In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

Call Queen City for your repairs! This is the second time I have had to use their services and as expected, they did another great job. We had a pipe in our garage that leaked every time we turned the water on in our bathrooms. The leaky pipe was causing water damage to the drywall/wood installed in the garage wall. Our tech removed the drywall/wood around the pipe to inspect and had to replace with new piping. He did great job and even cleaned the area once completed. We no longer have anymore leaks and couldn’t be happier! Thank you QCP

Anthony was such a super great guy. Very professional and knew his stuff and I had total confidence in him. He gave me and my son an estimate and explained what would need to be done so we could think about it and our course of action. To my surprise, after several bottles of drain opener and some constant plunging, the toilet did finally clear. Had it not and we did ended up needing Ben Franklin’s Plumbing we would have called Anthony for sure.

Brian saved Thanksgiving. We had a shower issue that caused constant running water and family headed to town for the holiday. Called WyattWorks and Brian came out that same evening (after hours). He is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. He made a trip to Home Depot and had the project completed within the hour. Fair price and quality service. Will use and recommend WyattWorks in the future.

Charlotte Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I have had them in twice to correct plumbing problems. I have been extremely pleased with their knowledge, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.

I had several problems with my old toilets. My house was built in 1960, so you can imagine the problems. The technicians that came were very professional . Replaced both toilets quickly , placed covering on floors where needed , cleaned up, explained everything, they also were here at the time scheduled. I couldn't have ask for an easier day.

For most of us, the feeling of dread and impending doom that comes with having no water come out of the faucet, finding a leak and having a sewer backup all at once surpasses such things as getting a root canal or stepping foot on a used car.

Needless to say I was not looking forward to contacting a plumber but after consulting YouTube I realized I had no other choice, so I held my nose and started dialing..

But wait, this experience was nothing like I had expected, as the customer service was friendly and not condescending, the scheduling was done for the next day without a hassle, no sitting around all day waiting for a technician, as Ted contacted me when he was 45min away as I had requested, and li and behold he actually showed up ten minutes earlier than scheduled and was waiting in the driveway for me to arrive from work, so I didn’t have to take half the day off waiting for a six hour arrival window.

The best thing is, the exceeding of my expectations did not stop there, as Ted was friendly, personable, professional and beyond persistent, as he worked effortlessly to identify the issue that had confounded others, and not only did he find the problem with the pipes and leak, but he fixed everything in a timely fashion, while explaining what he was doing each step of the way.

Having the heart of a teacher is something I look for in the service industry, and my technician Ted truly exhibited this quality, as you could tell he not only enjoyed his work, but enjoyed teaching others as well.

Overall, this experience with Oprion One plumbing completely changed my mindset about plumbers, as this was dare I say, an enjoyable experience from start to finish, as even the bill came in much lower than expected!

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional. We didn't have a plumber before today but he's definitely our go to plumber moving forward! Do not hesitate to call him

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

Brett was so professional. Our school had a major leak and some sewage issues and he was able to come out and fix it in 2 days. He also worked with our schedule to ensure there was no disruption. We will be using him in the future.
