Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

They sent over their expert Mike, he quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater, my leaking water heater needed to be replaced! Mike found a replacement and provided a fair quote and a labor warranty! Installed went great! In addition Andy Wyatt took the time out to registered the product! Great team and Great Company

We called Option One plumbing about water leaking underneath the sink and also very low water pressure in our house. Our plumber Ted was very respectful by leaving his shoes outside and putting his mask on. He was able to figure out what was wrong with our sink right away. I really liked that he gave me the detailed explanation of the issue before he started working on it by showing and pointing out the damaged parts. He double checked that the sink was in working order before moving to the next task. Everything was done in no time and I couldn’t be more happy with his performance! I would be very pleased to recommend Ted to anyone! It’s great to know a professional person who knows his stuff and who’s got very friendly personality!

Dave H. was awesome. He didn't have the parts to fix the drain on the 1st day so we made an appointment for a couple of days later, he showed up on time and fixed the problem. AAA City Plumbing is great and Dave H was great as well.

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.

She provided excellent customer service & was very pleasant to speak with.My appointment is Monday & with the great service Kim provided I am certain I will receive the same from the technician.

He was very knowledgable and helped me get the right garbage disposal for the kitchen sink. There was also a space issue under the cabinet and he managed to make all the plumming fit. Thank goodness! Very friendly.
