Dan did a good job of assessing the problems with the water heater and finally coming to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced with a new one. This was done the following day by Conner.

Quoted us over $4000 dollars to install overhead lighting in a few rooms (not including the actual fixtures/lights/cleaning up the drywall afterwards.). They tried to charge us to get the quote and then stuck a sign in our lawn saying our house was “serviced by Apollo” after they gave us an estimate.

Alex is a wonderful plumber and person! Before he arrived I was sent a text with a picture of him and a short bio. Which was informative and also made me feel safer as I was home alone. He was an incredibly great communicator, super friendly, honest and professional. He fixed our issue! But encourages us to keep an eye on our pipe and scheduled a scoping for us tomorrow so we know what’s going on under ground. Truly one of the nicest people and we hope to work with him again!

Scott Campbell replaced a kitchen light fixture for me. He was prompt and courteous. He explained the job as he went along and was finished in no time. Excellent service.

Cody was on time, very polite, got along with my dogs. He got right to work & got done at the designated time; clearly explaining the needed repairs. He successfully analyzed the issue and took the appropriate action.

Needed me to be home during a 3 hour window but I explained that I couldn’t be for an HVAC issue due to something I couldn’t change but it was an emergency. Explained this a few times. They show up say they can’t service the HVAC because I own a manufactured home. So I took off an afternoon of work only for them to refuse to look at my unit. Supervisor completely non responsive. Extremely rude customer service worker who accused me of “making them wait” when I already said I couldn’t be home until after 3pm and not at 2pm. No apology nothing and too late in the day to get someone else out. Ridiculous.

He was extremely kind and professional and was able to get the job done quick! I highly recommend them! They also came out same day!!!!

Tyler and his business partner were amazing. I can't say enough for these 2 men. They were prompt, detailed, and very professional while performing their plumbing service. My drain in my bathtub was clogged and they explained everything they were going to do. They even talked about what would happen next if they couldn't unclog it. They unclogged my drain very quickly.The operator who answered the phone call when i called to schedule an appointment was very amazing as well. He got someone over to me house within an hour. Apollo was wonderful to work with and installed our AC in a timely manner. AC working great now and people super friendly. Only complaint that could be improved on is our floors had dirty footprints all over and debris on the floor from the replacement that had to be scrubbed clean after. Really wish they used shoe covers or attempted to clean up after the installation of our unit esp with how much we paid. Otherwise would recommend them!

Our technician Robert Stamper did an excellent job fixing a problem with one of our outdoor units. He was very informative and more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. The guy really knows his stuff and he prides himself in doing the best work. More stars for Robert if I could give them.Thanks for everything!

I have an Apollo service plan that includes seasonal check-ups. Scheduling for my A/C service was quick and easy. On the morning of the appointment I recieved a reminder call that the tech was 30 minutes out - I also received a text with the name and picture of the tech. Jared arrived on time as expected, politely introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He kept me updated as he worked through the process, which I appreciated. At the end of the service call he provided me with a verbal recap, some options to consider for enhancing/improving the system, and followed up with an email with additional info. It is clear to me that Apollo has put a huge focus on customer service - they train their employees well and it shows all the way through.Highly recommed.

I have a member plan with Apollo, and while the service itself has been fine to deal with, I wish they'd provide their employees with the tools necessary to determine if the scope of work I need is worth doing. Sure, I'll pay for the tech visit, but if I don't want to pay for some other part of the service if I never really needed it, then let me make that determination based on the work assessment.

Jason was prompt and professional and worked hard in the hot temps. He explained everything he did and is very experienced.

We had such a wonderful experience with using Apollo. After a furnace tune up identified major issues that caused us to need to turn off the furnace, Apollo made sure to send someone out right away to discuss options for a new heating system with us. They were back at our house the next morning to install the system. Every person I spoke with (and I spoke to many different people!) was kind, courteous, professional, and personable. We also had a plumber from Apollo come to fix a small issue too. A shout out to Matthew, Luke, Kevin (both the comfort advisor and the one in the office!), and Mark for making what should have been a really stressful situation feel like a breeze. We had Apollo come out to give us a second opinion Quote for Water Heater replacement. Apollo exceptional Customer service shined the moment my phone call was answered. The scheduling process was quick and painless. The Technician arrived and was super friendly, and very thorough. They took the time out to explain why they were looking at certain things and what all the avail options that were available. The Installation crew were incredible. The moment they arrived they briefed us on what to expect through the process. For example water and gas being turned off. Power to the area as well etc... and afterwards spent time to review the system, answer questions, and give us some pointers on managing the new Tankless system. If you want exceptional service and peace of mind, I highly recommend Apollo.

Terrific installers of the new hot water tank. Personable, professional, hard-working. Increase the pay rate for these two, they are excellent.

