Awesome experience. Blake was THE BEST. So professional, kind, patient, helpful. He answered my questions 100 times and was such a pleasure to work with. It's ever a problem again… They will be the first and only only we call. Well happily recommend to friends and family.

Came home on a Sunday afternoon to find a leak/water running through a light fixture in the kitchen - coming from one of the bathrooms upstairs. After some minor troubleshooting, we were unable to locate the leak and called 1-Tom-Plumbing. They had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Ben was incredibly kind and professional, located the leak quickly, offered a couple of solutions and always made sure I was aware of the potential costs for the work he was or would be doing. He was able to sautér a new piece of copper pipe to replace the leaky pipe so we didn’t have to replace the entire shower valve. He was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend this Company, especially Ben!

Arrived for a late evening emergency after I attempted to replace an old toilet but encountered problems trying to get the new one installed. He was able to fix the issue so I could complete the installation!!!

Woke up to a water leak early in the morning. This is the second time we’ve called 1-Tom-plumber to do work for us. Was given a time between 10 and 12 . Adam was here by 10 and done by 1030. Quick and professional and no mess left behind. Explained the issue and showed pictures both before and after because of it being in a tight location. Won’t hesitate to call them again for any needs.

Professional, efficient, friendly, honest and informative, from the office staff to the technicians---I could go on and on. A friend recommended your company to us because we had a sewer leek/backup. Joe came out and got to work immediately diagnosing problem, keeping us informed and showing us the trouble spot. Later Blake and Cody came to replace broken pipe. They worked efficiently and timely, being careful not to tear up the yard. Joe came back out to scope and jet the line, even giving us pictures of the line at different intervals so we could see if was all clear. Don't let Joe's youth fool you! He is extremely knowledgeable, very hard working and his passion for his job shines through when you talk to him! Excellent plumber came to our rescue!From a previous job, we had been left with leaking pipes by the remodeler who damaged our bath vanity, sink and blamed the Moen faucets for the leakage below the cabinets .Jared with 1-Tom Plumbers came to the rescue and expertly repaired everything! Five stars for Ryan!!We came home from vacation on Christmas Eve and found our sewage had backed up. It was a mess but we called 1-Tom Plumber and got connected with Ryan. He was able to get us a same day service appointment and in fact arrived even hours before expected! He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our clog immediately. I cannot express what a lifesaver he was for us — especially on a holiday! He even contacted a water restoration company and got us connected with them for same day service. He went above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely call him again for any future issues.

Found where water came from and chased it out. Cody said it was sound when done. He kept at it until no leaks, good job.

We had a sewer back up in our basement late November on a Saturday night and 1 Tom was the only company to answer their phone. The polite young man they sent out cleared what he thought was the block but water was still draining slow so he cleared another location hoping to get the clog. He did not! Two weeks later we had a second back up. He came out again and cleared from a third location, finally getting the clog. While this plumber is a nice young man, he had of off night doing his job during the first service. 1 Tom does not stand behind their employees’ work and does not guarantee their labor. So we paid them twice and had to meet TWO insurance deductibles of $2500 each. Twice as much money and twice as much headache. I highly recommend NOT using this company. I believe this is the first bad review I have ever written, but I think other customers should know of my experience.

We had an excellent experience and the specialist they sent out, Cullen Griggs, was professional and quickly solved our plumbing problem. Pricing was fair. We were very pleased with our outcome. Highly recommended!!

I have used 1 Tom Plumber twice and both experiences have been excellent, had them out to install a shut off valve for a leaking hose bib and most recently to check for a sewer pipe leak. Both times the gentlemen that arrived were professional, courteous, on time, and provided me with several options for the services I needed. I will be happy to continue to use them in the future.Edit: I had to call 1 Tom Plumber again for a leak under my sink and Adam was a joy to work with, he replaced multiple valves that were leaking and made suggestions on supply line replacements as well in the future. He was very helpful and even though he had to come back same day (no fault of his), he was just as courteous the second time and made sure everything was taken care of.

