back with updates and would never here back. But, at the end of the day, they fixed the problem for far less than the first quote we received. My wife only had good things to say about the workers and their behavior at our home. We will definitely use them if we ever have plumbing issues again.

We have used DuPont since we bought our house 22 years ago. They are always prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. The technicians are professional and wear masks when appropriate. We recently had a laundry list of things to do before we put our house on the market, and they took care of all the issues. It's a great feeling to know we have honest and dependable plumbers when we need them.

We live in a old house that needed pipes replaced. The pipes were old and completely rusted with holes throughout the pipes. From the roof to the basement. We called DuPont. Ben and Jake were very professional, the price was very affordable for the work they had to do. If you choose to use this company be sure to ask for an experienced plumber, no matter how simple you think the repair is. My clogged drain has turned into a year long dispute with a company that would rather threaten litigation than pick up the phone and try and make things right. I’ve spent over $700 dollars having master plumbers fix the damage done by the two young men they sent last March. I’ve had positive experiences with this company in the past but I can’t recommend them after this ordeal.

We wanted to run a gasoline for our pool. We made an appointment for them to come out. They never came out and then gave us a verbal of $3400- $3800 without even looking at the area.

They came highly recommended. I called them this morning and they came out this afternoon. They were very responsive told me what they were going to do and did it. You can't ask for more than that.

Ryan and his crew removed tree roots from our drain pipes and replumbed a plumbing stack. The plumbing stack in our nearly 100 year old home was completely corroded and Ryan figured out an excellent way to replumb that stack without tearing up our basement floor at all.

You couldn't ask for a more efficient, effective and responsible crew. The bill was very reasonable for all the work they did. We are completely satisfied and recommend DuPont Plumbing unconditionally.