Our electrician, Phil was very knowledgeable and professional. We had to get a new electric cooktop installed. Unfortunately, the new cooktop was a few inches too wide for installation. Instead of giving up and calling a handyman, Phil used his tools and skills to cut off a few inches of the island in order for the cooktop to fit. This level of commitment and customer service was truly appreciated. Thank you Phil for providing excellent customer service.

My plumbing professional on 6/23 was Dan Guentz. Much like many of the Apollo professionals that have worked at my home, he was equal parts professional and nerd to his role. Diagnosed the problem, explained the issue very clearly, offered solutions to resolve and worked efficiently.

Alex replaced the toilet in an upstairs bathroom. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was also very tidy. There was nothing for me to clean or throw away when he left. He took care of everything.

We needed an electrical line added for our new pool heater. Darius Byrne did an amazing job and it was not an easy task since our home is well over 100 years old and he had to go through two crawl spaces to complete the work.

Has 3 outside faucets wanted to replace. Quote was $400 EACH. This is WAY outside reality, and won't bother calling again for ANY plumbing matters.

We had a new furnace/heat pump system installed yesterday. Today was a whole house duct cleaning. The before and after pics are amazing. Ryan and the other tech(Wesley I think) were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Apollo is fortunate to have employees like them. In fact all of the Apollo employees have been exemplary and we will use Apollo in the future for all our HVAC needs. Thank you all.

I've never used Apollo before today, but will definitely use them for all my needs. Jeremy was great. My Duke meter box came loose from my house. He fixed the problem and it doesn't look like I'll ever have problems with the meter again. I also had a faulty switch in my computer room. Jeremy fixed the problem and put a new cover over the switch. It looks so much nicer. Jeremy really knows his trade and he's so professional. I'm having Apollo service my air conditioning in May. When you find a dependable company, you stay with them.

I called Apollo due to some horrible job water heater connections that were done in a flipped home that I’ve purchased. To my surprise someone came out within a few hours and they completed the work the next day!!! Thomas specifically was awesome!!! He was super knowledgeable and personable and explained every step throughly. I will not only recommend and continue to use Apollo yet I will request Thomas as much as possible!! 😊

We have had to use Apollo twice now for urgent HVAC needs. They have impressed me both times with their professionalism. They think of all the little touches that make them stand out above the others. On both occasions, the techs were knowledgeable and personable. After I had a furnace installed, I had to have a county building inspector come out to inspect the work. When he heard that Apollo did the install, he barely even looked at the system. He said that he trusted that Apollo always does good work! Can't get a much better shout out than that!

Nate actually was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He was professional, listened carefully and asked questions that led to finding the solution. The only downside was I had to wait 3 days for a technician to be available (my problem did not appear to be an emergency but was very concerning to me since I did not know why a large number of my outlets were not working)

I had Jarid come out and unhook and cap off a gas line. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He made sure the gas line wasn’t leaking before he left and made sure the area was clean.

The whole team was very helpful. Gave me options, worked with us on financing, quick and courteous. Would use Apollo anytime.

Where do we begin? Friday night our kitchen drain clogged, as a family of 7 our kitchen is used constantly. I called Saturday morning and by 12:30 Carrie arrived. She was kind and courteous. She was very thorough. She worked for hours to get the clog, first using the snake then the high pressure water. Nothing worked. She found out a couple feet were completely blocked. After making a plan to replace the pipe and having it done Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend), I was collecting paper products since we could not use the kitchen sink or dishwasher for 3 days. Then she says I have another tech coming(it was a two person job) and well get it done tonight! She left about 8:30. She was so great we ordered an extra pizza so she could eat! She was fabulous. And I hope for future needs we can even request her.

Very polite, knowledgeable, and overall did just a great job. Also did a great job of explaining info about all the new equipment that was installed. Cleaned up job site like nothing was ever done.

First I'll say that the service we received was timely and the technician was thorough and polite.However, holy price gouging! Our old faucet needed to be replaced. Usually this was something I would do myself, but a friend had talked me into getting a professional to do it in case I messed up, and I was convinced. We used Apollo based on a recco from a local friend. We bought a faucet, had all the parts needed for replacement, and scheduled an appointment.The tech came and installed the faucet in less than an hour. No parts. For this we were charged $426 dollars. The invoice merely said plumbing trip, faucet install, and fuel surcharge (we live close to downtown). I have absolutely no idea how a business can justify charging someone $426 dollars for no parts, less than 1 hour of labor, and a 10 minute drive from their listed address, but needless to say, I will never use Apollo again for ANYTHING for my home, and will recommend to all of my friends to stay far away.

Conner Davidson and Kyle Owens were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Apollo was able to very quickly inspect our water heater and install a new one the same day. Kyle and Conner were able to answer all of my questions and really worked to get me an affordable deal. Apollo Home came the day that we called them, they were in and out within a half hour, and they fixed my A/C really quickly. They were forthright with me about what they were fixing and what to watch out for, and they were extremely professional and proficient.