Jared and Austin were so professional and went above and beyond for the services I needed. Jared was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and was not trying to push new services on me; he was honest and made me feel comfortable in my decision I needed to make to get my home back where it needed to be and I am very appreciative of that. Austin showed up to help and was just as kind and determined as Jared was to get my problem fixed. Any questions I had he was able to answer them; he was very knowledgeable. I can honestly say I will be using them in the future for my home and our business. It’s good to know there are still good people out there doing honest work. Liza who answered the phones was also very calming and nice in the state of panic I was in and I’m so grateful for her too! The owner must be very proud to have such a good team! It's 10:30PM and Austin and Jerren just left after fixing my very clogged drain. The clog was very deep and they had to snake it long way. They were very professional and very nice. It's nice to know I have found my plumbers that I can depend on any time! Many thanks for a great job!!!!!!

We ran into a clogged basement drain and they were able to come out at 11:30pm and knockout the job within an hour! Austin answered all of my questions and I learned a lot as well. Outstanding job! They jetted a main sewer line at my house that was obstructed. The young lady who took my call was pleasant and told me the cost up front. She gave me a 2 hour window for when to expect service. The tech called me and told me when he was on the way and how long he would be. Yes, he was in the window. The technician showed up dressed in a company uniform. He was clean cut, professional, pleasant, and well spoken. He drove a modern truck with a modern equipment trailer. If you own a business this is the image that you want to present! Sadly, I forgot his name but if he reads this he'll know who I'm talking about. He said he was one of the owners. Not only did he clear the obstruction, but he flushed the line multiple times to make sure it was clean and then ran a camera through the pipe to see what the issue was and gave me a couple pointers on how to deal with it. It was worth every penny to have them come out! Thank you!

I rarely take the time to leave reviews. But I ran across 1-Tom-Plumber while looking for a good company to replace my my old stationery tub. It had been leaking water and getting worse. So I called them. Within about 45 minute's they were at my house. Problems were assessed, a quote was given, and I said sounds good. Brian and Cory went to work immediately. I can not recommend 1tom plumber enough!! To make a long story short I have been without my kitchen sink since the day before Christmas 2021. I was told by different company I had a broken pipe in the ground. It would be at least $3000 to dig up and fix. I don’t have that laying around so I had to save for the repair. On 4/19 I decided to call 1tom plumber to have it looked at and start the repairs. Collin ( my angel) come to my home and found that is was not a broken pipe after all but a very nasty clog!! He had my sink up and running in no time at all!! I am so incredibly Thankful for his hard work! I could never say Thank you enough! His honesty truly touched my heart more than I can say also. He came into my home knowing I “thought” my pipe was broken and I was Looking at a large cost for repairs and he didn’t take advantage of the situation.In this world we live in today it is so wonderful when you get the chance to see goodness! This is such a great company. We called in the morning and they were able to get Joe out to us around lunch time that same day. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable. I just moved into a new building, and we were having some problems with clogs and backups. Our maintenance team contacted 1 Tom-Plumber, and he gave my name and number to Blake. He called me and told me that my name was given to him by our head maintenance manager. He told me that he was in route, and would be here in 20 minutes or so. He called when he arrived to make sure he had the right building. I let him in and I explained some of the problems we were having with the plumbing. He told me that he would go out and check the access points outside, and if he needed to enter back into my apartment he would let me know. He did his assessment, and he came back and kept me informed on everything he was doing from start to finish. He ran a camera through on of the access points, and discovered a clog/blockage. He told me that he would try to see if he could dislodge it, or he didn’t know if he would have to contact the contractors for further assistance. He came back a little bit later to tell me that he was able to push the debris out and that the blockage was freed. He was very professional, and he told me before he left that he would make sure he cleaned up my bathroom before he left. He was very proficient, and very technical as he was explaining things to me. He also gave me some good instructions on how to flush and the best toilet paper to use to prevent further problems. He told me also to give it and extra flush too and that may help. Overall Blake did an outstanding job, and I would recommend him to anyone that asked me if I knew of a plumber.

