Casey provided us quick service, next day morning, on a grinder outage and overflow in the basement. Pump was dead, came with the new pump in hand, replaced and out in a couple hours. We've had a few other calls in to blue chip as well and they have always done a complete job. Hope I don't have to call them again soon, but I don't hesitate to do so when we need a difficult plumbing job! Thanks!

I called Blue Chip Plumbing to help check our two sump pumps, they did an awesome job! They had excellent customer service both Cathy in the office and Tim who came out to replace our sump pumps. He took time to explain the issues we had and what the best course of action was to fix our issues moving forward, to ensure we didn’t have potential water issues in our basement. I had Mike Herring come out and inspected my issue. I had a plumbing issues that he refused to give up on. He fixed my problem. Gave me a very fair price. I was 100% pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge. Five stars to this company! So far, I've had excellent experience after two different jobs done (one - testing a backflow device and the other- running a toilet snake to clear sewer line of blockages. Bobby was the serviceman for my indoor job, and he was great. He communicated really well, explaining things and answering my questions. He clearly was very knowledgeable, and showed me at the end of the job the clump of roots he'd pulled out of the line. He gave advice on my following up with RootX. Overall, this company is great at scheduling, communicating, and doing the work, and their prices are very reasonable on today's spectrum of plumbing service charges. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Chip Plumbing. I have worked with them two times. The first time was to install a water softener system and replace some of our old, corroded galvanized piping with copper. The second time was to replace a kitchen faucet and replace the cartridge on our shower. In both cases, they did a great job with the work. I have interacted with Kathy, Kelly, Anthony, Jon, Tim, and Tyler. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful, you can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. The technician was at my door right on time, and checked everything to make sure that the water pipes were all working and that they hadn’t been damaged by the weather during the wintertime. He was very thorough, but he did the job within an hour. I feel grateful to have someone that skilled and thoughtful helping me out. Timmy is a great person to help me winterize the outside spigots.

I found Blue Chip via the BBB website and chose them for their great rating and reviews. They were very responsive and quickly met with me to review my plumbing needs. Jon arrived promptly and did excellent work. I love that they send a text with the technician’s name and bio so you know who to anticipate arriving at your house. Both Anthony and Jon were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. I will call them for all my future needs!

I had a sump pump fail at 1am and Blue Chip responded quickly. The water that was shooting 6 ft up my basement wall was stopped and my sump pump repaired in 30 minutes. Everyone was helpful from the lady who answered the phone, the plumber and the person I spoke with from billing.
A month later a had a pipe on the exterior wall of my house that froze and burst. Again, amazing service and friendly trustworthy person came to the rescue. Blue chip is who we recommend to friends and family!!!!!

I found Blue Chip Plumbing on an app called Thumbtack and I am so glad that I did! They responded almost immediately to our inquiry and came out promptly and fixed an issue with our toilet that we just couldn't seem to repair.

Initially used as contracted service through Home Depot for toilet installation in our first floor bathroom. Excellent service! Clean, efficient installation! A week later we experienced an unrelated drain clog (that occurred over the years from time to time) in our upstairs bathroom. After the great experience with the toilet install, I called Blue Chip- again, timely service, efficient, and took care of the clog! As a note, our existing home was built in the 1860’s and half is a log home. With that being said, over the years, we can only imagine how things were added on and connected. Todd was extremely considerate and respectful of us and our home. I would highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing!

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. They billed me twice for the same service. Once at the time of service and then used my card they had taken a picture of again more than a month later and charged it again for the exact same amount. No call. No explanation. Very poor business practices!

I can not believe how difficult it was to find a good quality, honest plumbing company! I am a designer in Columbus with a design/build firm and I was looking for a company in Cincinnati to do some work for a family member. Kathy was delightful to speak with, and openly informative over the phone. Being in the industry myself, I am well aware of how a company should operate and the warning signs to stay away from. I called 7 companies looking for honesty, respect and fair prices. Blue Chip Plumbing provided all of them. They were on time, clear with what the scope of work entailed and the costs associated with that work. He did just what he was asked to do and did not pressure us to add any extra services like we have experienced with some companies in the past. Our experience with Blue Chip Plumbing was completely positive. This company would be the first I would call if I have any more plumbing problems.