I called around 10-11pm the previous night and Apollo got Johnathan out to me the next morning at 10am. The window I was given was 10am-1pm so it was nice to get him there right at the start. Job was quick and easily done, needed to replace my faucet that was leaking water everywhere. Would recommend based purely on the professionalism.

I had 2 water valves replaced for hookup to my washing machine. The technician did a great job and was very professional. But the cost of the repairs was exorbitant! Ridiculously expensive. And that is after a discount that I receive after paying a monthly fee for being an Apollo Care customer! I will look elsewhere for plumbing services in the future.

Main water cut off replacement, leaking toilet cut off replacement, plumbing inspection, Apollo hires the best and trains everyone they have so well. We have had a lot done from them and everyone is kind and most of all trustworthy. Their office communicates very well and is honest and upfront with everything. Did not complete the job to instructions, tried to leave without mentioning it, thank the Lord we were able to catch him before he drove away. He had to take out part of a wall to get to the pipe to fix, left a mess in my kitchen did not cover anything and just swept the floor, I am still cleaning up drywall and insulation out of my coffee maker, cat food and dishes. He had to come back the next day and still did not seat the pipe correctly. I would not recommend this plumber if you lived in an older home, well at all really.August 1st-Okay so I was contacted by Apollo Home after they read my review here, and I have to give them credit because they went above and beyond to fix the issues that were caused by their plumber. I have to say their manager was professional, polite, and empathetic to what happened with this situation. After them fixing the situation, I am on the fence about using them again, but I do feel better about the company as a whole.

They charge $84.00 to come to your house to give an estimate that is extremely high. They quoted a 40 gallon gas hot water heater for $1,800.00. That did not include installation. Total quote was over $2,300.00! I bought the same hot water heater for $519.00 at Home Depot. I had it installed by a local company for $600.00. Apollo will rip you off. I will never do business with them again.

Cody and Jacob came out to install a whole new hvac and furnace system with upgrades on our home. They were very professional, thorough and clean as they worked the whole day in an upgrade overhaul on our heating and cooling system. We are very pleased with their work done. After completion they have us a thorough walk through of everything they did and showed us a whole new run down on the systems and hardware. Sometimes you get sub-contractors that come and do questionable work. We got the official Apollo vans and service technicians.

Apollo Home was amazing. Our AC went out on Monday. We called at 10:30pm and they scheduled a tech to come first thing Tuesday morning. Ryan was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. An advisor, DJ, came later that day. He was all of those things on top of being very passionate about AC systems as a technology and he used to be an AC tech before going into the sales side of the house. Luckily, Apollo was able to get a team out next day (Wednesday). Bryce and Ron, the install team, was everything I had experienced with the other two Apollo personnel. I can't recommend Apollo Home enough. From their people, to their product, to their services...Apollo has been great so far and my wife and I feel like we are in good hands going forward.

Great service. I had an issue late at night and they were out the next day to fully replace my electric panel. Josh was very knowledgeable and polite and I couldn’t be more happy with the work he did for me.

Scott was AMAZING. He was not the first electrician we had in our house on Monday, but he was the first to actually FIND the problem. The company prior had quoted us a similar service after about 5 minutes of telling us there was no clear issue except our panel was old, for almost twice the cost and hadn't mentioned any of the things Scott explained were included in that price. Apollo was quick to get our service booked and Scott was back today to meet his parts man and get the job done. He was completely professional and happy to explain and share what he was doing, and totally fine with my two dogs and two young children being nosey and loud. I appreciated his honesty in telling us what we actually needed asap and what we could make last a little longer. Overall we are extremely pleased with Apollo and the promptness with which they got someone in here to help us, and even more so with Scott himself. Two thumbs way up here!

Plumbing Repair
The tech showed up on time. He was able to quickly determine the issue. Although I have an older shower, he had the parts on the truck. He fixed it without making additional issues. He cleaned up any rubbish and left. We were pleased with the result.

Our breaker for our kitchen wasn’t working correctly. It took Phil about five minutes to find the problem. It wasn’t installed correctly. He asked if we would be interested in the home care plan. He explained it to us and we bought the plan .My husband has Alzheimer’s and can’t do the things he used to do. The Handyman service will be a big help not to mention theEvaluation Services. Phil was extremely professional and also extremely friendly. In other words he was great and I can’t say enough good things about him.

It was the day before Christmas Eve and our heat went off - it was 59 degrees in our house. They were so nice and said they would send someone out between 2:00 & 5:00 and the technician arrived at 3:00. He found our problem (ice in our pipe) and was able to get the system running. He was very nice, took pictures and explained our problem. We were so thankful for his expertise.