I was very happy with the service provided. I have been renting this house for only three weeks now. Connor was polite and knowledgeable of how to handle my sewer situation. I had a back up of sewage and pools of water in my basement. He was quick to work opening the drains in the basement clearing the pipes from debris, ultimately eliminating the pools. He even recommended hydro-jetting to clear the drains from roots and debris to prevent a recurrence of this issue. He returned the next day with another technician and they swiftly got to work. Flushing the pipes from any further large debris. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend to others dealing with similar issues.

I had someone else try to clear my drain unsuccessfully for two hours yesterday, and ultimately recommended trying a more expensive service. I called 1-TOM-PLUMBER this morning and they assured me that they could take care of it. Joe and Connor arrived right at the beginning of the time slot I was given, and cleared the clog in 25 minutes for half the price the other guys had quoted if they succeeded. Super friendly, and provided great tips to avoid a repeat clog. I won't call anyone else but them for plumbing from now on.

My water heater went out the day before. Called in at 9 in the morning the next day. Ben was at my home by 10 and was ready to work. He did an amazing job and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend everyone to use 1-Tom.

Our kitchen sink line was clogged on a Friday night, I called 1 Tom plumber and they sent Joe out. He was great! He got right to work, cleared the drain in no time. Service was expensive but that was expected on a Friday night. 1 Tom was very upfront about how much it would cost being a weekend and 9pm. No different than any other place except they were courteous, helpful and available! Joe was such a nice guy, gave some good advice, knew what he was doing and tested the drain a few times before leaving. He’s the kind of plumber you hope shows up when you have a plumbing issue at 10 pm. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any plumbing issues and I would request Joe.

Joe and Kawner were at my house within an hour to fix my very clogged laundry room drain. They were very professional and went above and beyond their duty as I wasn’t prepared and they helped me clear things out of the way so they could get to crawl spaces. They were very nice and understanding of my mess surrounding unusual crawl space entrances. My advice to fellow customers is to make sure you have those pathways cleared ahead of time. It was my first time ever calling a plumber, but now I know better. Joe and Kawner were so patient and knowledgeable in their field. After having multiple issues trying to get our rental company to take care of an issue, they settled on having 1-Tom-Plumber come out to fix our problem today and I’m so very glad they did! Not only were all workers very professional, but Jared and Robert sympathetically answered all of my questions throughout the course of their work. We ended up having a pipe that had broken in our basement rendering the kitchen sink and dishwasher unusable. Within the course of a day they had removed concrete, fixed the pipe and had it all re-poured. In the future when we own our own home I look forward to using this company to take care of all of our emergency plumbing needs!

Pipe cleaning saved us from what we thought was serious lawn tear up plumbing work with the storm drainage at our house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sump pump stopped working and had water flooding into our basement… I called over six plumbers on a Sunday afternoon and no one could come within even 4 hours! Saved us 20K in water damage (we had our basement flood 4 years ago and had to replace everything) their slogan is “we are already on the way” and it is ABSOLUTELY true! Called 1 Tom and described to the lady who picked up the phone about my problem! Then the technician came onsite, said he said he’s not touching the pipe from inside of house to irrigation! Collected the 79 service fee and left! I don’t get why they still collect the money for service fee, which they didn’t provide any service to me, plus I told the lady who picked up my call about my problem, only get beaten by the tech saying it’s out of their service!

Ryan and Connor were extremely professional, and were quickly able to unclog the main sewer line issue I was having. I was able to get quick 1 day service which was important to me since I wasn't able to use any water in my house without water coming up into the basement. They also explained what they were doing and what the potential causes were for what was happening and the steps they would take to fix the issue as well as a backup plan if that, which was great for me since I have no knowledge on anything related to plumbing. I will definitely be using 1-Tom again for any future issues I experience due to the great service I received.

When Jerry and Robert came out to do the repair they looked at the issue and they needed some parts, turns out what we thought the original issue was not correct so they replaced the line piece that had the hole with out needing to hammer jack like we thought they were done in 3 hours, cleaned up after them selves and saved us a ton of money off our original quote. The technician, Joe, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained every step of what he was going to do to open the drain. Once the drain was open Joe explained how the drainage system works and what caused the blockage, as well as what to do to prevent a blockage in the future. Before I found 1-Tom Plumber, I had called 3 other companies that advertise 24/7 emergency service. Only one of the companies called me back and said they would send a technician, their technician never showed... 1-Tom Plumber is the real deal. They truly do provide prompt 24/7 service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that needs help with plumbing issues.

