Jason is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever meet. He went above and beyond to explain everything so I would have a better understanding of the problem, what caused the problem and the best way to fix it. His work is precise and dead on. He's the only one I would ever use and trust from this point on and I highly recommend you do the same!

Shower was making a knocking noise. Had tech come out and quote $220 to fix. Did not go with that because it sounded way to expensive. Resolved the problem with a $2 washer from Home Depot. Tech claimed he does not carry all the washers in his truck and had to charge me to go across town and get one yet we went to Home Depot down the street and found it with no problem. Tech should at least carry basic washers for shower knob. Wasted service call fee

BUYERS BEWARE.I called Benjamin Franklin to replace my Water Heater and Sump Pump. What a fool I was. Their quote was for $2,711. I told them I had to get a second opinion and they charged me $49 for the service call.I got the work done with another plumnber with comparable equipment for $1,300.After such a disparity between the Ben Franklin Quote and my actual installation, I asked for my $49 back.I didn't really expect them to give me my $49 back and of course they did not.I spoke cordially with the General Manager who made it clear he would not refund me. It was obvious he could care less about customer service and would rather have his plumbers charge an arm and leg to some sucker than keep an honest customer happy.They are all about MONEY and nothing else. Stay away from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.BUYERS BEWARE

I recently used Charlotte Plumbing for a water heater cleaning and install of a new drain pan. As a Realtor, I recommend them often to my clients when they have plumbing needs. They're always professional and timely. Marty did our water heater work and knows his stuff (quick thinking and repair with what he had for a quick patch when our drain pan popped a leak while he was there (lucky for us)).

A great (and unfortunately rare) combination of effective solutions that always solve our problems, courteous technicians who keep us up to date on options and progress as if we were family (thanks to Matthew for hourly updates on our recent water heater replacement!), and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be using Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. Highly recommend and will be using them anytime we have a plumbing issue as we feel they are respectful with honest prices.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. Excellent service. The customer service agent or receptionist kept me abreast of any delays. The electrician explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I asked quit a few questions because a lot of comapnies just do enough to get by, but this company ensured that I understood. I am a single mother and home owner so I have experienced bad services that try to insult my intelligence and get over as if I were desperate and they arw the only option. I signed up for IRV's monthly service being that my house is almost ten years old and needed their hvac service the next day as well. The electrician was professional, more like a handyman that was part of the family, honest, helpful, and excellent service. My air conditioner would not come on (why I needed the HVAC service) he and I were both sweating, and he did not complain not one time or rush through the job although the heat was excrutiating.