Hot water heater failed on New Years Eve. After calling multiple companies, who understandably could not come for two days, Apollo Home was at my house in 30 minutes. The problem with my AC unit could not be fixed the same day but Colby was quick to recognize the problem and took the necessary steps to set up the next appointment so that the issue could be fixed. After Colby made his recommendations for solving the problem he requested to come back, and he did, too get all the remaining information for the parts needed to present to the office to have them ordered to get the job completed. We have had excellent experiences with Apollo for fixing up some things in our new home, especially when our home warranty company failed us. They installed a new HVAC system for us and installed a water line. We love the handyman service and have used that to fix loose railing. All of the techs have been friendly and professional so far. Kurtis replaced an exterior door. He was very professional and personable. Took the time to listen and was able to get the replacement done the same day as the quote. The install was not easy since he was dealing with a 150 year old home where nothing is quite square. But he has the knowledge, skills and patience to work at the job until the door was able to be secured properly and operate flawlessly.

Corey was great and fixed a small issue quickly the same day. He was here for the original install of my HVAC system and does a great job.

CJ was my technician and he is awesome! He was very thorough and made sure I understood what was going on with my air conditioner. He helped me get set up on the maintenance plan so that I am all set for future visits. CJ is very professional I and enjoyed talking to him about his family and his soccer playing days. Installers were professional got the job done. I installed new furnace and AC in one day on very short notice. Leon and Max were the technicians. They were very professional and did a very good job.

We had Apollo out to fix a plumbing issue. They were able to schedule a technician to be at my house within 24 hours of the call. The tech, Thomas, diagnosed the problem immediately, offered multiple solutions, and also checked the general health of the plumbing in the house. He then fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Thomas was training another plumber at the time, and I was impressed with the level of detail with which he taught.This isn’t the first time we’ve used Apollo, as we our care plan members, and we’ve been so impressed with having them out every time. They’re on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. Since we became care plane members a few years ago, we’ve never had to use anyone for plumbing, electric and HVAC needs.

Needed to get home air conditioning working. Tried 3 outfits and Apollo was the only one that could provide same day ( Saturday ) service. Michael arrived on time, was personable, quickly identified the problem and went the extra mile to get a part so AC was repaired today. .

On 6/14 had my semi-annual HVAC tune-up - went well, but needed to order new filters. Tech (William?) showed me how to change - but new ones took weeks to come. I went to install - really only 1 place it could go. But I could not figure out how to get door/slot open. Locked tighter than a drum. Looked manual. Nada. Had friend look. She couldn’t figure it out either. Really did not want to pay service call $$, but 😜😜 Apollo was great! Sent Colby out - no charge since w/in 1 mo of previous visit (I was SO relieved!) Colby was SO nice. Did not make me feel stupid at all. Turns out I had the right idea all along. Just needed WAY more muscle to yank on the door. I’m 5’ Nothing and 115 lbs and a Granny . . . Need to keep lifting those little weights. LOL Colby showed me how to remove door, insert, reattach door etc. So grateful to Apollo for the help! Then, as Colby was leaving, the handle to my storm door came off in his hand! I know how to reattach it - but he was so sweet - he insisted on doing it for me. God bless him for his kindness.

Jon was able to come out for us on an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon when we smelled a gas leak in our HVAC system. He quickly identified the issue (faulty gas valve) and shut off the source to the heater. He set our mind at ease with answering our 1,000 questions we had an assured us we would be ok until a senior tech can come back on Monday to replace the part. My only complaint is that the part wasn’t readily available for such a concerning issue. I wish that the parts were available on a Saturday for techs to grab and fix same day. Overall though, Jon is fantastic and super friendly. We will definitely have him back out whenever we need service.

Appointment was scheduled less than 24 hours after online request. I was accurately informed of techs arrival time. Johnny was great! He took the time to understand the needs of my electrical job. While I was only expecting an estimate, he was able to complete the work efficiently the same day! The price was a fourth of the estimate I received from another company. Very impressed!

To my surprise, I called Apollo Home in need of a plumber and within 1 hour, they had Elliott at my door. Elliott Hanes was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing my leaking kitchen strainer which had to be cut out. He patiently listened and then answered my novice questions about what was needed and why. Elliott wore booties to protect my flooring from the snowy slush outside and left his workplace pristine after ensuring there were no leaks after installation of the new strainer. I will definitely keep Apollo Home in my Contacts for future home repair issues.

Leon and Phil were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, showed up on time, very thorough in their diagnosis and review of the issue with my HVAC system. They literally spent all day at my home fully dismantling and repairing malfunctioning system within my HAVC run. I can not praise Leon and Phil enough. In fact I called Thomas & Galbraith first and they were stomped on the issue. Only the team ( Leon & Phil ) were able to solve the problem. Cody Timming did a diagnosis of my AC system which has been giving me issues since the weather warmed. While he could not do a pressure check today due to time contraints, he put frion into my unit for free to keep my house cool until my next appointment could be scheduled. Glad I had someone come out before we get into the 90 degree weather this week.