The first thing I noticed is work was ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED OR DONE WHILE AT MY HOME! I was getting sick of all these plumbers coming and looking at my sewage drain, saying its one thing and this big repair needs done before they can do something. Not these guys, they came in, tested a couple things and went to work, TREE ROOTS IT WAS FREAKING TREE ROOTS. My shower hadnt been fixed in a couple months cause I kept getting told they need to replace a part inside the wall and were gonna cut into the wall and these guys look at it and go Actually its just this simple part, well order it and install it. And they DID. THEN THE DREADED SHARED PLUMBING CLOG. Kitchen and bathroom sinks backing up, bathroom sink didnt drain at all. Kitchen sink had a slow drain. AGAIN WITHOUT CUTTING INTO THE WALL he busted the clog via the kitchen sink and everything drains perfectly. Worth every penny and they're extremely affordable and arent out to get your money they just want your business and your friends and families business!!! Thank you especially to Jerren Savage! He was the one who really set a good example for the company, he is professional, friendly, explains things easily and not afraid of a little challenge, grime or dirt. I'm so impressed with this company. I have an external drain with a massive clog which creates massive headaches whenever we get big rains. Today, Technician Cullen Griggs came out to find the clog with the camera and then open it up with the jet. Unfortunately, that was easier said than done because of the way my downspout connect with the drain. The clog wouldn't budge and I think at that point most plumbers would've given up and told me I needed to dig to solve the problem. $$$$$ But Cullen didn't quit. He was out there in the heat and humidity doing everything he could to fix it.And he did! I'm so grateful for his integrity and grit.

Kudos to Ryan for an excellent job today cleaning out a very clogged drain! Ryan was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He also did a great job cleaning up. This was my first time using 1-Tom Plumber and I will definitely call them again with any other plumbing needs.

Ryan, a co-owner of the company who had taken a shift in the field, responded quickly on a Saturday evening of Thanksgiving weekend... we called around 7:30 p.m. or so, and Ryan arrived by 9 p.m. We had a clogged kitchen drain as family had begun to gather for the evening and Sunday's Thanksgiving. Ryan diagnosed the problem systematically, then worked in the kitchen and downstairs to flush out and snake the line, as he discovered the problem was more than just the stuff that had gone down the kitchen disposal ... we had sludge buildup in the main line. It took him about 90 minutes start to finish. He explained what he'd found and what he was doing to fix it, and offered guidance for how to prevent issues in the future. He did his own necessary cleanup such that you never would have known he'd been there. He was very friendly and personable -- a joy to talk with. He didn't make us feel like we should have done a better job with preventing the trouble. While he found maybe more work to be done that we had described (although professionals probably know that the extent of the fix is always uncertain), the final charge was exactly what had been initially quoted to me. We had been referred to 1-Tom-Plumber a year and a half earlier when we had a pipe burst and flood the basement, and they did great work on helping fix that situation and then later with a new hot water heater. We had said then, Well, we have a go-to plumber! Now, when confronted with this untimely kitchen clog, I pulled out a Roto-Rooter coupon I had on hand, but put it aside because I felt we had created some loyalty for 1-Tom-Plumber, and this new experience reinforced it. Great work!

Two recent experiences with 1-Tom couldn’t have gone better. A requested consultation for a drainage issue included: showing up the same day, not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need and even giving me pointers on things to address. Then, I needed to replace my sump. They were there the same day, had everything to complete the job quickly, kept everything clean, and cost less than half of the only quote I’d gotten elsewhere over the phone.

I had to have stack replaced in wall that all my upstairs bathroom drained and was vented thru. They had to move some furniture. Everything was covered properly. We even had to remove rug. They had to break into plaster wall that contained lathe, concrete and some sort of wire mesh.This work took them only about 4 hours. The men that were here were professional, polite and competent. They really did a great job. Cleaned up nicely. This company did a great job.