Recommended by our neighbor on social media. I contacted them via email, and they RESPONDED via email, which I liked. They sent a guy the next day, sending me a text and PHOTO of the dude a few minutes before he got there. The technician actually said our main problem probably wasn't plumbing-related (though there were some other minor fixes) so it was clear he wasn't just trying to sell us on a service we didn't need. Overall excellent! Visit was $50.

Solid company, great notification systems and communication with clients - breath of fresh air. Have recommended to my other clients in real estate, use them, you won’t be disappointed.
The pilot light wouldn't light although there was spark and the gas control valve was working correctly. The technician from Blue Chip Plumbing cleared the igniter gas line in just a few minutes. What a load off my mind to find out it was just a clogged gas line. They were very fair with their labor charge. I will use them moving forward.
Bobby was fantastic! We had a VERY old shower fixture that was leaking. He was able to come up with a plan to replace the fixtured with a new setup at a very affordable price, and the work was done sooner than I was anticipating. So glad to have found Blue Chip!

Have used Blue Chip for remodeling our home and for routine maintenance/repairs. All their work has been excellent including installing fixtures and appliances for a new bath and kitchen. Most recently they installed a new faucet. Again the work was excellent. They arrived on time, quickly did the work and cleaned up after the installation.

So happy I went with Blue Chip. Another company quoted me 8k and told me my water heater was a huge issue. It wasn't. Blue chip came in, gave me a reasonable quote and Tyler fixed it in 3 hours!!!
Blue chip plumbing responded the same day of my call to them. I was sent a photo and name of plumber (Tim Morris) who was arriving. Tim was able to detect a persistent problem we have had in our old home and fixed it! I definitely recommend them

I called at 7:00 a.m. and they were there in less than an hour. Got our lift station operational. We will need to have additional work to find where water is leaking into electrical conduit at a later date. I highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing.
I opened my in ground pool for Memorial Day but the heater did not work. I called Blue Chip and they were at the house within 1-2 hours. Fixed the problem. The grandkids were so excited. They waited all winter to jump in. Now I can't get them out. Thank you Blue Chip.

My sump pump when out during the night. I called Blue Chip Plumbing in the morning. They were able to be there by noon. The gave me a quote before they started the job. It was very competitive. They were very informative and offered tips to keep it running well.
This was the third time that I hired Blue Chip Plumbing. They were able to locate and fix a leak in my outside drainage system. It wasn’t obvious where it was but they had high tech equipment to make the job easier and more effective.

Requested additional service also requested a particular technician named Josh we found extremely experienced knowledgeable and friendly we were told that this technician was scheduled to our home today and unfortunately found out that was not true we got a totally different technician was in shock went to the inconvenience of taking off of work and was told that there was an error in the scheduling and Josh would not be available that was disappointment number one.
It’s now a new day and time there are other companies numerous companies that offer free estimates Blue-chip still charges just to give you an estimate which makes you think that if you decide not to do the work with Blue-chip their estimates you have to pay a fee this case $50 by the way our home a few streets away from our home for them to come out and we’re local we are within the same neighborhood not across town from Blue-chip but we still needed to pay a fee I think because we were misled us about the appointment with a particular technician we almost canceled that we shouldn’t have been charged a fee just for the error in communication with the Blue-chip company. The other technician was nice however we were not told the truth.
Blue Chip helped us quickly find and repair a cracked pipe that a previous company could not find when we were in a panic with no water. Josh was professional, efficient, and skilled in his investigation and repair of the problem. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the demo work he had to perform. I would gladly recommend Blue Chip to anyone who has plumbing repair needs.
Blue Chip installed a gas line for a gas stove in our home- very reliable, professional, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Blue Chip! Thank you!

The whole experience was great. I had struggled with 2 other companies for over 2 weeks and that was a miserable place to be. Once I explain to them my issue they jumped in head first to solve my problems. I was told it would be tomorrow before they could come but they moved their schedule around and made it same day for me. Bobby and his teammate were so nice and professional. Within about a hour they had the problem solved and explained. They left my bathroom in better condition than it was when they got here. Thanks for being great

What a wonderful and professional company.
I called Monday morning at 7:30 when they open to put schedule an appointment, they were completely booked so I scheduled for Tuesday the next day. The young lady in the office told me she would wait list me and if one of the guys got finished early she would give me a call. They kept that promise, I got scheduled the same day, I was just so happy. Blue Chip's Plumber Jay this very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank You Blue Chip I really appreciate you. If I can give you 10 Stars I would but the maximum is only 5 stars.