My furnace went out during the cold snap at the end of 22 and I spent the holiday weekend in a 40 degree house. Not only was Apollo the only company that reached out to me about my inquiry before the long weekend was over, but the tech was at my house at 6am Monday. He showed me exactly what they were looking at and explained every step. Financing was easy and I felt no pressure to spend more than I was able. I had a new furnace by Tuesday and was finally warm again! So relieved someone treated my situation with urgency. Everyone from Apollo was kind, clean and smiling. Cole was great. Very professional. Service was top notch. We unfortunately with the weather had a vehicle that had died unbeknownst to us and we couldn't get it moved in the snow. It was blocking the entrance to the basement where the new furnace equipment needed to go. He got around it anyways. He was on time and it was the day after Christmas. Overall A+!!!

Ethan was very friendly and respectful. Not only did he explain everything to me he also re-explained everything to husband. We paid in cash and he was very respectful while having to count it out. He didn't leave a mess which lm very grateful for.

Matthew came to help with a clogged drain. While attempting to clear the pipe, he discovered it was rusted to the point of breakage and caused a small leak in the wall/ceiling. He quickly formed two game plans, and efficiently executed to completely replace the old pipe. He made minimal cuts in the drywall, kept me informed along the way, and did a great job cleaning once done. It was very unexpected and increased the cost, but was as pleasant of an experience as possible. Better to have caught it now than via a huge leak in the future with an emergency visit.

Emilio is amazing! He was knowledgeable and took such great care of us! Also made recommendations on how we can add a UV light to keep our air pure and clean! I def recommend working with Apollo, and if you are lucky enough to have Emilio as your tech then it’s your lucky day because he is fantastic!!

Apollo was able to get someone out to help with some leaking washing machine valves within 48 hours! Cole was very knowledgable and friendly, he provided me with quotes for multiple issues I was having in my home and even offered a discount if I got everything done in one trip. He was able to replace the valves and old pipes and the quality of his work was excellent.

The technicians that came today from Apollo were professional and knowledgeable. They were kind and respectful; taking the time to explain what is broken. We will definitely use Apollo again.

Water heater replacement, Liesl and Dan were great!Replaced less than 24 hours after original call for leaking heater. Cost about $2400 for the 50 gallon water heater and thermal expansion tank installation. Quick and professional.

I needed an outdoor outlet installed and Jeremy L was amazing! I think he took one look and it took him not even 30 minutes to install my outlet. I even locked myself out and he gave me a boost through my window. He originally quoted $375 but brought it down to $251. I hope I never need electrical repairs but if I do, I’m calling this company.

Kevyn showed up on time and was respectful of my house and time. He talked me through all potential solutions without trying to steer me to the most expensive one and, of course, fixed the issue.

Our service members were Dave and Jason . Both arrived fast and helped unclog our driveway drain . Seeing that it was a slopped driveway and would cause us more issues down the road they both talked with us to help us find the best solution to our problem. Truly appreciate them both !

We woke up and our hot water tank had gone out. I called and within hours a tech was here for a repair. He gave us the bad news that it needed to be replaced but was very professional in explaining our options. We got it replaced same day. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Apollo and Dylan. Apollo home came to the rescue. I had a clogged kitchen drain. Apollo was very professional and kept me up to date on the arrival on the day of the service. They were very proactive. UPDATE: If I could add more stars I would. I've had Apollo's Electrical Service and Handyman services over the last 2 months. They are an indespensible resourse for home maintenance. I don't know who is hiring these guys but Apollo has cornered the market on knowledge, integrity and service. Everyone that has come here from Apollo is super professional and takes the time to listen and respond! Communication keeps you informed every step of the way. So far, they've replaced outside connection to power, completely replaced circuit breaker box, and fixed the siding that was damaged on the front of the house and the wall damage that happened in the house. I now have them looking at whole house generator and more handyman work related to deck repair, siding repair. These guys do it all and they do it really well.

My experience with Apollo was due to an electrical outage. Apollo's representative, Jessie Haugan was courteous and respectful during the service. She answered my questions in a clear manner and communicated in a clear and peer-to-peer manner. She was informative and helpful during her visit.

We hired Apollo to fix our outdoor outlets, install a new outlet inside our house, and install two ceiling light fixtures. They have been quick to respond and get us in the schedule. The outdoor outlet was actually fixed the day the electrician came to do the estimate.We did have a miscommunication about the length of one of the ceiling lights. But they were really great about fixing it! To me that says quite a bit about the pride they take in their work.It's not a question who we'll call for any future electrical needs.

I was able to request an appointment online when I had an issue in the middle of the night, and someone called me in the morning. Service was very professional in all aspects.

I have a rental property that had a plumbing issue. Jordan was the person who came out and also had a camera inspection person look at the issue. They were able to restore a partial flow of the main stack but did locate an obstruction at the 90 under the basement slab. They were there for over a hour and a half and only charged the amount quoted for a drain snaking at their special pricing which was very reasonable. They then informed me of their findings and gave me a quote for the additional work which I agree will be necessary based on the video they sent me. I have not decided on any action yet but I certainly appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of the technicians they sent to my property.