Nothing could be more frustrating than moving into a home and finding a leaky water supply to the toilet. The first company I called didn't take urgent calls so I called 1-Tom-Plumber. The technician called within 10 minutes and showed up in less than an hour. He went right to work and corrected the problem in about an hour. I'll definitely call them first next time I need a plumber.

We had another plummer come out to inspect the sewer in a house we’re buying and couldn’t get through the pipes to provide a clear picture of the condition of the plumbing. Said someone else would have to come out and go through the toilet. These guys came out and within 20mins could see 45ft out. Had three different clear options we could go and estimates. Michael Warren was fantastic throughout the multi-step process of installing a new exterior natural gas line related to a backyard renovation project. Michael worked very late during the initial trenching and line install, visited to answer questions about the line and quickly completed all remaining connections after the County Inspector passedthe line. Michael went above and beyond to make sure our existing gas driven home appliances were working properly after initially shutting off the gas to complete work related to the new gas line, and he completed an ops check of the new appliance to make sure everything was working properly. (**Correction: office manager called me about below and stated that he would return my money due to the fact that they did not fulfill my request for service. He was completely understanding and even offered a credit for future service. I will now consider using them in the future.)**spoke with office and said I had pumpspy electronic monitoring system. Although plumber acknowledged he was unfamiliar with system. He said tech would investigate. However, Tech made no attempt to look at electronic texts sent to me to trouble shoot problem. He seemed fearful to try. They knew system was electronic when they came out. I felt $300.00 for putting water in sump pump,taking a few rocks out and checking battery was exorbitant. I know you will justify that your experience allows you to charge that amount. They should have stuck with that they did not know the product as other plumbers did, instead of costing me a waste of time and money.

Joe came out to inspect our sewer line with a camera. He was extremely professional and talked us through exactly what he was seeing and made us feel at ease that are sewer line was clean and built to last. He was right on time and also took a look at a couple other plumbing issues we had and diagnosed the issues. Overall great service! Thanks Joe!

1-Tom is a lifesaver! Hubby hit a copper supply line while placing a drywall screw in a closet at 9PM. 1-Tom was there practically within the hour and had everything repaired quickly, the same evening. What a relief! Matt, the plumber, was so kind and professional and took great care of us—-was here straight away and got everything put right.

Downgraded this feedback due to the overpriced follow-on job that we asked for an estimate on.For the drain cleaning job, Joe was very personable and knowledgeable. Cleared some roots out of our toilet drain and discovered we will need further work due to a broken pipe in the ground.But, I was disappointed in the lack of follow-up in getting an estimate for the larger job. I didn't hear from them for a few days, so I contacted them to get it. Then, when they did send an estimate, it was thousands of dollars more than another plumber asked for.Seems they were making a small job into a big production and wanted us to pay for it. All we needed was the old drain removed, just outside of the foundation, then a new drain put in with a clean out, with less than 8 feet dug out.We went with someone else who was fast to respond and to come out to do the work. They did a great, professional job in a few hours.

I've been unfortunate enough to require plumbing services several times of late, and I've been lucky to get the same service tech each time. Austin has been amazing in his ability to quickly identify the source of the problem and address the issue promptly. While I wish I could say I won't need their services again any time soon, recent history has shown that to see be a bit of a pipe dream. I will, however, be more than willing to call and ask for Austin again. Excellent service and professionalism, Austin definitely shows the knowledge and expertise one hopes to get from a service like this.

They called when they were on their way and arrived about 10 minutes prior to the window time, which was perfect! They got to work quickly and finished quickly as well. The price I received matched the price I was quoted when I called to set up the appointment. Ryan went over any additional observations he had at the conclusion of the service and none of his observations or insights cost me any additional money. It was honest and professional service.

