Queen City served us well. Our company had a large, commercial job of entirely replacing the sewer line. Justin made sure it was done quickly, properly and that everything was cleaned up right. His crew worked over the weekend to make sure the job was completed on time. We'll call them again with any plumbing needs.

Okay, I'm gonna admit the truth... I tried to be a plumber, screwed it up, and T.J of Rapid Rooter had to fix it.

I contacted Rapid Rooter to schedule an Appt for A specific day. I was easily scheduled and T.J arrived on time. (That in itself is a good start)

He fixed the problem, didn't judge my plumbing skills.... or lack thereof, and was very amiable.

FAST! PROMPT! These are just two words that describe this recent service call from Roto-Rooter at 1700 Orr Industrial Drive in Charlotte. The Serviuce Technician, Gary Rose, indentified my issue that we were experiencing with toilet. He immediately gave me a quote. The entire problem was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. Wow, I am impressed.Gary is a great plumber.Living in a 1938 built home, plumbing issues do occur. We always use Roto-Rooter at Orr Court Industrial location.