I was expecting a finished product but the job that was done left work for us to sand and repaint where the fixture was removed. I understand if they only install but a heads up on additional work on our end needing to be done ahead of the work being done would’ve been appreciated. Or offering to subcontract out the remainder would’ve also been a good option.

In the day of “you’re lucky if a place even returns your call” Apollo really did its due diligence and was extremely professional yet very personable and nice. Recommend them for this service 100%

What a scam! From the beginning of the visit without checking the outdoor unit, the tech tried to convince us that we needed a brand new unit that would cost thousands of dollars. Got a second opinion from another company who knew instantly what the issue was when he approached the outdoor unit and it was a $200 fix. Do not use Apollo. They are scam artists!

My goodness. Eric and Nate were amazing. They were efficient they were knowledgeable they were kind they were communicative I’m trying to think of another adjective. I will use nobody but Apollo for my home needs. I also shout out to Johnny who put a light up in my dining room about two weeks ago. We have the monthly service, the techs have started to consistently show up at the end of the arrival window. They park up the road where they think we can’t see them, sit in the back of their van, and wait until the last minute to arrive. The final straw to cancel this service is when the tech did this on a Friday night and was clearly milking a job that usually takes 30 minutes for over an hour and a half. I am assuming being an evening appointment this is likely over time for him.Apollo used to be good but since they have tried to scale up their business they have soaked up the worst techs that are more concerned about their hourly paycheck than they are the customers time.

our installer Jacob P did a great job...im and his team performed the install in a timely manner ( under the timeframe estimate ).... they had a great attention to detail. everything was cleaned up at the end of the install...and he explain the steps thoroughly before they started. ( and gave us a walkthrough when completed ). All and all they did a amazing job.Our initial estimator /sales Person James Y also thoroughly explained what was recommended an made several suggestions based off our usage and other variables. He made the entire process very easy and helped schedule our install for the next day.

Our experience with Apollo replacing the indoor and outdoor units of the home's HVAC was great. The whole process was smooth from the initial inspection up to having a brand new system installed.The original service call was to inspect the system due to noises while in use. During the inspection, the Apollo technician Rickey walked me through what was found in terms that were easily understandable and what to expect if I chose repairs. Danny was great at presenting the different options of a new system; we went with replacing the HVAC units. Both Rick and Ron worked on ripping out the old units and replacing them. Rick and Ron were professional and took the time to inform me on the expectations of the new system units and best practices to take care of our system going forward. At the end, they ensured that if there were any questions to not hesitate in calling.Would recommend Apollo to others and I plan on using them again should any other needs arise.

I had basic furnace maintenance done, no issues there, my technician was excellent. However, he found that my humidifier had still delivering water, and quoted me $400 to replace a $22 part, and 10 minutes to replace, or $1000 to replace the entire humidifier, $200 retail.I understand there's overhead to running a business, but these prices are straight up predatory. People who don't know how to do a simple internet search are being taken advantage of. Just be honest, charge a service call fee, and double the price of the part, or even triple it, then it would be worth the convivence of not having to do it your self.

The technician Matt did a great job and fixed the air conditioning issue with our HVAC. I was totally satisfied with his work. Given the extreme heat it is nice to have the AC working.He also was patient in answering all my questions. And helped me evaluate the best way forward with an older piece of equipment that will eventually need replacement, sooner rather than later. As a result I feel more confident in the repair that was made and plans for a future replacement.He was at the residence within an hour of when I called Apollo to get help.

Excellent service provided by Robert Stamper. He was very professional and kind. He made sure to make time to answer any questions I had about the service or parts or even just curiosities. He was a great conversationalist and took an interest. He took pictures of things he was checking on to show me and explain any problems or good things he was seeing. He even went above and beyond and took care of the blower speed on my interior unit to make it more effective. 5 star service all the way!!

We called Apollo based on response time. We elected to replace the AC and furnace per your recommendation. We knew we were paying premium rates, well above the market average. After installation, the crew left my condo with the AC not functioning correctly. Apollo wouldn't promptly dispatch a technician to finish the work. Therefore another night was spent in miserable heat. Also, this morning your plumber gave an estimate of initially over $7k, then reduced to $6k, for a water heater replacement. A project that should be between $2-3k, tops. I guess this won't go on your Yelp page.

It was for the opposite end of the house from where the electric panel was and in a tough spot in the garage.He immediately recognized an issue the prior owners of our home had made or the main electric panel installer of theirs made having chosen the wrong fuse variety. His knowledge of specific issues with this very old equipment was impressive and much appreciated. He helped save us from a potential serious issue.The install went very smoothly. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it, my pipes had filled with roots and we couldn't use running water for days. I reached out to Apollo and they came the next day. It was a mess and it wasn't a normal job. They took the time and moved things around to get back out to us to fix the issue. Shelby is the best plumber we have ever had. She diagnosed the problem with our outdoor faucet and gave us options to resolve it, then worked hard to do it using the most economical option possible. She arrived early with all the tools she needed on the truck and was extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing as a whole for our home. I urgently needed a new AC system last summer. It was my first experience with Apollo; I will use no one else from here on out. I have had NO bad experience with any of their employees. Everyone has been wonderful, even a year out with check ups.

