Julian’s plumbing came out to help me with my disposal less than 24 hours after I initially reached out. They were in & out in 5 minutes and completely fixed my issue. Pleasant service, and do a great job. Would 100% recommend.

Was 2 hours late. Had to pay service (after I wasn't suppose too) technician didn't care about what he was doing. Sent 3 different invoices. (Never received the correct one) Staff was very inadequate. Never got a follow up from upper management. Then blamed me for miscommunication. I had one of the most Worst experience I could of had. I wished I had never went thru Homeadvisor. Next step is the BBB.Update: I needed the correct invoice 6 days ago. This was for the sale of a home. Which was told at the beginning and thru and at the end of my conversation with your staff. I have had to go rounds with the realtor for 3 days trying to explain what your company didn't do. You dont buy tickets to go somewhere that day, and recieve them 6 days later. Then conveniently your notes are saying you fixed the issue. I'm so very disappointed and will never call or recommend your company.Plus, I never was told till 15 mins ago after I wrote this review that you were sending any refund.How convenient... where is the $ 5 for every minute your late ( up to $300 ) at?

We lost hot water. And from what I could tell it was not going to be an easy fix. Brian was the tech they sent out. He was very thorough with his explanation of the issue and took pictures to document their opinion on how to proceed forward. They outlined the options and explained each one thoroughly. There was no pressure for sales and they took care of it immediately once we made a decision. I've used other plumbing services in the past and I was very impressed! I would ask for Brian again. And I would definitely recommend them as a company. If you're on the fence don't hesitate giving them call! Thanks again, Brian!

Excellent experience. Chad from Charlotte Plumbing was professional, courteous, communicative. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly first, provided a flat rate quote, and then performed the work needed, tested everything and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. Best plumber experience we've had.

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Have a broken grinder pump. Was able to schedule online for an appointment, waited several hours and missed the window. Was told someone reached out, which is patently untrue. Wasted an entire day for an emergent situation, thanks to their unprofessionalism. Do not recommend.

I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.

We thought we had a clogged pipe, turns out we have a broken pipe. They will return to fix that.

Brett is a really great person to work with. He is so knowledgeable and you will be in good hands with his business. You never want to have to call a plumber but it sure is nice to have a good one you can trust when you need them!

We had an emergency blockage in our kitchen drain (don’t ever get water beads near it! ?), and someone was out to help us within the hour. Highly recommend.

I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

James Bates at IRV Plumbing Electric was a very efficient worker. Our job was more complex than we thought. James was able to complete the job in two trips. He did an excellent job. Everything works!

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Additionally, the associate that manages the phone and office was very personable. It's becoming rare to call a business and get a real person these days. It is easy to recommend this plumbing company to others.