My basement drains were backed wit water. Rotorooter came out in the morning and could not get the drain cleared. Blue Chip rearranged some things and was able to get someone out right away. Casey cleaned my drain and was extremely knowledgeable about how to do it. I'm not sure what Casey makes but he deserves a raise. Blue Chip will be my plumber of choice from now on and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Blue Chip Plumbing recently installed a new water heater in our home in West Chester, OH, and they did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. The gentlemen who handled our project, Anthony and Jay, have a combined total of something like 60 years of experience in plumbing, and both were great guys. The office folks were friendly, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. We highly recommend Blue Chip, and they’ll be our first call if we need plumbing help in the future.
Our sewer trunk line was clogged and backing up into our finished basement. They showed up within an hour, identified the problem and solution, and resolved quickly. (I haven’t been billed yet, so I can’t click good value yet.)

I was put into a really tough spot and needed service right away. I called Blue Chip and they had someone out within 30 minutes. The Technician was friendly, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable taking care of our much needed issue. We had never used Blue Chip but they came highly recommended and now I know why. They have earned my trust and business. I highly recommend them as well. Really good work Team Blue Chip!
Blue Chip was able to see me promptly. They gave me a window in which to arrive “or earlier.” They arrived early after texting me, with a picture of the technician, that he was on the way. He was done in less than half an hour and said that they would send a bill. Incredible response from them!
Casey & Nelson did a fantastic job. Casey explained all my options and made it easy to decide what was best for my home. I will not hesitate to contact Blue Chip for further service.

The guy didn't show up and lied and said he did. When I suggested they may have had the wrong house the guy on the phone acted as if I was lying. Lol! If you're looking for a reliable plumber go elsewhere...they're rude and unreliable.
Josh was very prompt to take care of our situation, he was here within three hours of our call. He was very courteous and very efficient in his work. He got right to the problem and had it corrected in a very short time.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Tim was the consummate professional with his meticulous attention to installing our swimming pool heater. He offered several constructive ideas to maximize the efficiency of the new system including cannibalizing the old heater for spare parts. This is the third time we have used Blue Chip and recommend them to our friends.

I had a flooding situation thanks to a corroded toilet water valve. Called Blue Chip first thing in the morning and they had someone at my house in an hour. Completely professional and kind and solved all of our problems. Very happy.
I had a major issue with an in home sewage ejection pit that another plumbing company was unable to handle. BlueChip followed up and got my system back to new. As a home owner, I can say that unfortunately I have had too many instances where a technician for various services take advantage of your lack of knowledge pertaining to a particular repair and as a result, they inflate or over charge for what is actually needed. When I called Blue Chip, I had done prior research on the issue I was having (Upstairs shower leaking through the ceiling). The price range for such a repair could have been in the thousands. Sam from Blue Chip arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the issue and quickly came up with a solution and made the needed repairs. When he told me the cost of the repair, it was way less expensive than I thought. I was truly impressed to find a company that didn't try to scam for a little extra profit. The whole process from setting the appointment to the actual service was extremely professional. Thank you Blue Chip!

I was texted plummer on the way with a picture of the plummer I was to expect which was great. Mike showed up shortly after that and was polite and answered all my questions! He did an excellent job and I recommend Blue Chip Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

Blue Chip came out quickly to clear tree roots from my sewer line. The cost was very reasonable compared to the first quote I received. They cleaned up after the service and I honestly wouldn't have even known they were there. The technician also provided some recommendations for future maintenance. Would definitely recommend to others!
The service was excellent with a thorough inspection of the existing water line. The pressure reducing valve was found to be bad and was replaced. After completing this work all of the faucets were checked and all inspected for proper flow. Work was done very neat and all was cleaned up when finished

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had had a problem with my faucet in the past. I had another plumbing company come in and Fix it only to have it break exactly the same way 2 months later. I then called 2 other plumbing companies in and they refused to even take apart the faucet to see how to fix it. They called it a special kind of faucet and would need a specialist to fix it. (The faucet is a typical 2 handle hot and and cold bathtub faucet). When blue chip's plumber came in he knew immediately the type of faucet I had, the problem and how to fix it. He took it apart, brought me the defective part, showed me the problem, showed me how other plumbers put a band-aid on the problem rather than fixing it, and discussed with me how he was going to replace it to make sure it doesn't happen again. He was in and out quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will always use Blue Chip moving forward.