Tyler and his assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They looked at all the sinks inside my 2 family house. They unclogged both drains on the first floor. Tyler provided a helpful suggestion regarding the bathroom tub which had a lot of hair clogged in the drain. He suggested to use a shroom in the bathtub drain to catch the loose hair. I order one right after my service. Overall I was very pleased with both technicians service.

Scott is one of the best electricians, he did a superb job explaining and installing the new panel to support my hard wired Tesla charger unit. The new electrical panel will provide the voltage and charging for my new Tesla Y SUV.

Jason let us know when he was on the way. He arrived at the time specified. Jason looked at what we needed to be repaired. We were given the estimate on the fix or replacement, with no pressure in what choice we'd make. Are choice was a fix. Jason made a quick call to the office to schedule the job, and to our luck he was able to get right to work. A few short hours the job was finished and everything was as good as new. This isn't the first time that Jason has done a project for us. I'd highly recommend Jason if you have a job requiring handyman service and also Apollo home.

Conner did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done with our hot water heater. He was very personable and cleaned up the mess caused by our damaged hot water heater. The tank he installed seems to be better suited for our family needs and is in a better position.

This business needlessly upsold me by 100x the price at which I could've resolved my issue because I was in a time of need. Rather than replace a fried breaker they told me I needed to replace my entire electrical box.

I had an emergency value leak on Sunday night that required shutting off the water to the house. By 6:30 on Monday morning Apollo was already in motion to fix the problem. James Reed was the technician who arrived at 8:30 and promptly diagnosed the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and overall just very nice. By 10:30 the problem was fixed and we had running water again. Thank you James and thank you Apollo.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your technician. We had scheduled a check-up appointment and he came out to inspect our air-conditioning unit. However, after he left, we discovered that he had failed to double-check his work and had not properly reconnected the system. As a result, our unit was not working and we were forced to go without air-conditioning for almost 24 hours. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the high price that Apolo charges for their services. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your technicians are properly trained and equipped to provide reliable and competent service to your customers in the future.

I hired Apollo to install a new furnace to replace our failing 25 year old unit. When Mark and Shawn arrived (exactly at 7am as they promised) they noticed that the fresh air in-take and exhaust pipes were only 2.5 and the new system required 3 pipes. All of this piping was concealed within a drywall soffit. Mark and Shawn took the time to professionally install the new piping in the soffit by only cutting a few openings and then covering them with vent covers for future access. An outstanding and time consuming part of the installation. You would never know it wasn't done that way from the start. The furnace was installed professionally and they fixed other issues, such as leaking drain pipes, as part of the installation. When the installation was finished they took the time to thoroughly clean-up and explain in detail how the new furnace system and Nest thermostat worked. This is the most professional HVAC installation I have ever seen. I will be using Apollo for future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Very satisfied customer!

Isiah responded this morning for a clogged drain at my house. He was on time and very polite and professional. We had our furnace replaced 3 weeks ago and they damaged the wall in the stairwell trying to get the old furnace out. So Apollo said that they would fix it for free cuz they have a handyman service. I was happy with that even though the damage shouldn't have happened in the first place. So we had this handyman service from Apollo come out and fix the damage in the stairwell. It was a horrible experience! They came as I was dropping my kid off at school. My husband said they needed to move one of their trucks so I could park in the driveway, that I was coming back now. They said okay no problem but then I had to sit and wait as they took their time to move.I found one of the guys using my kitchen sink. Ok, just know that you can't have it on high, it'll leak. Later, I heard the water running for 5 minutes and I walked in to see what was going on. Not only was the water on high, it was so high that it was clogging up the drain and it was leaking! All the guy could say was 'he said I could use it' as he was flicking his dirty paint brush in my sink. My husband was told 'I need a water source' not, I'll be using your kitchen sink to rinse and clean my dirty tools in. I also had a dirty container that was in the sink that was removed and put on my clean kitchen counter. They also needed to plug in this fan they use to speed dry the spackling job they did. Ok, no problem, but decided to plug this dirty fan cord in on the back wall of my clean counter, I had to again say something and found him a different outlet to use. This guy never asked if it was ok to do things and was never apologetic for anything. When they finally left I spent about 30 minutes mopping and cleaning up their mess. I found paint (or whatever was on the paint brush he was washing in the sink) little splatters on my son's mat that he uses to eat off of and on the bottom of his drying rack. There were spackling dust on the kitchen floor and all over some stuff I had on the floor. They used our recycling bin as a trash can. I guess this is the service I get for free. The actual work they did was ok. They could of done a better paint job as one area I can still see a little of the spackling. I would never again use the handyman service at Apollo!

