I’m impressed by my experience with this company. They came out for a free quote in a timely manner. The plumber Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and honest about the price and effort involved with the project I had in mind.He explained the inferior aspects of the other type of tankless water heater I was interested in and why he recommends against electric in favor of gas ones.When I need plumbing work will definitely call them and would recommend based on my interactions.

Charlotte Plumbing did a great job renovating our master bathroom 12 years so I called them to get a quote on a new water heater. They could provide a quote over the phone, which was slightly less than other quotes I received so I accepted, and they scheduled the new installation for the next day. James, the plumber, was exactly on time and very obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the necessary tools and knowledge do do the work efficiently and cleanly. He was in and out within two hours. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing!
This is a continuation of my rave for Charlotte Plumbing in addition to the above that I posted a few days ago. I had a pinhole in a water line (my own fault) in a very tight location. Charlotte Plumbing was able fix it by sending a plumber with the right experience and tools to do the job that the technician from a highly advertised company couldn't do, and indeed added to the problem. The icing on the cake was that the bill was a small fraction of what the big company quoted for the same repair. Charlotte Plumbing is most definitely my go-to plumber from now on!

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.

Customer service was able to get a plumber out to me the same night. I declined and set a morning appt and they were able to accommodate my schedule! They called before arriving which was great and plumber that came out knew what he was doing!

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Diyan was able to come short notice and quickly repair a leak beneath the home. He was very friendly and professional. I’m extremely appreciative of the fast response and repair time!

My gas logs would no longer work. Tony and Jay came out, identified the problem (controller had gone bad), and showed me how I could use the logs manually until they could get a new controller. Then they came back, cleaned everything, and installed the new controller. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave even a speck of dust! Even cleaned the inside glass for me before they put things back (difficult to reach with everything installed).
Everyone I dealt with at Bliss Plumbing was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

My technician was Tony W. Very professional, up front and honest. Had a simple bathtub leak - he assessed the problem quickly and accurately. Service was timely and prompt. I've also used IRV for a full well water filtration system several years ago - great work then too!

John Ritchie did a great job for me. Replaced my water heater and updated valves. Arrived quickly after I called(8pm on a Wednesday), very informative, quality of work was great and fair price.