Joe came out today and was extremely informative, he took the time out to explain everything in detail to us as well as show us on the video what was happening in our line. My wife and I chose to use 1-Tom-plumber for an emergency mainline clog last week. Unsure of what we could expect our concerns were quickly pushed aside as the crew sent out did a fantastic job. I wasnt home at the time to thank and get the name of the first gentleman, but I am told he was quite the trooper dealing with the initial assessment and maintained a professional demeanor the entire time. When I called for an appointment I got one immediately and didn’t have to wait several days for the technician to come -The technician was Ryan he was on time, called ahead to tell me he was on his way and once he arrived he was very professional - as it turned out it was a problem I could resolve myself and not as bad as I thought it was to begin with and I wasn’t even charged! Ryan was awesome and explained what was wrong in terms that I could understand - I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!

Jerren did a great job! My Wife and I had just moved into a new place that had been vacant for quite sometime and this had who knows what clogging these drains. He fought them fiercely and tested it after to show me it was working properly. She is also pregnant so having shower flood when flushing toilet was not ideal we definitely a well qualified tech who was real polite was nice it was a breath of fresh air. 💪.Also they have rad service vehicles.

After calling 3 other companies for a same day emergency service, i called 1 Tom Plumber and they were able to send one of their techs out that night. Cullen Griggs called on his way and arrived around 1am (you read that right) and got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and even recommended several things that would save me money. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a pipe break late on a Sunday night. I googled plumbers, they were the 5th one I called but the first one to answer or have someone available. Robert showed up quick, was very professional and when there was an ongoing issue he came back the next day and made it 100% fixed. Really reasonable pricing as well! We found our new plumbing company!

We called Tom Plumber over the Thanksgiving weekend for an emergency ‘pipe/drain’ back up.Ryan showed up shortly after we called in. He was very professional & knowledgeable. We had a house full of guests and you would never know we had big issues in the basement! Ben fixed a leaky copper pipe in my basement for a washer. He was very professional, extremely helpful, arrived right on time, and explained in detail the repairs he did. Highly recommend Ben!

Expensive, but great service.Michael was wonderful and did a great job explaining what was wrong with my toilet, how to fix it and what I need to keep in mind moving forward. He was very kind and worked fast and provided quality service.The total cost felt high, but there is no hourly fee, services are billed at a rate per the specific service (not matter how long that service takes) which is why it felt so expensive since it was completed so quickly.

Brendan and Cody stopped by today to install a new hot water heater. In just over an hour, everything was done and clean and neat. They also charged me exactly what I was quoted when I made the appointment. Such a good experience! Highly recommend!

Wow! We called 1 Tom Plumbing for a second opinion after another company quoted an amount much higher than we were comfortable with to replace an old copper pipe. 1 Tom came in at half the amount for the same repair. They got us scheduled within 2 days and the repair took under an hour. We are thrilled to be able to use our kitchen sink & dishwasher again! Adam showed up early, answered all my questions and did a great job. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Ran into an issue during a DIY shower replacement. Had to call 6:30 pm on a Saturday, Ben arrived within 20 minutes. Immediately gave us a quote for the repair and had everything done within an hour. Ben was very professional and polite, even showed us a few things for future reference! Great experience. Will be using again.

I tried this service for the first time as they have UNBELIEVABLE reviews on Google. How does ANY company have 467+ reviews that are all rated 5.0. It makes me wonder if they post anything under 5.0. I'll know if this ever shows up. They were available the same day I called, were courteous prompt and replaced the leaking faucet spout to my washer in 30 minutes. That was the good, the bad is the cost. This repair cost $345. I asked the technician why so high, he said the parts are expensive. I checked at Lowes and the parts in total were under $30 at best. Paying $345 for a service call with $30 in parts and 30 minutes work is ridiculous. If you have an emergency, they are very responsive, but be prepared to pay out the nose.

My previous plumber retired and I was faced with finding someone profession and honest (not always an easy task) when I had issues with my sump pump. The first person I called replaced the battery but when that didn't cure the problem, I called again and he didn't call or show for the 2nd appointment. I fortunately called this company and Cory came out promptly and fixed the issue which ended up being minor. Polite, honest and a fair charge, I can't ask for more! He worked quickly and efficiently, and he took the time to make some recommendations that would help me avoid future problems. The whole process, from the time I made the phone call to completion of the repair was about 90 minutes. I received great service from start to finish!