I would give them zero stars but had to put at least one star! Apollo screwed us on the heat pump. Since week one we've had nothing but problems with this unit. Then they cashed out or labor warranty and now won't do anything for us. They even blocked my husband and my cell numbers, so it goes to busy signal everytime we call. I had to call them through a Google Voice number to figure out our warranty information. DO NOT GO WITH APOLLO HOMES! They don't know what they're doing and they don't stand behind their work!

Matt deserves 10 stars! I had a total blockage in my upstairs bathroom sink. Not only did he clear the clog he took the time to measure and look at previous repairs. Come to find out I have a drywall screw in the pipe as a secondary issue causing the slow drain we had for years. He offered an estimate to repair that issue as well. Matthew took the time that previous companies did not to explain the problem. End of story the sink drains great again and I have a new project I could have done without. I got the quoted work done for halfof what Apollo asked for with another plumber. I requested a refund for the service fee due to their exuberant price and was told I would get one. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't received my refund. And now when I call back to ask about it, no one will talk to me. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Apollo was fantastic! The Apollo team was responsive and set me up with an appointment within 72 hours of calling. My electrician (Nate Pugh) was amazing. He was professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Nate was able to install half a dozen new light fixtures (interior and exterior) in a timely fashion at almost half the price of local competitors. I would highly recommend Nate and the Apollo team to anyone with electrical needs!

Same professionalism from this technician as the last. In addition, also had Apollo Home plumber come to install my new faucet as well as a unit to prevent calcium buildup in my tankless hot water system. Upon arrival he noticed I had a water softener. He tested the water and the results indicated the water softener was doing its job and told me I didn’t need the expensive unit he came to install. He installed my faucet and flushed my hot water heater at no cost to see the condition to be sure I didn’t need the unit. I really appreciate a company whose policy is honesty and practiced by their staff. Next week I will have Apollo Home electrician install electrical box and ceiling fan on my deck. I expect I will see the same professionalism from Apollo Home electrician as I have seen so far. Very impressed with Apollo.

After the recent heavy rains, we noticed the sump pump intake system on the outside of the home appeared to be back-flushing into our yard. We reached out to Apollo right away. Isaiah Andrews inspected our pump, reviewed options, detailed the work performed that day and additional actions to follow at my later appointment, cost for all services, and immediately set to work. Before leaving, I appreciated him asking if there was anything else to review or inspect and he took additional time to resolve a clogged drain and re-balanced a toilet setting. Had a guy snake my shower drain who was extremely nice. He couldn't get the clog so they sent a guy with a camera. He came and told me it was pointless to put a camera in even if we removed the toilet. He said I will be recieveing a call from another tech to come out. Never happened. Called the office and they said someone would get ahold of me, once again never happened. Now I'm down around 100 dollars with nothing to show for it.

I called Apollo after the electrician listed by my builder (Quinn) was unresponsive. I had been having ongoing problems with a wired smoke alarm system, including one alarm that chirped intermittently even when a fresh battery was installed and electric rebooted. They got me onto their schedule in just two days. Jessie was knowledgeable and professional and spent time listening (including to my frustrations haha) and understanding the problem. Her diagnoses and options made sense. In the end she charged only for a consultation of $84, and seems to have fixed the problem, in contrast to my recent experiences with a plumber and a locksmith who both wanted $250 for much less time and work. I will definitely return to Apollo for any home repair needs.

I had the Apollo Home Care Plan and when my outside hose bib broke, I called Apollo to fix it. The first technician came in said he doesn't have the tools to fix the PEX pipes so he needs to call in someone else (I don't know why Apollo send technicians without the proper tools - PEX is not something new just came out this year). He gave me a quote for $500 to replace the hose bib from an unfinished basement area. This is after the coupon discount and manager discount. His original price was $741. This is for parts that costs around $50 and less than 1 hour of labor. He didn't give me the opportunity to shop around. If i don't accept the charge now, I will have to pay the trip charge. So I accept the charge and he called a second technician to fix the problem. After they fixed it, I called couple of other companies to get a quote for this kind of job. One company quote me $300 and another company quote me $225. I felt ripped off. The only reason I called Apollo was the care plan that I've been paying for and I thought I will get a reasonable price from them. After this terrible experience, I've just cancelled my care plan today.

Blake Shiels from Apollo dismantled and and installed the complete A/C and gas heating system. He informed me when he was on his way and arrived on time early in the morning. He introduced himself and was very friendly and welcoming. This was a long job and he stayed at it at a good steady pace. The installation was scheduled on the day. We had a community wide yard sale. And we had a sale on that day also. He was not upset at all having to work around all the mess and people. Also it was very hot this day. After he finished the installation he wen I’ve every aspect of the new system.This review is on the is for the installation only. I would recommend Blake to do the installation on anyone’s system. 👍👍
